I got an alignment and a tire rotation. I had a 7 am. appointment, but because we had bad roads, they couldn't get me in till 12. I should have 1st appointment that today. Then the phone went down. But the guys that worked they were nice!!

Store #019658 is my go to place for car maintenance. They are always pleasant, efficient and honest. They are upfront about the cost and service and after several years they have have just gotten better. Kudos to Heather who signed me in and to Dale, the technician. I wish everyone was like the folks on North Beltline Blvd. Thank you

Just wanted to write & acknowledge the amazing staff here. I showed over the wknd with a flat tire that was unable to be patched & the staff kindly put on the spare for me (at no cost!!!)…my husband was across the country at the time & I was trying to return home with my 3 young kiddos. Couldn’t be more grateful for their willingness to help & their kindness for doing it for free. So thankful ❤️❤️❤️

Went here for a simple tire rotation. It took over an hour for them to do a vehicle inspection or something, and they claim to have found that my brake pads and rotors needed to be changed so bad they were “dangerous to drive”. The bill went from $10 to $700. I declined service, and took my car to my local auto shop back home and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with either. Told me it all was great zero issues. Lucky I didn’t fall for this gimmick, but want others to know they are sneaky and will try to upsell to meet a quota! Definitely not looking out for the customer!

i wish i could give them no stars the whole experience was trash and i wish i didn’t need to go to them ,when i came in they act as if they didnt even wanna speak with me , i cant really put an name on it because they didnt have name tags. i called ahead because im not from there and they gave me a price, when i got there the manager wasnt even listening to me and made it seem like i didnt call when he had my account in hand , and after we already gave him my keys he says to the tech “ you spoke with her” as if i had made the price up in my head . told the manager that i was on my lunch hour at 12 and they pulled my car in just to let it set in the air , and i didnt get my car back until 2 something not only that the manager with the grey shirt was seating on my tires as i watch my car in the air and no one working on it . im not a expert but i know it doesn’t take 2hours to put 3 tires on . im just glad i got my tires on that probably the on good thing about my experience.

I had break job at firewtone in columbia SC on beltline Ave. The rotaors were warped causing shakiness while breaking. I'm a busy professional with family and work demands so stopped in to schedule fix and make sure parts be ready. Brought car back on scheduled date and after 3 hours waiting I was told they don't have the parts. Major waste of time despite doing all I could do to make sure the fix was done right The third time!!!!

I"m from out of town and needed an alignment after getting new rires. After they finished aligning my 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman the Service Writer told me they didn't have the tools to adjust the rear but that was ok because the front tires do all the steering. They couldnt provide a printout of the alignment they had performed because the printer was broken. And when asked to see the printout from the alignment machine, they could only provide after measurements and the front settings were all darkened/not readable. Im a Porsche Technician, ASE Master, Ex Nissan Master, and Ive never seen an alignment this bad or seen service this bad and they still charged me. My car still pulls and now my steering wheel is off too. I was blown away in all the worst ways. I'll never return to a Firestone nor can I ever in good conscience recommend it to family/friends/and customers. I dont even want to return to let them touch my car, this was a $130 learning mistake for me and I still have to get my car aligned.

Expert service. Pleasant staff. Rayshowd was great. The service crew quickly diagnosed the problem with my tire and repaired it. While I was there I noticed how efficiently they were completing service on other vehicles, so the customer could continue to go about their day. I definitely recommend this Firestone location.

Representative was thorough and friendly. Together we made sure that the serivces being done were what I was looking for and that I knew how much it would coast and how long it would take to complete. The representative offered Firestone products, discounts, and services based on what was needed for my vehicle and offered value. Once inspection was complete, I was notified about potential issue with my Battery, gave me standard recommended maintenance, and allowed me to make decision about whether to include replacement immediately or how long it would be safe to delay. On completion of service, near time estimated, services provided were reviewed and payment was processed for the estimated amount. Overall I was treated fairly and respectfully. Costs were more than I expected, but I'm not especially familiar with current auto servicing costs. Although I could have given a higher rating, I reserve that for companies that I have consistently recieved high service over a period of time, or truley "knock your socks off" amazingly impressed me right off the first time.

I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change for Saturday morning, days in advance, and dropped my car off. They said it would be ready by lunch. At 2:00 I called to check on the status, and they said it was being worked on, and they would call me right back. Two hours later they called stating that I needed new brakes and a battery replacement based on their diagnostic they’d just done. Okay, please proceed, will you have it done by close of business? They said they would and would call me if not. I never heard a thing that night. The next morning I called them first thing, and they gave me another excuse about having to order the battery the night before because they were out of stock. They said it would be ready in an hour. Two hours later I showed up to an empty show room — no employees in sight. I have now waited for 30 minutes, and they say the car is being finished up now — over 24 hours after I dropped it off. They’re not busy either. Just a few cars in the parking lot. I used to think these folks were pretty good, but this has been a very frustrating/disappointing experience.

I was visiting from Virginia for a pro soccer game at USC. On a Sunday, I was stuck with a flat tire. The BMW dealership was closed. I took my car to this location and they took me right away. They were able to repair my tire in less than an hour. Rashad was so friendly and we were so relieved to be able to go home on time. Thank you, Rashad and thank you to your team. I came in with a nail in my tire very late in the day. My car has low profile tires on special wheels and I was passing through town on my way to Atlanta. The team took care of me even though they had to stay after hours. Rayshad did the work and he made sure everything was perfect. The new store manager is an Air Force veteran and had excellent customer service skills. The team was a lifesaver. I am really appreciative that they worked me into the end of a busy day. Firestone is lucky to have these fine gentlemen on their team!

I woke up to what you see pictured around 11:30am and needed to get this taken care of by 3. The spare I had was flat and I had to call a towing company. They took their sweet time and only gave Firestone roughly 45 min to get this rim onto a new tire, align it and send me on my way. They did it in 30 min and offered to honor their tire sale pricing (15% off) at the first of July when I get paid for purchasing the other 3 tires. Fantastic customer service that went above and beyond. They earned a customer today!

We had a 10 hour drive ahead of us and our tire pressure light came on as we were approaching Columbia, SC. After multiple trips to gas stations to find air (to no avail), we decided to search for a Firestone. We arrived at this Firestone and they were so friendly and eager to help us. Upon further inspection when the need for air transpired into a nail in the tire, workers assured us they could fix it within 30 minutes. Service was fast and they reassured us that we were safe for our long journey. Special thanks to the manager and Rayshowed, Sales and Service Specialist for your kindness and fast assistance!

We were having warning lights pop on our Enterprise Rental, and were advised to find a Firestone. We stopped by this one and were helped by Lynn. She called around and worked her magic, going above and beyond. We loved her spunk and get-it-done attitude.

I have good experiences at most Firestones that I visit. The manager at this store was really good and helpful. There was some issue with the charges going through on my CFNA card and I told him I would use my debit card but he insisted on calling about the issue (Btw those Firestone credit cards are great--use them a lot and the point you earn will pay for your tires, etc., seriously!--the only problem I've had is that when I received a large paycheck and paid the card off, I discovered, thanks to this store mgr., that I had to wait a week before the company would give me credit for the payment)

The technicians and crew at this location are BEYOND amazing. Full stop. From the ease of setting up and maintaining appointments, to the courteous and professional approach the whole crew exhibits every time I come in, I have been more than satisfied with the handling of my vehicle at Firestone - N. Beltline. Wait times for maintenance have all been reasonable, and I can drive off 100% confident in the work performed.
