The staffs were extremely helpful and professional. Based on previous service recommendations at a different FS location, I had fixed easier issues on my own. Brought my car in for maintenance before a long road trip, the staff confirmed with me on those changes so that they wouldn’t fix something that does not need to be fixed and overcharge me. They had also fixed a mistake that the previous location made at no charge to me.

Chris is the man! Between the service for my momma’s Escalade and my jeep (which I didn’t know needed the care it needed), he’s great! We moved here in July. Drove 1500mi from Washington in both vehicles so we decided to show a little love and get oil changes. In the few weeks before going in, I noticed my jeep wouldn’t start and would have to jump it every day. So when I took my girl in, I asked them to check the battery. Apparently I needed a new one lol I knew it wouldn’t be cheap but I did ask how much longer I would get out of it (being that I’d just started a new job and thought maybe another month or 2). He’d said I COULD wait a little longer but would need it before late fall/ early winter and was just overall helpful. Coincidently, we all came from the greatest, beautiful State of Alaska! No question was too dumb (and being a girl, ya know what that could look like). We do have a shop closer to our house (maybe a mile) but we will happily drive a few miles the other direction to this one when our vehicles need some lovins! Thanks Chris!

I've been extremely happy in the last year with Dennis who helps me with all my car maintenance by doing an excellent job of explaining things and answering questions and always willing to help no matter how busy they are. Really appreciate it.

All of the staff were incredibly kind and took extra time to answer all of my questions and concerns, they also kept me updated on the timing of everything and went above and beyond to make sure all of my maintenance concerns were taken care of. The service & sales team were thorough with their inspection of my vehicle with recommendations without pressure sales tactics. I will be returning before the Winter season to replace my four all season tires. Just waiting for the best sale price.

I went into this tire shop to have them repair my tire which had a nail in it. I had it fixed in June and began to leak again from the the same spot. I was in a situation where I had to go to another tire shop. They told me it was leaking from the same spot, I asked if the could fix it they told I would have to replace the tire. I called this Firestone to see if they would help me. I was told that patches can fail and there was nothing they could do for me. I was also told it was not leaking when I left. So the patch failed in two months I was basically told sorry about your luck. I will not be going to any of the Firestones again.

I would really recommend getting your car maintenances done at this store! Dennis is always a huge help and always has a smile on his face! The staff there will make sure you get your car needs for a great deal as well! I will definitely be going back!

Went to this place for cracked radiator, held it for 4 days to figure out what the problem was, claimed my vacuum hoses had leaks, did not replace them when it was approved with the radiator, tried to charge me either way, mechanic comes out and says "nobody told me" manager of the establishment was dismissive and said "we tightened it down for you, come in if it has more problems."continues to have problems, i assume i have leak, nope my whole power steering vacuum tube is missing. Causing car troubles, do NOT let these people near your vehicle.

Great service. They scheduled me as soon as possible and got me in and out quick. The staff was friendly and David gave me an honest second opinion and explained the problems with my car in depth. The bathroom was not very clean. But great service!

My go to place. They squeezed me in even being short staffed for nail in the tire. They are upfront, honest and do quality work. I drive 20 min out of the way just to come to this location.

Total courtesy and professionalism. Best experience I’ve ever had at any auto service center in my 64 years of life. That’s saying a lot coming from a mechanic. The service manager was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He was friendly and respectful to everyone I saw come through the door while waiting for my vehicle.

David and his whole team were very helpful! I was on leave from San Diego and realized my son's and ex-wife's cars needed extensive repairs. He was able to get them both in and out in 2 days while I was there. He even came in on his day off after working 18 days straight days. Being in the military, I was very impressed with his assistance to ensure my family had safe cars. Hands down best customer service I've experienced anywhere in a long long time. GO TO THIS FIRESTONE!!

Setup an appointment for an oil change dropped my vehicle off on time, 4 hours later they hadn’t even moved the vehicle in. If you are short staffed just be honest, left without any work done and finding another service provider. Long time customer.

This was an expensive investments in my sons truck. I talked with David and he made me feel informed and knowledgeable about the issues with the SUV. His experience with vehicles allowed him to fully explain the what and why of his recommendations. It was a perfect experiences when someone takes their vehicle into a shop. I would definitely recommend that others in the Colorado Springs area go to this Firestone shop for repairs and general maintenance of their vehicles.

We had a great experience mainly due to Dennis, he greeted us with a smile, helped us get the tires we needed, and generally took great care of us and our vehicle. I would strongly recommend this location because of Dennis, I felt valued and heard and would trust him to work on our vehicle anytime. (James and the other employees were great too, all around a great tire change experience)

Worst shop I've ever been too. Don't remember who I dealt with, he was a bigger guy maybe 6 ft with a short beard. But I was told to never come back when i picked up my wheel because I apparently hung up on him on the phone? I don't know where this guy gets off thinking he can ban people from coming back, but that's not the way to do business. I did 10 years in the tire world and there are other ways to do business. They also wouldn't fix a nail in the tire that was clearly a fixable hole. Was very intent on trying to sell me 4 new tires for my front wheel drive vehicle.
