I would leave zero stars but option is not available. I no longer trust this location to do any type of work for me or my family. I will not recommend to anyone. I went in to this location 7/25 for an oil change, 21 point check and tire rotation and 200 miles later car is totalled. The threads on the studs were not stripped and the lug nuts on the failed wheel were not tight. I believe with my knowledge of equipment, the lug nuts were not torqued to spec. With that being said, even though i know things, doesnt mean i should check behind people who i pay to do a particular job. Things could have been worse, and I am truly blessed to be here. Due to my pockets, I cannot pursue any type of legal action, but felt the need to make others aware. UPDATE: Even though they replied to my review, I still have not received a response. The car failed quicker than you guys respond. Still waiting 8/21 UPDATE 9/18 Just to inform the consumer, in my experience with this company they respond just to seem as if they care but they do not. A simple gesture of concern is good, but to have me go through the effort of reaching out to you when you were at fault and give me crickets is just low down. UPDATE 1/30 to those who feel as if a reply to a bad review will be taken care of, take note of how many companies will reply and will never contact you even when you waste the effort of reaching out and doing as they ask. Still no response from this company.

I am a firestone CFNA card holder -there was a special for a $9.99 tire rotation 1/1/25 to 3/31/2025 Firestone on Killian would not honor it at that store -went to another firestone on Two Notch and they did honor the special, no issues. Also a few months ago I took my car to this same Firestone on Killian they told me it would take about half an hour to plug a tire so I waited and my ride left. it was 4 hours later and the said I needed a new tire. pumped it up took it to another tire place and they plugged it. Don't Trust This Firestone store

Had a great experience with a problem that I had with my car. There was a gentleman there named Jordan who really did exceptional work to help me out.. never thought about applying for a Firestone card was approved left out smiling. Just like he said it won't hurt to try 😆🙌🙌, and the hurt didn't hurt me It helped me thanks Jordan until the staff of the mechanics keep up the great work.

Do Not Use This Firestone Location!!! My husband brought my 16 year old daughter’s car there for an oil change last week and wondered why it took longer than usual. The next day my daughter backed the car up to leave to go to school when we saw a small oil puddle. I told her to leave the car at home and drove her to school instead. My husband took the car back to Firestone and they told him that they can’t find a leak, but would tighten the screws just to be sure. The day after that the puddle was much bigger and my husband brought it back again. This time the same mechanic that did the oil change and the tightening of the screws tells my husband that she must have cracked the oil pan somehow. Mind you, she never drove the car after the oil change, we only stay 5min up the road (that’s not bumpy), and her car did NOT leak before bringing it to Firestone for an oil change! This mechanic quoted my husband nearly $4000 for something that he broke and his boss backed him up. We found a trustworthy mechanic that spoke with the Firestone mechanic and found out that he was supposed to do the oil change from the top because of the model of the car. He unknowingly admitted that he did it from the bottom. After all that back and forth they still did not take fault or give a refund or a solution on what to do with my daughter’s broken car. Please, do not bring your car to Killian Road Firestone!!! Edit: Spoke with the regional manager Mr. Cory Folsom. All I can say is that because of this man I reconsider using Firestone again (just not the Sam’s Crossing location)! He was considered, professional, and bend over backwards to not lose me as a 14 year customer. Thank you, sir!

I was able to get 4 new tires and alignment with very little wait. One of the mechanics even went out of his way to trouble shoot the tire pressure light that had been on for awhile. It turned out to be the spare tire. He actually took the time to release the spare tire and add air to it. Within minutes, the light disappeared. He didn't have to go the extra mile, but he did. His customer service was exceptional and I truly appreciate what he did. I think I've found my new go to place for all my car needs. Thank you!

I set up an appointment for two services (lifetime alignment and front sway bar links) but did not receive either. After two hours, I was quoted significantly more than my original quote for the sway bar links and never received my alignment. The other services offered were significantly more or just as much as the dealer. I wanted a service. Instead, I was being sold. The manager (Nicholas) didn't take ownership of the situation and only made excuses. I am extremely disappointed.

Overbooked schedule. The appointment was confirmed, however, when I arrived, i was quickly rescheduled to another day. The appointment should not have been confirmed when you knew at 9:00am you were short staffed. At that time, the appointment should have been declined, and advise me to contact the location for another appointment. Inconvenience of my day.

