I appreciate the customer service and the help I received from Avery, Ashton, and Tyler. I took my vehicle in on a Sunday, and I was in and out within an hour. I've been a Firestone customer for about 20 years now. They always beat the dealer on price/customer service for anything related to tires, to include alignments, rotation, and balance. We always purchase the lifetime alignment and tire road hazard warranty, and it's always paid off. I'm retired military, so using a base/post Firestone has always been a convenance. Firestone tire prices are competitive with all other local providers. Thanks again!

I will never take my car here again. Had brakes done at this location a year ago and they still squeal. I was told that sometimes they do because of the material. But didn't do anything to fix it. Told me I needed an oil change, a battery and tires. I do not need any of those becase my oil was at 60% still and all my tires are new. When I asked questions I was told to talk to someone else who had already left. But no one could answer questions about why my brakes still squealing a year later!

I called this Location my truck is in another Firestone that’s out of power so it can’t be worked on due to the hurricane. The guy on the phone asks if I have base clearance because they are on a base. I said no but does a tow truck not have clearance to deliver my truck? Do they want to work on it and can they check it out? Best in mind my truck has been waiting for service since Wednesday and it’s now Saturday. He asks me “ well how are you going to pay for it”? I told him however they want cash card etc but I’m trying to get my truck fixed so they have space and can they do it or not so I can keep looking if not. He then goes “well if your gonna be hysterical then”- I cut him him off because I don’t want to debate with him. I asked “is your shop open to public and do have time to fix it or not, yes or no so I can keep inquiring elsewhere if not plain and simple please” he said their diagnostic equipment was broken so no. Thank you for A wasting 15 minutes of my life I won’t get back and B for insulting me for being direct and proactive. I would avoid at all costs. Communication is key and understanding how to answer a yes or no question doesn’t require all the runaround. 😒

I was wary about going to a Firestone again, the one in Colorado Springs screwed me. But these guys have not only been professional and courteous, but every single thing I've needed done, they've made easy for me. I wouldn't just recommend Firestone after working with them, I'd recommend the Fort Jackson Firestone above all.

Great customer service. Jonathan was very friendly and walked me through every part of the process. Even when I was unsure about what was wrong with my car, Jonathan took me to look underneath the car with him and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Very impressed with the level of knowledge and service.

The friendliness and courtesy of the staff...the ease of making a appointment which was given to me the same day...I also will bring my wife car when it's time to be serviced. Wish they had a coffee machine to serve the customers while we wait.

Needed a new front driver side tire. Asked for them to replace and rotate. Called twice and asked them to make sure they rotated the tire. They stated twice that they did. They didn't. This is after the first time they called them they left me on hold for 20 minutes to check their tire inventory, just to have another person pick up the phone and ask how they could help me.

The associates at the Firestone Complete Auto Care located on Ft. Jackson, in Columbia , SC were knowledgeable, professional and extremely courteous to us and every customer who came into the store. Service was provided in a quick and efficient manner. Prices for services were reasonable.

Very courteous and informative. I was kept informed throughout the whole service. They rechecked the situation before proceeding with a service and decided it wasn't needed. That saved me money. When I need service I will definitely be back to let them do it.

I’ve been having my vehicles serviced here for a year now. Haven’t had a bad experience at all. They are a great team and willing to work with you to find the best solution. They listen to your input and go above and beyond to accommodate you. Most recently I just ordered new wheels and tires for my truck. The TPMS didn’t want to sync properly. They took the time to trouble shoot everything and got it running with the computer system. Top notch guys there.

Great and prompt service. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. They listened to my issues and made immediate recommendations to locate my car problems. They performed the needed diagnostic analysis on my car and pin pointed the cause of the issues within a few hours. They made recommendations as to the steps I needed to do to resolve my issues. Appreciated their knowledge, professionalism and timeliness of their service.

The service experience from online booking, reservation confirmation, to the actual service is always seamless. Wait times are virtually non existent and Rick, and Jonathan and the team are always on time, personable, and informative. You never have surprise recommendations on your next visit because if they notice anything you are well informed about those services with pricing before you leave. There is another Firestone closer to me but I’m always willing to drive on base for servicing. The service experience is just top tier.
