I get the service I pay for-eventually. I was there for two new tires. I had a 12 noon appointment and left at 4 pm. This was not due to complications with my vehicle nor was my service pushed back in favor of another customer. It was just very, very slow. Somehow, services like mine should be expedited. I don't know if extra manpower is needed or a better assignment of those on hand is the answer. I am thinking of trying a different company next time. Then, they spent time checking things under the hood. There aren't any tires under there. I had already mentioned that the dealership tended to those maintenance requirements for me.

One thing I love about this location is the technician Gabriel! He always gets me right and makes sure that I have a full understanding of what is wrong with the car and what potential issues could arise in the future! He also help to make sure I’m not about to give an arm and leg in the process. I love his patience and his ability to go above and beyond in delivering customer service! If anything, Gabe needs to be training all mechanics to have his level of professionalism!

So much happened the night before I brought my car in, and I honestly lost all hope in trying to get it fixed. But Gabriel was a literal superhero! He explained exactly to me what was going on with the car, helped me set up my Firestone account and got me straight with a Firestone card! He even gave me tips on how to keep the car maintenance in top condition! He was so so so respectful to the point I damn near cried 😂! He was such a good worker and showed that he cared about how the condition of my car came out. I will most definitely recommend this man for anyone who’s comes to this location! Great job gabe!

Ashley, the Service Manager, and Ervin, one of the technicians, are amazing. I was getting my Mercedes Benz GLA 250 brakes serviced and they both went above and beyond for me. Ashley and Ervin were transparent about what was going on and even walked me back to show me and explain, helped me realize another repair place tried ripping me off, and did what they could do to save me money and they really cared about the safety of the vehicle. I was a loyalty Firestone customer in Sumter for years, and I recently moved to Columbia and now I will definitely continue to be a loyal Firestone customer. 5 out of 5 stars.

Called for an appointment and was quickly given good day and time. The manager was so friendly and remembered me.that is a plus... service was done quicker than expected. Completely satisfied.

Brought our 2022 Audi A4 there for all 4 tire replacement. They damaged all 4 wheels which they took full responsibility for and said their “wheel guy” would make them good as new. Had to wait four days (and daily calls from to the manager) to finally get an appointment. I had to drive an hour to the guys house in Irmo only for him to look at the wheels and tell me to come back in two days. That’s 4 hours round trip which I could have lived with but when we went to pick up the car their guy was no where to be found with keys in car. Worse part is this wheel butcher of Irmo actually made the wheels look worse. Called the manager and she (Ashley) said nothing more can be done. If you care about your wheels run like hell from Firestone. They are unprofessional and uncaring. Now fighting with Firestone corporate for some kind of resolution

Overall I am very happy with Firestone, I thought my windshield wiper replacement was very expensive. I went ahead and got it done, but in hindsight I wish I did it myself.

I took my car into Firestone to get all new tires. When I made the appointment I told them which tires I wanted and they said they would have them ready when I got there. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have and could get the tires. I chose different tires that I didn’t really want and had to schedule another appointment for the next day. I got them changed and when I got my car back it rode worse than before. I checked the PSI and they were all wrong with one being at 35 (28 or 32 is what it’s supposed to be.) My car shook horribly at high speeds and I had to take it in another time because they didn’t balance the tires. Customer service was okay but lacked communication.

I’d like to give it zero stars, but I had to at least put one. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was clearly told they could do a front end alignment on a heavy duty truck. I made an appointment for 11 AM. At 1:35 PM they finally told me they couldn’t do it. The truck was too heavy. So they let me sit there for 2 1/2 hours to tell me they couldn’t work on the truck when their agent clearly told me the day before they could. This is Just ridiculous…do better people!

Took my car to Fire Stone today. Got it towed there early morning-ish and got it back the same day, very good service very helpful people. when I went there with my partner, we spoke with Gabe at the front desk. He was very informative and very nice and helpful!! would recommend this place!10 out of 10.

All staff were friendly and knowledgable. Really appreciate them helping me out on an early Sunday morning when I noticed a slow leak in one of my tires as I was heading out on a ten hour road trip that morning! They had the tire fixed within an hour!

They were very helpful in resolving an issue that came up out of the blue with one of my tires. They worked me in and had me back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time given I didn’t have an appointment.

came in to have wheel bearings checked....test driver heard the noise and while disassembly noted other parts that needed to be replaced. all was done and now the car drives and feels safer

Embarrassing! Wish I could give 0 stars! Appointment for 7am. Called day previous to confirm early bird drop off before the store opened. Car not ready 4pm of same day! Terrible!

Went to Firestone had my vehicle serviced, they diagnosed the problem and realized that they could not fix the problem. I am disabled, they gave me the name of another person who could. I thank them for doing that because I didn’t know where to take it to have it fixed. They did that for me. They are the best. Thanks!! The best!!!

Please don’t go to this damn place. I had an appointment that was 15 and i waited for 2 WHOLE HOURS. This is ridiculous please go to a different location for an actual in and out service.