They try to find everything wrong with your vehicle and let you wait 2 hours to tell you when nothing is wrong with your vehicle I. Went in for some tires and paid 989.00 and waited from 11 am until 6 pm that's not ethical‼️ please when you go in for a simple thing and your vehicle is in good condition they will tell you that you need this you need that they motto should be we going to get your money 💰

**Avoid Firestone Sam’s Crossing – Horrible Service and Zero Follow-Up!** I took my truck to the Firestone Sam’s Crossing location off Killian Road on 9/15/2024 for an oil change, tire rotation, and diagnostic due to a check engine light. After quoting me nearly $6,000 for repairs without my consent, I had to insist on only the services I originally requested. To make matters worse, after picking up my truck, my remote unlock system stopped working—something that was fully functional before. When I contacted Nickolas, he refused to address the issue, hung up on me multiple times, and claimed he was the manager. I’ve since contacted Firestone Customer Care and was told I’d get a call within 2 business days—it’s been 3 weeks, and despite weekly follow-ups, nothing has happened. The lack of accountability, rude behavior, and refusal to resolve my issue is appalling. If you care about your vehicle and decent customer service, **AVOID** this location at all costs!

I HAD A NAILON MY SIDE WALL WHIT ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION AND THESTORE MANAGER JORDAN ISON LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME MY TIRE WAS A 2 OR 3 BUT I ALREADY HAD A PICTURE OF THE TIRE THAT THE TECHNICIAN 09 TYLER MARK ON THE TIRE 4 5 4 AND JORDAN TOLD NICHOLAS TO CHARGE ME FOR A NEW TIRE I WILLIKE TOGET A REFOND FORM FOR MY NEW TIRESERVICE WAS VERY BAD AT THAT LOCTION STORE 348050 I HAVE A PICTURE IF YOU WILL LIKE TO SE IT, I GOT IT CK INVOICE 202644.

I went in Saturday afternoon not realizing they were about to close. I needed a tire patched, but couldn’t do it myself due to shoulder surgery and my arm being in a sling. When I found out they were close to closing I offered to come back the next day since I live just a mile away. They insisted on taking care of me then so I wouldn’t have to come back. Great crew working there.

Jordan and Nicholas are always so great with communication not to mention the speed and accuracy of service by the technicians. I choose to get my complete auto care done there over going to the dealership.

Maybe before you rip people off or attempt to rip people off over the phone maybe you should remember that Google exists when the South Carolina state core charge on a battery is only $2 and it is refundable when the battery is returned it's not $22 non-refundable I don't know what kind of scam y'all are trying to run but that's not going to work

The manager on duty on 8/14/2024 was very unprofessional. Went to pick up my car after calling and asking about getting my car checked and was told after the inspection the it would be a $49.99 inspection fee. I was not told about this when i called to make an appointment for the inspection and when i told the manager whom i spoke with his remarks was well i didn't ask about the fee and that i shouldn't expect anything to be inspected for free. I have been using Firestone for years and have never been treated so rudely and unprofessional. I will not return to this location as long as he's still the manager there.

They didn’t even do anything just let my car sit there. I had to call to inquire on the status and they gave me the wrong information about another customer. Highly unprofessional and a waste of time! Told me they couldn’t fix it and I would have to go elsewhere.

