The guys there are very thorough and did a great job on my older vehicle. I had to have my truck towed into the shop and since they have a relationship with a towing company I was able to add the towing to my Firestone bill which made my life easier. The work was done well and I received many discounts by using my Firestone credit card. Couldn’t have been easier. Appreciate the shop and the employees, thanks!

Although this location is NOT the nearest to my home, the courtesy of the staff is exemplary. They take the time to discuss my options without being demeaning due to my age or gender. When I have questions, they answer with kindness and clarity. Explanations are concise, expected costs are delineated with no effort to bait and switch, repairs have never been undertaken without first receiving my approval. My family appreciates what this location offers me in terms of "peace of mind" when it comes to either emergency repairs or regular maintenance.

Don't go here, they charge too much and put extra parts that you don't approve. Also they diagnose more and more as they go along that takes an entire day or more to hear back about...

I have used them for over a decade with at least ten different cars I have owned to get oil changes, tires and do initial diagnostics with car care check. They are honest and do what they say what they are going to do. I love them because they are only a 15 minute walk from my house. The $20 car inspection is a great deal for any car I am going to purchase.

Always good service. Reasonable on service times, as well as identifying any additional services or maintenance required for your vehicle. They do not do this as an add-on or a way to charge you more. I have found them helpful and willing to discuss options or just say my vehicle is in great condition.

If I could give them 0 stars I would...brought just my tire in for a simple plug, 6 hours later and right before close,, they finally look at just to tell me they can't patch it but they have a replacement for $175. Who would pay that extortionate cost for a single tire? And no its not a truck tire or even and SUV tire

I called these folks, because I had Cañon City "Big O Tires" do an alignment analysis, then give me a $430.00 quote for a lifetime alignment (that they told me needed "two rear cam arms"totaling with tax, labor, and parts-$430). Two friends told me that that is way too much and they told me to call Firestone... I did, and Patrick explained that he wasn't understanding how they would have been able to tell if "my rear cam arms needed replacing or not- because you cannot see those parts until you get in and do an actual alignment" These wonderful guys are top notch professional, top notch proficient, & top notch customer service, all for only $204.00 for full all-around lifetime alignment!!! You better believe I will be coming to them for all of my tire and alignment needs from now on-Fantastic way to go, guys!!! 😁😁😁 God Bless you all for being an honest, incredibly capable, professional shop!!!

I tried to thoroughly explained the work needed to be done and I felt I was being annoyed by manager in doing so. Turns out the work that needed to be done was wrong. I had a blown tire still in my spare spot that they didn't address so the original tire with the sensor was still beneath my truck. So now I have to go back today to back it right. Hopefully they get it right this time. 11/5/24 - Manager Jason took good care of me today, making sure I knew my vehicle before proceeding with alignment. I could feel the corrections and am happy with work and service of lifetime alignment. They had good communication and didn't mind problem solving with me around good term solutions to optimize my vehicle.

They lied about performing a flat repair, the nail was still there, and they didn't even remove the wheel and check for leaks. Unprofessional!

Took my car in just to get tires, it took them over 4 hours to do it and they had the hood open for some reason. I didn’t think the hood needed to be opened to do tires. Now the car also shakes like crazy when it’s put in gear and they changed the time on my clock. Absolutely the worst Firestone I’ve ever been to. Even the one in Pueblo is better than this one.

Absolutely waste of over 2 hours! Came in with a flat and was told there was one person in front of me. A couple came in, after me, with a problem and got the issue resolved in 10 minutes. No communication from staff on status. All that needed to be done is getting a new tire to replace the flat, putting it on, and putting the spare back. If they put the new tire on the rim and I could've done the rest myself and faster! I hate to be one of "those people," I really do, but with the lack of communication and time it took, that's unacceptable.

I just spent 970 dollars to fix my car from beeping at me and it started beeping again after 5 minutes of me having the car back. The extra star is for the incredible nice and helpful man at the front desk.

I came for a 9am appointment, and the place is completely empty. A lady parked next to me had an appointment for 8am. After calling several times, I finally received an answer. I was told that they were short on workers, and would try to find some to come over. This is very unprofessional. You could at least send an email cancelling the appointment...

Showed up to my 9am appt at 8:50 to a closed shop. Other customers outside with us waiting said they had been here longer and nothing. Called another store in the area just to have someone answer put us on hold and left us on hold .( Stetson hill) Wasn’t able to get serviced and booked this 2 weeks out.

This location was my go to place every month or two for my work truck oil changes and services. Lack of communication about service completion or scheduling is frustrating though, I will be trying different locations.

Horrible service- the service manager/ tech "could not get my truck aligned"- gave no reason except he told me my truck was "worn out". Funny thing is that I took it to Jack's Alignment and they found I had a bent inner tie rod. Firestone couldn't even figure that out. What a bunch of incompetent a-holes. NEVER will go there again, and I am going to tell everyone NOT to go to Firestone. Firestone has been going down over the past few years, and hopefully they will go out of business so others don't have such a bad experience!
