EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE

Horrible Service. After waiting over an hour the guy gives the keys to the rental I have from enterprise to the enterprise lady. Then the lady comes in Firestone and tells him this is not the vehicle I’m waiting for. I go to the jeep, and then the car still says oil change required. I go back inside and I speak with the guy. He tells me I’ll go update that on the vehicle. When he comes out he tells me “my bad, that’s on me I’ll take 10 minutes” they still hadn’t donde the oil change and if I wouldn’t have gone back to ask they would of sent me home without changing the oil. This is all after I have wasted over one hour waiting for an oil change for a vehicle I just rented from enterprise in two notch. One of the worst experiences I had. They basically tried sending me home without and oil change and if anything happened to the vehicle it would be under my insurance, all because the workers don’t check their work.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived for my appointment. My car was serviced, alignment and balance check, and I got a readout showing the status of my car's braking system. I was surprised to learn so much was close to being a danger from age. So glad I can get it renewed and know my brakes are sound.

The knowledge and professionalism of the staff and the mechanics that worked on my Mercedes, I knew this job would not be easy and it took them some time, but they completed the job in a professional manner. They were upfront and honest with me about what needed repaired.

I bring both both my vehicles here for routine check ups and preventive maintenance. Oil changes, alignments, tires, ect. And I like the guys and gals for their knowledge and experience is very helpful.

I needed a tire replaced this morning and was very pleased with the professional and respectful response by the staff at this location. The manager, Nancy, was very patient and courteous in answering my questions about other services that Firestone provides. I will be returning to this location for any future necessary maintenance and repairs my car may need in the future. Thank you, Nancy and staff!

I took my vehicle to this establishment for a simple battery. It took them two days to service my vehicle for a simple battery issue. I could not close the windows of my vehicle completely due to a dead battery. when they finally got to my vehicle the mechanic didn’t have the common decency to close my windows. My seats were all soaked and wet and in terrible condition. This once was a great shop for repairs. It is no more.

If I were you, I would never step foot in this location. They performed extra work on my vehicle without notifying me and increased the agreedupon price by $500, citing “engine fixes” I never authorized. To make matters worse, they cracked my windshield, and the engine light came back A DAY AFTER I got my car back! They didn’t resolve the original issues and caused even more damage to my vehicle. I strongly urge you to avoid these mechanics. They embody the stereotype of overcharging customers while doing minimal work. My experience was nothing short of terrible, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, especially during the holiday season. Save yourself the frustration and take your car elsewhere.

From the moment I walked through the door, till I was back on the road, I was treated great. The person at the counter,Lynn, was polite, and courteous to me. To get my car inspected , and have new tires and alignment done done all within 4 hours is excellent. Thank you to all at the shop.

I have used Firestone for about 20 years. About a year ago I came to Firestone and received a costly misdiagnosis. I started not to go back. Since then I found a mechanic there name Robert Brown. He’s very professional as well. He answers yes ma’am and no sir. This guy knows his stuff and doesn’t take forever to get the job done. Wally was good too. Since meeting Robert my faith in Firestone has been restored.

I took my SUV there for a replacement of the passenger side wiper blade and to get the tires I purchased from them rotated. I was told that the studs were stripped and needed replacing. When they finished I was handed a bill for almost $250. OMG, how did I go from a free tire rotation to over $200? I said why didn't you quote me the price before hand because I don't have that much on my Firestone card and that's how I'm paying for this. He said he would reduce the price since he didn't tell me upfront. I paid and went home. I just got a call from Firestone informing me that I needed to bring my vehicle back because the Tech who worked on my vehicle, just found my NEW WIPER BLADE LYING ON HIS TOOL BOX! He didn't replace the wiper blade I just paid for. I'm done with the Two Notch Road Firestone. After all, I bought the tires there and had them rotated there since I purchased them, so how did the lug nuts get stripped???

Wish I could give no stars!!! Very overpriced!!! Not reasonable at all. The mechanics are not the problem, it’s the company they work for. Wanted to charge $800 for a $80 job!!! Definitely do not recommend this company for any car services!!!

