Maurice is very excellent at his job; like give that man a raise. He's very respectful and will go the extra mile. Don't see that too often now a days The shop offered a reasonable price for services . They also have plenty of mechanics with ASE certification. This place speaks confidence in what they do.

I had a great experience at this Firestone location. Chris, and Marcus are knowledgeable and friendly. The shop quickly diagnosed an issue with my BMW X1 and made honest repairs without suggesting unnecessary work, which is often not the case at many auto shops. I also brought my 4Runner in for service and received the same exceptional care. Their consistent, quality service is why I confidently give this Firestone location five stars. I highly recommend them for reliable automotive service.

Outstanding Firestone! Quality mechanics who have great communication and customer service. Plus unlike 90% of other Firestone / tire shops they always answer the phone! Came in for an oil change with an alignment and they had me out in under an hour and a half. Keep up the hard work here! This will be my go to car maintenance shop.

This place has poor service! Alignment was no good and never recalibrated tire sensors. Ended up buying 2 new tires after 6 months.

New updated review: Long time customers, no longer coming here. Completely inept team. Put moms life in danger due to their negligence. Cant fix my dads car any time he brings it in for any issue. Full detail following: To Steve and the Team at Firestone Complete Auto Care, at 3715 Randall Dr, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality of service my family and I have received at your location. We have been loyal customers for the past six years, but recent experiences have raised serious concerns about the care and attention given to our vehicles as well as the competency of your mechanics. My 2016 Jeep Compass: While I have not encountered many issues in the past for myself, there was a persistent "shaking" during acceleration that your team failed to diagnose, despite multiple visits. After being told no issues were detected, the problem persisted for over a year. Only after replacing the spark plugs a month ago, did the shaking cease. This was a straightforward issue that should have been identified if proper attention had been given. My Father’s 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Brian Evans): - He had to bring the car in four times to address leaking shocks. Each time, your mechanics assured us the issue was resolved, yet the shocks continued to leak. While we understand that minor seepage can be normal, this was a significant amount that warranted further attention. - Additionally, your facility was unable to fix his bumper or backup camera following a minor fender bender. - On September 12, 2024, after an oil change, we noticed a substantial oil leak in our driveway. This was a clear indication that the oil change was not performed correctly. Unfortunately , this was not the first time for this to have happened. My Mother’s Ford Explorer (Sondra Evans): - On July 19, 2024, your team claimed to have addressed the severe noise coming from the vehicle. However, it was evident that the vehicle was not properly inspected, as the car was barely drivable and produced a loud, concerning sound. Despite this, your team assured my mother that the vehicle was safe to drive. - Upon returning home in distress, we had no choice but to have the vehicle towed back to your shop, where we were informed that the differential had failed. The tow driver confirmed the car was undrivable, and due to the extent of the damage, it was deemed totaled. This situation could have resulted in a serious accident, and it was only by luck that nothing tragic occurred. The negligence and lack of thoroughness displayed by your team have not only caused inconvenience but have also placed my family at risk. The failure to properly diagnose and repair these issues has undermined our trust in your services. Had something happened during her drive home that the car caused, you would be sued and held accountable with documented evidence of negligence. I cant help but think your maintenance teams version of performing diagnoses is by bringing the car into the garage, staring at it, driving it back out to the parking lot, stating you did work to it that costs hundreds of thousands of dollars when in reality they didn’t even look at it. Unfortunately in todays society it is hard to find good people that actually want to do their work, and do it correctly. I would greatly think otherwise if there were evidence of that. I hope you will address these concerns with the seriousness they deserve and take steps to ensure such oversights do not happen in the future for your future clientele. I would highly recommend retraining staff, stressing the importance of honest work, with held accountability and demonstration of understanding how to perform maintenance tasks. I've been going to Firestone for all my cars for years because they're the only company that I've found trustworthy, honest, hard working, and quick service. Went for tires. I already checked the prices for tires beforehand, and the price matched pretty close. Guy didn't press me for alignment or anything which was a nice change.

Firestone. Allways does a great job for me. And my little 2013 fiat abarth. The onny corners I have. Is the die hard battery for charging your cell phones. Does not work. This location at Randle dr. In Colorado springs.

Id give zero stars if i could. Made an appointment online for an oil change, my wife gets a call saying she will have to leave the car for the whole day for an oil change. An oil change. At the most an oil change should take an hour. Why take appointments online if you can't honor them? I asked to speak with a manager and very conveniently he was on a conference call. I definitely will NEVER use firestone at any location due to the ignorance and stupidity of this location. They want the car for the day to try and find other things wrong with it. This is what is wrong with auto repair facilities in this country.

Scheduled an appointment online and when I went in for the scheduled appointment they weren't even aware of my appointment. I ended up having to go somewhere else for an oil change.

They are courteous, swift in completion on jobs, and extremely communicative. I love working with Chris and Steve. They always make me smile when I come in and are always eager to help fix my vehicular issues. Marcus is extremely kind too, he is normally the one that lets me know the car is complete and he is also patient with me when i mess up the Credit Card reader. Top Notch guys here.

Chris got my truck’s alignment done quick and correct the first time after a 6” lift was installed. Been to a few other Firestones around COS and this one is worth the drive! Will be exclusively going here from now on!

Chris was very helpful when I called to ask if they could fix a flat tire for me the same day (Sunday). When I arrived with the tire Chris again was polite and helpful. My tire was repaired sooner than I expected and at a fair price. I would definitely visit this store again if/when I need work done!

I have been going to Firestone for all the service on my vehicles. They had been great. I got my brakes done on my 2022 tundra. I took my truck back 3 times bc every time they said it was done my brakes still squeaked. After the 3rd time they started to become rude and said what do you want, we have already tried to fix your brakes yet no refund offered nor making the squeaking stop. It use to be only when I backed up that the brakes would squeak but now they do it all the time. I thought maybe they would stop but unfortunately I am just having Toyota do them so I know it is done right. Sucks having to pay for brakes twice but I put a lot of miles on my truck and need brakes that do not squeak.

I'm always very satisfied with the work and the customer service at this location. I shopped around for tires. They were competitive and lifetime rotation included! Went with the lifetime unlimited alignment which was not much more than 1 alignment.