This location is scamming people! I took my car in to get my two rear tires replaced because there was a nail in the rear passenger tire. Two days later my front passenger tire is having a slow leak…same issue I had with my rear passenger tire that prompted me to replace them in the first place because they told me it can’t be repaired. So I called to have them investigate the situation; my suspicion was that they replaced the rear tires and then put the messed up old tires in the front, leaving me with the same issue I paid over $200 to fix, Jordan was so rude and immediately said I was lying because “they don’t put nails in tires.” He was too rude to even listen me and decided it was more important for him to call me a liar and double down on how they don’t put nails in tires than to hear out my ACTUAL concern; which is that they still gave me back my old messed up tire after I PAID to REPLACE IT (and I was very specific about not wanting a tire rotation because of said messed up tire). Now Jordan claims he’s the store manager but the way he spoke to me I’m shocked he calls himself management because he told me “I dont need to deal with this mess at 7am on a Monday, you can bring it in but it’s nothing we did because we didn’t rotate your tires just replaced them like the work order said so the nails isn’t our fault.” Which, btw, never once said they put a nail in my tire I don’t know why he kept saying that! Needless to say after back and forth I hung up because he refused listen and it was going nowhere (plus why go to an place that obviously messed up and is rude about it). I go to another Firestone (on Clemson rd shout outs to Matt he was amazing!) and they confirmed that the front passenger tire does have a nail in it, in the SAME EXACT PLACE my old passenger tire did (we compared the pics from the first inspection to the new one). I will be contacting corporate as well because not only are they scamming people to try and produce more sales, the “manager” is clearly in on it AND rude and disrespectful to customers! Will never bring my car here again and y’all might want to stop if you do.

Practically illegal, broke the housing on my oil filter by using power tools, when any who know anything about car know not to do that. But they don't care, they just want to get you in and out and other care if they scam you on the way. Not only that, but they lied about my new tire rotors needing to be replaced when I only had them for a few months and was having my break pas changed early. SCAMS, LIES, AND SCAMING LIES.

I am very displeased with my service. I have been a valued customer for the past 12 years. I took my car to get serviced due to my car overheating. I was told that the thermostat needed to be replaced. Along with that, I was told that my alternator was shot and I needed a new battery. I’ve never received any warning that my alternator was bad. Fine…I trusted them and had them replace my alternator and battery. My bill totaled almost $1200. Three days later I started getting a message that my “battery charging system needs to be serviced”. I took it back to them and was told that they installed a “faulty alternator “ and assured me that this happens sometimes depending on the parts they receive. Ok…they replace it free of charge. Well, a week later I get the same message about my battery charging system. Now mind you….I've never received this warning even when I supposedly had a “bad alternator”. I returned once again back to them and was told by the manager Jordan that they have checked and didn’t see anything that was going on. He stated that if I continue to have the problem, he would order an alternator from the dealer to see if that fixes the problem. Well what do you know…I’m still having the problem. When I returned, Jordan did not honor his word. He said apparently it must be electrical and I was told by him to take it to the dealer and he would pay the “diagnostic check “ fee. I’m sorry, but he did not honor his word about replacing my alternator with one from the dealer so I didn’t trust him. Secondly, this would be an inconvenience for me and apparently more money. I feel this was an issue that should’ve been taken care of by Firestone. I feel this issue was caused by Firestone when they “fixed” my alternator. I feel that they should have gotten the alternator from the dealer (as told to me by Jordan) to see if would fix the issue and if they could not figure out the problem, I should’ve been given a full refund in order for me to take it too the dealership (which would probably be double the price). At this point I would not recommend this Firestone to anyone based on the treatment I received and sadly any Firestone for that matter. I only wanted them to do right by me because I’ve given them my service for so long. I am very disappointed and disgusted at this point.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care, and I wanted to share my gratitude, especially for the exceptional customer service provided by Jordan. Jordan went above and beyond to assist me in getting my truck out. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly impressive. It's rare to find such high-quality customer service, and Jordan exemplifies the best of it. Unfortunately, I won't be able to return to this location for quite some time as I've moved 12 hours away. However, thanks to the incredible service I received, this location will always have a lifetime customer in me. They got my car fixed and back to me a day before my appointment. They replaced my serpentine belt and changed my oil. They only charged the labor for the oil change! Great service and great prices all around.

Because I had a schedule appointment at 9:00 am warranty tire repair, balance and alignment and oil change. The manager gave me a price for the oil change and when I got there at 9:00 am the customer representative raise the price by 50.00 and didn't honor the manager price. which above the dealership price.I didn't get the oil change so all they had to do is the tire repair and balance and alignment. Which took to long, the customer representative call at noon and told me that all was left was balance and alignment. I called around 3:00 pm and the customer representative told that my vehicle was ready, only to call me back 15 minutes later to apologize and tell me my vehicle wasn't ready for pick up,so I had my wife to turn around and go back to the house. at 4:00 pm the customer representative called and told the vehicle was ready. I will not be using Firestone for oil changes anymore.
