Spectacular service. They took care of my issues quickly and effectively, and it was the cheapest trip to the mechanic I’ve ever had. They even noticed my tires needed rotation and threw that in complimentary. The gentleman at the front desk is knowledgeable and friendly and has a perfect go-getter attitude, he helped diagnose my issue when I could only describe the sound my car was making but otherwise I had no useful information, but walking in I felt like I was talking to an expert

Went in for a part that failed before the warranty was up, no big deal. However, labor isn't included so it would still cost me $800 to repair, for a repair I just paid $2100 for last year. (Also was going to charge me $130 for diagnosis fee" Be careful about the "Warranty". Also I booked online for them to tell me they didn't have a qualified mechanic to even take a look at it? Must have very quality mechanics there, very sad.

I’ve been taking our vehicles to this Firestone since we moved to Colorado Springs in the summer of 2023, and I’ve felt confident after each visit. Whether it’s been a simple oil change and tire rotation, or new shocks and struts, the work has been well done and I believe the team there values quality work and service. So, yeah, I appreciate the team and will continue to have my vehicles serviced here until we move next summer.

After over 24 years as loyal Firestone customers, we expect stellar service no matter what city we or our children are in. Here, In Colorado Springs, we have seen growing pains of this new store but always got treated respectfully and fairly. We are thrilled to know that Sumair is there for us when we need help. He continues to treat us like the "long time customers" that we are... with a comfortable, confident approach, a willingness to explain what is needed when we ask, and very fair dealing. We definitely will recommend Firestone and Sumair to our friends. And, we HAVE!

I had a great experience with this location. Great service and always helpful. I do admitt sometimes they're extra busy and that might delay how soon they get done with work. But overall happy with their job. Andy was of great service and kept me informed about the status of my veichle.

I requested an appointment for 9AM (2 days in advance) they moved it to 1PM. At 1 PM when I dropped it off they said it would be done in 90-120min I called after 2 hours and they had not even brought it into the shop. Complete incompetence

If I could give them a zero I would. My car sat in the shop for 12 hours. I made an appointment for 10 am. It is now 10 pm. My car is still not ready. Every time I call they keep saying one more hour. Never go here.

I took my 2020 BMW M340i there on 07/26/24 for an oil change. On 10/24/24 i got a notification saying my engine oil levels were low. I took it into Winslow and it was down to 4 quarts of oil when it needs 7.... Winslow did a multipoint check and there are no leaks or faulty sensors. How is this possible? The work that these clowns do is unacceptable amd my engine could be damaged now due to their incompetance. Do not take your car to any Firestone ever! If I find out that my engine is damaged I will be litigating against this location.

We usually get fairly decent service at this particular branch, however, this past visit, my wife waited (Saturday afternoon) for approximately 10+ minutes to be helped. My wife finally had to knock on the glass to get some help. Maybe they weren't pleased with this, because we wanted an oil change, change out the air filter and get the battery checked. The day prior, my wife had to get the car jump started. They said the battery was charged to over 90%. We checked past statements, and they did say we would need spark plugs. This stop, they did not check, nor replace.

Friendly staff members, but if you don't hassle them they won't get your car done. I had an appointment at 11 am for a car repair, they told me about 2 hours or so. I called them twice, once at 2pm and once at 4:30 pm, both times they still said it wasn't done.

Had a SCHEDULED appointment and i go in and then they tell me it was a request and that they couldn't do it and moved me to an earlier time that I was unavailable for. So don't go here thinking they'll honor your appointments. Big waste of time. Go elsewhere.

I got a quote to come in for $350 promised by “Michael” to work out to come in on my day off, But Sameer told me when I came in on my one day off that he doesn’t know why the SSS Michael is making promises that a manager should be making. He told me SOL can’t do anything for me. What a joke of a company I’ve been a customer for years. I’m done with Firestone after this. Completely. Horrible service horrible place. 0/10

Set up an appointment online for 6 pm on 9/27. Walked in at 5:55 and was told no one could service my vehicle for a wheel alignment. They also said they don’t get “online notifications” when someone sets up an appointment online. Terrible customer service.

