Great service! Fast and friendly. I pulled in with a flat tire hoping to get it fixed tonight and they got me right in. Two other tire shops told me they couldn’t because the closed at 5. Super grateful Firestone is open late and willing to take care of you! I appreciate the service!

Had a wiper blade take a shit on me during the snow called to see if I could come by to have them tighten the arm since I was over an hour away from my tools, they did an amazing job and made sure I could drive safely again! Thank you Firestone!

I love the Firestone Road Hazzard Guarantee. I can get puncture fixed anywhere, at no expense. The Lifetime Alignment is great too. Everytime I have the tires rotated I get the alignment done ... one-time payment, alignments for life thereafter.

I took my car in for an oil change, Jesus called me and said during the inspection they found a nail in one of my tires and asked if I’d like them to go ahead and patch it. He said that besides the nail my tires were still in really good condition so I agreed to go ahead with the patch. He called me back about 20 minutes later and said that once they took the tire off they found three additional “pinholes” in the tire and unfortunately they have a policy that if there’s more than two holes they can’t repair the tire and it must be replaced. And because my vehicle is all wheel drive I can’t just replace one tire I have to replace them all. I opted to come pick up my car and take it to a different shop to be patched instead. That shop inspected my car and found absolutely no damage to any of my tires. No nail, no “pinholes”. I called Firestone and spoke with the service manager about my experience and he said he was sorry if I FELT that they were being pushy and trying to upsell me. I’m not upset because I “feel” like I was being taken advantage of, I’m PISSED that I was straight up LIED to.

I contacted Firestone regarding a bad alternator and a flat tire. Red, the manager was able to get me in on a Sunday. They were able to replace the alternator and repair the flat tire the same day! I appreciated the great same day service. Very professional, timely, and great price. Thank you.

I was very hesitant to take my 65 Mustang here, but all the other alignment shops in town were too busy, and after talking with them, I felt confident in their work. I came in for the lifetime alignment and discovered they could also tune carbs! They did a fantastic job for a fair price. Their professionalism, technical knowledge, and work ethic were second to none.

Left my Jeep here Saturday Oct 12 with an appointment for Sunday Oct 13 to get looked over and fixed. Called Monday Oct 14 and told they had ordered parts that would be in Tuesday(15th) with our car fixed by Wednesday(16th). Here I am Thursday Oct 17th, a part still "shipping".

Worst service ever talk about getting dumb and dumber to do a job cause it took a month to get two tires from the peanut gallery after they said they already had them tires that were already reserved through warranty and some how they end up sold. So when they do put the tires on their the wrong ones they revise the invoice and change the size then I have to find two more tires for myself cause they can’t seem to do anything. And then when I do find tires those are sold but still registered in their inventory then the one of them tells me the tires are on international back order and no Firestone has them but I find some listed on Amazon and guess who’s selling em that’s right Firestone no one took the initiative to call us when the tires did arrive and pretty much the whole time I had to resolve my own issue cause none of them would help or do their job these dude had a new excuse every day I called about my tires. So I go down there and once they did get the tires on the rims they just left them there on the ground and didn’t even put them in the car or tell me they were done. I’d highly recommend any one to just go to a different location cause these guys are just there fore paycheck and give the customers the bare minimum of effort. Wanted to add pictures to this post but it couldn’t cause they left a bunch of tape on my rims that can be seen on both sides from the inside I’m assuming it was vindictive.

I went in for an oil change, which was fine. The technician noted that my tires were worn to the point of needing replacement. I bought my tires from this store. I pulled out my Firestone warranty which is for 65,000 miles for the tires. I only have 20,000 miles on these tires. They would not replace them per the warranty. This is absolutely wrong.

Made an appointment. Showed up on time. Was told that they couldn’t help me that day and to try another day. I also heard the receptionist tell someone on the phone that they couldn’t help him because he wanted to let his guys go home. It was 3 pm.

Scheduled my work truck for service at 11:00 am on Saturday. No call or email that afternoon. Stop by Sunday morning to check on it and a note on the door saying new hours and temporarily closed on Sunday 9/29. Showed up at 7:30 Monday morning and got it back so I could go to work 2 hours late, and no service

I made an online appointment which they confirmed by email...very convenient. The lady who signed me in was very friendly. The employees very nice. I had an oil change and AC Freon recharge and was satisfied with the cost. Slightly long of a wait though that day, 2 hours but the waiting area is comfortable and even in late afternoon the coffee was on and available. Satisfied! On another visit, My granddaughter was sent for the appointment because she picked up a screw in one of my tires. However; Discount Tire has always been my go to shop for tires and she was supposed to be going there. Because I have my mechanical work done at Firestone she got confused and went to Firestone instead. It turned out to be for the absolute best! The warranty that came from Firestone was so much better than Discount! Discounts optional warranty is only good for one year so I’m very pleased with Firestone warranty

Met with Jesus the service advisor told him I had a bad experience at another firestone. My car was leaking/losing oil. As it turned out the tech at previous firestone left my drain plug loose. He went ahead and refilled my oil and did a courtesy check all at no charge. That's great service.

The guys in the shop were extremely professional and efficient. Kind of a rough day. Had a blowout and they were able to fit me in late in the day on a Friday afternoon before I was heading out of town. Excellent service. If you like Bridgestone tires, this is the place to get them!

0 stars if I could. Took my car here for an oil change and they doused my engine compartment with oil everywhere. It leaked down all over my garage floor and it also ended up killing my alternator since it was that covered in oil. Ended up having to replace the alternator and clean all the oil out of the engine bay. Cost me hundreds of dollars and had I gone to a mechanic, I was quoted over a thousand. All for a botched oil change. Since I fixed and cleaned everything I've had no oil drips in my garage or anywhere else in the engine bay! Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Kind of your run-of-the-mill auto shop but significantly more expensive than other shops around town. I also question their integrity when it comes to pricing as it’s the sort of business where if you push / haggle enough you can get the cost down. That might sound like a good thing but the prices you can haggle down to are still exorbitantly higher than what you’ll find elsewhere. It’s the kind of place that’s probably taking advantage of people who don’t know much about cars or who are too timid to ask for a better price. I’d recommend going to 719 Auto. They’re locally owned, friendly & trustworthy, and their prices are really good! The work they’ve done in my vehicle is solid and it’s always done really quick!

Went in today for a presale inspection on my car that the potential buyer booked and paid for. There final report had everything “wrong” that has already been replaced within the last 6 months. When we asked for the engine code report they “couldn’t give this is because the mater mechanic needed to report it” and we were told the master mechanic had left for the day so we couldn’t even talk to him about what was wrong and why they gave us a quote for everything it had previously replaced. When we went to pay for the diagnostic and inspection they told us it would be $123 and I had $140 in cash but they couldn’t give me change so I ended up overpaying. I recently had a flat tire during my evening commute. The staff were able to fit me into their schedule same day and were prompt and polite despite being obviously busy. John helped me choose new tires and was helpful with any questions I had. And shoutout to technician David for getting things done faster than anticipated. Could not have asked for better service with my problem!

Oh, look another bad review. We went in for an oil change and it ended up costing $179, very misleading from the gate. They asked us if we wanted an inspection done. We asked how much it was, they replied free, yet they charge $21.99 on it and when I brought it to their attention, not only did they deny that it was right there on the receipt, they didn’t even correct it. On top of that, we asked for a basic oil change and they did a full synthetic. Or at least that’s what they charged us for. who knows what they actually put in the vehicle. Worst customer service of all time. The lie straight to your face and then gaslight you. I wouldn’t even let someone that I didn’t care for go here.
