I was able to get a tire replaced early in the morning before work. The process was easy & didn't take too long.

Manager had horrible attitude. Had a gasket replaced that was put in balled up causing oil leaks; took it bad to be fixed and was told it was my transmission which was a lie. I had to go in the shop and actually show him where they put it in wrong for him to even fix it. Took 4 hours to get this done and I was the very first person there

The personnel were friendly and expedient in diagnosing my vehicle issues. They explained what the codes meant and gave me options to fix the problems without being pushy or salesy. I appreciated their professionalism.

Apartment was at 10:00 for tires and a headlight it's 6:30 now and the vehicle is still in the garage they also changed the oil which I did not ask for

I just bought a car last weekend, and it ran over a nail, in the mail of the road. Fortunately, I had the extra tire and wheel protections. However, it hookup. all day for the insuring the company from the dealer to get to us at the until the end of the day, just as they were closing . So, since i lived nearby (about 2 minute drive), they allowed me to take the car, and pay what the protection did not cover, when they got it on Monday. They did a great job on the tire, and I only plan to visit them form here on. Aaron was the mechanic, and there was also a manager. Also, ask for Rudy if you need you tires check, or mechanical problems.

Nate at the front desk is a pleasure to speak with, very fast service and very polite, i felt like i was very well taken care of and in no way taken advantage of, the technician who did my oil change was elliot, and he was very prompt and professional as well, i can tell he knows a lot about vehicles and i felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands, he even took me out to the shop to show me where my back right tire had an issue and explained everything to me in detail, without making me feel like he was dumbing it down, i am very pleased with my service today, thank you guys!

Horrible experience. Had to wait four hours to get it fixed even tho when we called they said they had the part. They didn’t. Weren’t very friendly. -1000000/10 didn’t even fix my car! Thanks!

My driver side window motor went out unexpectedly. It was a Saturday at 2 pm and I was two hours from home and planning to be in my location overnight. I did not have a safe place to leave my car open in that way. We called three dealerships and they all said no, see you Monday. We called Firestone and Rick answered the phone. He said be here in half an hour and we will do our best! The best was to source the part, buy the part, and have the part installed. He gave it to a mechanic that knew exactly what to do to fix it. He saved the day and the entire weekend. Fixing the car is always less expensive than buying a new one. My car is 12 years old and still works great. The entire store was great and my entire family appreciates each one of them! When I explained that we had called other places, he said, if we can help someone, we will. You can't ask for a better employee than that! Thank you, Firestone team, for allowing our family to continue enjoying the weekend together without a worry about the vehicle.

I always get in and out. Was there a little early and was gotten right in for checking alignment and check right front tire for a leak. Was informed there was a nail in the tire. Very happy with the service and how I was kept informed on the service Susan Green

Rick and his crew are great! I had issues with my 99 Ford. They gave great service and didn’t turn me away. All the other shops in town said my vehicle was too old. They kept my car running farther and longer. Highly Recommended!

BEWARE AND READ: They changed my oil and left the cap off! All the oil was gushed out and car was smoking. When told them they demanded that I bring the car to them because they are about to close!! On separate incident, they blew up my friend’s headlights when changing oil! Would not take responsibility. Yet another incident: changed battery and just decided on their own to throw away battery fixture and cover put there by car company. Had to order replacements out of my own pocket.