THIS PLACE WILL ABSOLUTELY WASTE YOUR TIME! I took my car in last Friday to get a diagnostic and they said they can’t get me in so we rescheduled for Monday @10am ( I literally made an appointment so this would happen) I show up at 10am and they tell me they have like 5 cars in front of mine and it will take a few hours before they can even check out my car and then it will take another hour to do the diagnostic. It’s my only car so I planned on staying in the lobby while I waited… I waited 2.5 hours and he tells me they have one more car and then my car will be next its 12:30 at this point. So o get a ride home and they call me 2 hours later (at 2:30) and tell me they are working on fixing the other cars that were in front of mine and they won’t get to my car today and can do it first thing in the morning. They waited so much of my time and could just been transparent with me if they could get the job done, I don’t understand how they scheduled so many people in one day and allow this to happen. I go to pick up and car and they have the audacity to ask if I’d like to reschedule for another day. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else!

DANGER!!! Heartbroken and ashamed that I decided to go to this company to do basic upkeep, I have given up the fight. They will be taking all my money and will probably do it again to you given the opportunity. Glad that I’m alive in the end and that no one got hurt. I went in to get my tires replaced for a cross country trip. The staff was nice and everyone was kind. It was nice to see that they have first responder discounts and a sale at the time. All in all I thought the price was fair but I opted to put it on the in house credit card to have more wiggle room for the trip. A week goes by and a good bit of miles and I’m stranded in the middle of nowhere Virginia because my tire sheared off the axle while going 50. Scary to say the least I’m truly lucky that it didn’t kill anyone. Respectfully and intuitively I called and told them what had happened. They declared that it was impossible to say it was them and disregarded me. I believed that it was intuitive to assume a part and figured they would apologize and pay for the damages as well as replace the tire and wheel. If I had pluming done to a house and a week later there was a poop fountain coming out of the bathroom I’d think it would be rational to go to the plumber. I went to the credit card company and the service was horrendous. Also no help and not willing to fight for me. Car is still stranded actually. I was living out of it at the time. Heartbroken and ashamed that I decided to go to this company to do basic upkeep, I have given up the fight. They will be taking all my money and will probably do it again to you given the opportunity. Glad that I’m alive in the end and that no one got hurt. Sad that a good car had to be bricked.

They were able to fix my car pretty quickly in emergency, so that was great. Unfortunately, they told me on three occasions I would get a call back in a specific time period, I received none of those calls. I was quoted 490 got there and the bill was 843. I asked for a receipt which they would not hand me. They said I would get it in an email, to which I asked if they needed my email address because they hadn’t asked for it previously, and I never received that email or receipt of charge or services.

Dropped my car off at 8am and i was guaranteed I could have my new tires, that I brought in, put on my vehicle at the end of the day.......7pm I have someone telling me it's not possible, and I have to find a ride home or they can just pull my car out the shop, even though i called mid-day to confirm I can get home and have service completed ....terrible service.....I took my vehicle home with nothing completed after a whole day of wasted promises

I came in after driving back from Denver. My truck had started to vibrate violently on the way home. I asked Andy and his team if they would be able to fit it in before close and he wasn’t sure. Andy actually went in the back to help the mechanics, do my rotation and balance in order to give me back on the road before close. Really appreciate them going above and beyond and would recommend their shop.

Over charged for parts. I looked up each part with a retail price of about 25% cheaper. Cost me an about an extra $300 for brake pads and rotors for a total of $1000 for 2 axels

I came in with an emergency at 5pm on Friday night. Passing through Colorado Springs from San Antonio and on my way to Yellowstone for vacation. Sumair was excellent in working to get my tires replaced. I was driving my company car so he made all the calls to get the approvals from our fleet provider to get them replaced. His work and the speedy installation by the technicians saved my vacation. I would highly recommend Firestone on Republic to anyone passing through Colorado Springs or if you are a resident.

I had a series of unfortunate events take place regarding my car. I was on my way To work and had just gotten on the highway when I saw that the red battery icon was on the dash. As soon as I pulled over and parked my car completely turned off. Thank God I was parked in a parking lot right next door to Firestone. They helped me get my car from the parking lot to the garage and let me know that I was going to need a new battery and alternator. I’m pretty busy in general and this was looking like it was going to be a major setback. They were able to get it up and running in about a hr and a half!! I don’t remember all the gentlemen’s names that assisted me but I do remember Sumair. He was awesome. Great customer service, very informative, all around I had a great experience there. Those guys were incredible!

