I have been coming to the Firestone for many years and have never had a bad experience. The service techs are very knowledgeable as well as the managers who provide honest services and are always able to accommodate walk-in appointments!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very unprofessional, incompetent, not very welcoming. Tried to tell me my oil light was on when I came in. It was not. I had the setting on oil pressure so I could see my PSI as I was aware of having an oil leak. Sure enough got in my car to find that the oil light was in fact not on. Did not have them complete the job as they tried to add on extra work that was not needed. Was just getting a second opinion. I will be contacting corporate due to the rudeness in customer service.

On two separate occasions, less than 6 months apart, I got a nail in my tire. Each time Firestone said it wasn't patchable. In fact, they suggested I buy new tires…like 4 or at least one or two. (HUH? Are you freaking kidding me?) Just picking random numbers of tires that you think I might be willing to replace. I probably have 10K miles left on my tires and they are not even down to the wear bars yet. I took it to a reputable competitor of yours who said they were absolutely patchable and they have gotten this feedback about you all many times before. This is not the first time over the years that you all have tried to scam me. Once time you told my I needed new calipers, well that turned out to only be clogged break lines. Thank you Billy Gladden for the correct diagnosis! You’re actions at this point have eroded every ounce of trust I ever had in you. Reading through the reviews on Yelp and Consumer Affairs, I see my feedback is right on the money. So, you either have a policy of: 1. Taking advantage of women; 2. Refuse to patch a tire if they look a bit worn; or 3. over diagnose a problem to make more money. I am disgusted with you all. Over the last 20 years, I have probably bought 10 sets of tires from you all. NEVER AGAIN. Not even if they were free. Shame on you for the lack of integrity in your practice and your policies. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Probably won’t make a difference to you but it may help someone else out there if they find this review.

I have been coming to Firestone for many years for my vehicles to be serviced. The service advisors are always professional and provide accurate information regarding my vehicle and don’t ever feel like I’m being sold services not needed. The staff is honest and dependable, and are able to work with you if same day service is needed.

Although I was only there to get my tires changed, they also checked my oil because the light came on during service. Turns out my oil was low because of a bad service provided by another service center. They ended up changing my oil saving me a trip later and everything was still finished in a timely manner. Their communication was great too.

Stote location, Columbia, SC, 106 Clemson Rd.-Store # 336230. The manager, "Seth" was very unaccommodating (not offering any compensation for the inaccurate quote for service due to Firestone 's lack of due diligence to properly access my cars' past history of service which resulted in an additional 200.00 increase in the quote for repairs. Rude (the manager, Seth "continuously" suggesting that we take our business elsewhere). Manipulative (the manager, Seth, offered higher price options initially, without offering lower price options until later when my husband joined the call). Disconnected with customer service concerns (responses to my concerns were dismissed, with his repeated nonchalant response, "okay," without expressing any desire to offer courtesy offers). This was the worst representation of Firestone that we have ever experienced in all my many years of doing business with the company. Very disappointed with the management, Seth. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this store. I will be following up with comments on social media as well as YELP

Tech broke parts and the manager refused to cover parts cost. It was not a wear item very clearly a technician caused problem. Very disappointed in this locations manager. Photo is new part. It comes down to trusting a shop. If they do you wrong on a $20 part. What are they going to do with a real $ item That steering wheel is just left the shop alignment. I'm now searching for a place to fix my Firestone alignment. :( Well the more you inspect the work the more it looks like sabotage. That boot twisted up ? Just so lazy they can't remove the retainer spring clip? The steering wheel, the inner tie rod boot, damaged parts, and he set the stops wrong. It's just too much. Can the technician really be that incompetent and keep his job? Added photo of replaced part. How does that break it's self? Waiting on an appointment to fix the Firestone alignment destroyed my nearly new tires.

15 years of service and never been disappointed. I can’t thank this team enough. They treat me like family. John, Dex and Matt were amazing and I seriously love taking my car there knowing I can trust them. Management has built a strong foundation and culture and and that is super important to me as a customer.

It is convenient and was easy to book an appointment and arrange for service. I received great customer service. I was able to drop off my car the night before and they performed the required service and had it completed by mid-morning the next day. The guys I dealt with on the phone and during pick up were courteous, professional, and helpful.

I have been taking my car for oil changes at this location for almost a year now and I never had any major issues. This time around, they did an oil change to my vehicle to later discover an oil leak. I checked the car and the leak came from a loose drain plug. Not only that, but the undercarriage splash guard and hardware were missing, exposing my car engine components to the elements. I called the store and asked the manager if they happen to have my splash guard around, since they serviced my car last and before that the guard was fine and in place. The manager told me there is no chance because they always put all the parts back and I just came in without it from the beginning. He offered to check my car out (to tighten the drain plug) and "see what we can do" but only while he is there, no later than 4pm. I told him that I would have to take off work and I can't afford that when it can be resolved over the phone, since I tightened the drain plug myself. He refused to collaborate with me and told me to call back when I can take time off work. While I understand that it is my word against his, I expected a more respectful attitude and at least assistance to order a new splash guard or point me in the right direction. Instead, I felt dismissed and not valued as a customer. It is safe to say, they will not be receiving my business moving forward.

They serve a purpose but definitely be on guard if going in for repairs. They like most mechanics shops now days operate on "up sales". Do you're research before going in and don't let them "talk" you into unnecessary repairs. I honestly only go there to have tires installed on wheels that I take in. I unfortunately don't have a tire machine so they get the nod for it.

Went in for new tires and a check up. Got the tires and all was going well other than the wait Saturday morning- Monday morning, when i received the car i was running late for work so couldn't check it out. The next day I found that my speakers and amp(which was drilled into the seat) were both ripped out the back of my car. Also missing glasses, pill bottle, and class ring. Around $1100 worth of stuff gone because window was left down and car unlocked and yet they say to no be responsible for any of the lost item…

I've taken my vehicles to many repair shops and dealer services as we all may have. Of course, favoring expert professional care and services at a reasonable cost. Shop appearance, customer service and reviews are preferred but word of mouth from satisfied customers are most important in choosing to me. In several states across American Firestone has proven time and time again to be my auto repair shop of choice. In the 20 plus years, 8 vehicles, sedans, SUV, sport. old truck, American and foreign, Firestone with professionalism, great customer service has successfully repaired them all with total satisfaction to include recommendations for future or needed services. Will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

Starting off, I made a reservation/order for new tires and installation online. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was informed the tires weren't available and had to schedule another appointment for when they finally did come in. Second, once I arrived to actually have the tires installed, the rep at the counter (I believe her name was Ebony since that was the name that appeared on the follow-up email) was initially nice but became extremely rude and agitated due to her lack of knowledge for provided services. Thankfully, Israel was able to step in and resolve the misunderstanding but Ebony still appeared irritated by our initial interaction and was sent on break. Israel saved the day and provided excellent service going forward but if this store insists on employing people like Ebony, I will happily take my 10+ yrs of dedicated patronage to another service center. Getting irritated and raising your voice at a customer is no way to resolve a situation especially when the misunderstanding was a result of her refusal to acknowledge something she didn't know.