Charles helped me out first thing in the morning after hurricane Helene came through on our vacation week to the beach. Got us in first thing and went out of his way to get the 1 matching tire still in stock at another location for us. Very reasonable and wanted to genuinely help us. If you are stuck in a bad spot like we were, this is a great place to go.

Not sure where they are hiring from but DO not do it to yourself, these people have absolutely no idea what they are doing! Took my car in for a battery last week & that was the last time it started! Now they are telling me I’m responsible for the repairs on the vehicle I drove in to them that had to be towed out😡 the place is a nightmare!

Two years ago my car A/C was not cooling and I took it there to have it checked. They told me that the whole system was broken and it had to be replaced. They said it will cost me around 1,500 dollars and they offered me a credit card to pay for it. I left the place because I did not want to pay that much. I had my car without A/C for a while. A friend told me I could try to add some gas, I spent 35 dollars, I did it myself, and my A/C has been perfect since then. It only needed A/C gas and they wanted to charge me 1,500! It was a quick fix!

My new tire popped while vacationing in South Carolina. The front tires were both replaced a month prior by my subaru dealer who I have used for 20 years. My husband placed our spare on with his bare hands and we took the car to the nearest Firestone. I received a call from a man who sounded very nervous stating that the bolts were stripped and could not be removed and proceeded to charge me 3 times reasonable and customary to remove them. I was deeply offended. They knew I was disabled and a traveler to boot. It is extremely unlikely that my husband stripped the bolts by hand tightening them. Further I am outraged that a normally 100.00 charge was elevated three times. He sounded surprised when I agreed but what was I to do? I knew no one in the area and needed my car to return home. The staff at Firestone on Two Notch Rd. went above and beyond to help me and come up with the best solution, even on a time crunch on Labor Day. They really care about their customers and genuinely want to help fix your issue. Charles particularly is an exceptional manager and team member, and was great not only to me, but to everyone who walked through the door. I knew I was in good hands when I noticed this. I decided to go with this location based off the most recent review. Very bad decision for me. I got my car towed here First I called the store and spoke to Orlando and explained to him what was going on with my car and ask him the price of a diagnostic test. I had just got work done to my car so I wanted to know if they had a bigger machine that could give a more in dept reasons why my car is still misfiring. He told me yes they had the equipment to get a more in depth reading so they can find out what's going with my car. He told me i could drop my car off. I spoke to Charles later that evening explained everything all over to him and he told me yes they would check it out. I received a call 2 days later from their tech Aiden telling me the same thing i told Orlando and Charles was wrong with my car. He mentioned other things that I know I had just got repaired, which makes me feel like the diagnostic test never happened. I went to pick up my car and have it towed away because the manager Charles recommended I take it to a heavy engine shop. I got scammed out of $128.19. I expressed to the manager Charles why I felt this way. He let me know Orlando was just a sales rep. With Charles 20yr experience as a mechanic he couldn't make the decision over the phone it was a engine problem and needed a heavy engine shop to diagnose it before I had my car towed to their location. Even though i told him the exact words they told me was wrong with my car when i went to pick up my car. He just wanted to get paid and get his point across. I never signed anything agreeing to the services performed. Also, a different Firestone location was not able to pull my info up in their database on the same day i went to pick up my car. So that's very questionable. This is very disappointing and unjustified.

I recently got my Subaru serviced here for a routine tire rotation and to get a wheel bearing fixed. Upon receiving my car back, none of my electrical features (that had been working completely fine prior) were working correctly. When I addressed this issue, they told me that they could not fix electrical issues (even though they had been the ones to damage it) and that I would need to take my car to the dealership to get it fixed. I took my car to the dealership today and they asked me who had recently fixed my wheel bearings because they had done a bad job and my car now had further damage. I am appalled that not only did they cause an issue and refuse to fix it, but also they did not even service the issue that I had stopped in for correctly. I do not trust this place and will not be going back to Firestone again.

This location is the best. I've always had good service, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I can usually get an appointment almost immediately. I definitely recommend this Firestone.