My first experience with this Firestone was great. I have a maintenance contract and they fall under the contract for service providers. I recently went back for my second oil change and tire rotation in December of 2023. January of 2024 comes around and all the sudden I’ve got a massive oil leak that developed in the matter of a few days. Because of the size of the leak I decided to take my car to the dealership to have them take a look at the leak. I had no indication or self awareness to think that this would have anything to do with the oil change that was completed less a month prior. So I wanted ford to look at my leak. It took them alittle over a month to get the car in. With a week before my appointment my check engine light came on and a message saying low oil pressure would come on intermittently. Fast forward to the dealer and diagnostic. They state that the oil filter from the last oil change was left loose and over time backed itself off the housing enough to cause major leaking. Because of the extent that the oil was leaking it caused the check engine light to come for a failed VVT solenoid. I was told they failed because the vehicle was having issues with oil being lost ect. My warranty picked up a good amount of the repair but I was still on the hook for $535.00 of the repair. So ultimately from what I was told and what was found by ford I ultimately decided to contact the Firestone to ask for compensation for the amount I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. This is really the frustration starts setting in. I drove 30 mins to visit with William the store manager at the time to talk to him about this situation. We sat in the show room for over 45 mins and he rest assured me that he will get this resolved and move it to the upper part of management and make sure I get my refund for the $535. Took copy’s of my invoice everything. Told me before I left the store he was going on vacation for a week and that he would resolve this and reach out in a week or so. I agreed that this was ok and I would just be patient. Over a week later is when I started to contact William asking for updates as at this time I was in the middle of a really big move with my family. He kept telling me that we was waiting for the manager get approval and once he did he could issue me a refund over the phone. At this point I was telling him it looked like this won’t be resolved until after the move. Fast forward to 6 weeks of calling every day asking what the status was and then one day I get told that William is not the manager anymore and that Andy took over his position. Once I started making contact with Andy (which happened over 2 weeks ago) Andy told me he had no idea what I was talking about with no knowledge of my situation. I told Andy the story and wasn’t upset at Andy, I get it people come and go. What’s getting me upset at this point is that I still don’t have any good communication coming from the store or even what the regional manager is saying because everyday I call and get told he is still making a decision or he is training or he is on vacation etc. from start to finish this has not only been a horrible experience but the lack of communication to a customer who has had to go through this type experience is unacceptable. They are knowledgeable about mess up that was done and the cause and effect of it. But yet this multibillion dollar company has issues with accepting responsibility for their mistakes. And owning up to them. Still to this day no phone calls no emails nothing from anyone from this organization. Very disappointed at this point

This should actually be a negative 5 star review. We had a blown tire coming back from a car show and needed to be towed to the nearest tire shop. Got the car there late on a Friday night. Saturday we were told the only tires they could get would be there on Monday. The car sat there until THURSDAY. We were told to go up in size for the rim and the tires would not rub. As we paid for the tires we were told they can't have a warranty because they were a special order. (what? Firestone won't warranty tires because they came from one of their suppliers?) Drove the car home to a metal on metal sound. Called them to say something was not right. We were told to bring the car back Saturday and have a look. They kept the car all of Saturday instead of getting us in right away, and said nothing was wrong. We knew something was not right after driving it a few more times on short neighborhood drives. Took the tire off and sure enough a large chunk of the tires is gone and the rim has rubbed into the body. Damage to the body will now rust. During this past two weeks we have called store manager and corporate three times. No one has yet to call us back. The car now has damage that will rust, and the brand new tire with maybe 125 miles on it is ruined. How could a tech remove the tire when we brought it back and not see the damage? How did a tech test drive the car and not hear metal on metal both times? Clearly a gasket or something is missing. Only one tire was rubbing the body. This car is a 1987 Monte Carlo SS. If they did not feel this was a project they could handle they could have sold us a spare and we would have went to a specialty shop. We paid 300.00 to have the car towed to the closest place possible and this was the choice we had at that moment. Now instead of fixing a simple problem we will expect an insurance pay out from Firestone for the damage to the car and rim. STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM CORPORATE.

Nice tire shop. Good WiFi and waiting area. A few places you can walk to safely for food as well. The Christian Bros. next door seems sketchy though. Probably better secular options abound.
