The store manager Drew is the best. We have worked with him for several years now, and I can't cite how many times he went above and beyond to ensure that things were working effectively. The most notable was the persistence Drew and his mechanics brought back to life a Versa that had been filled with diesel (on a non-diesel engine!). They did not write it off, although there were times that they could have, but their persistence and hard work brought it back, saving us even more by extending the life of this older car! We appreciate all that he and his team does!

Carter and Drew - rockstars! After an unlucky morning on my way to the base, my Tesla Model Y (winter tire package) warned me that my front right tire had deflated. I was able to get my car over to Firestone and Carter immediately made movements to help me get my car back on the road - on a day where I had a big project to present - and I was in & out in record time! Professional, courteous, and willing to help. I highly recommend these guys if you need a tire repaired!

Lyle and the rest of the Firestone team are amazing! I hadn’t used my Firestone credit card in a few years and they assisted me with looking up my account. The pricing is fair, the service is supreme and the customer service is unparalleled. Thank you for all the hard work you guys! 10/10 will use again.

Terrible experience. I had taken my car in for a routine timing belt change. I brought the car in the night before so they could start the work the next morning. A 4 hour job turned into me not picking my car up until 10 pm at night. During the waiting period they did not make any effort to call or update me in anyway. I would have to call and was told a couple more hours each time. I was also told that one of the mechanics had broken a part that was needed to complete my work. Immediately I started to worry. I finally picked up my car up and drove it home. I did leave my house for a few days. When I finally do drive the care I get on the highway and about half way to Pueblo my car started shaking. Would not go over 50. I barely made it to auto zone to run a diag on the car. Turns out the crankshaft postion sensor was the cause of the errors. Just so happens this is a part that is moved during the timing belt replacement. I called the original Firestone (Stetson Hills) and they told me there was no tow available from Pueblo to the Springs and to contact Pueblo. I called Pueblo and they advised me that Stetson Hills should have it towed back to do the warranty repair. I called Stetson Hills back and they were able to find a tow company. The tow company came and got my car. I get back to the Springs to check and make sure my car made it. I went in to see when the repair work was going to be completed and Drew stated he would not get to it until Tuesday. At this point I am in tears. I told him I cannot be without a car and this was not acceptable Drew then looked me in the eye and said he did not "appreciate me lying" when I told Pueblo that Stetson Hills told me that they were not going to able to tow me. Why the hell else would I call Pueblo unless directed to by Stetson Hills? I did not lie, dude literally told me to call Pueblo because they did not have tows available, which turned out to be a lie. Now I am scared that the Stetson Hills Firestone is going to do something horrible in retaliation. I know this review does not mean a thing to the company and nothing will be done about the poor customer service and incompetent mechanics. I am just hoping this helps other people make a better choice when looking for a car repair shop.

We dropped our vehicle off at 8:00am in the morning for new tires and a wheel alignment. I showed up at 4pm to pick up my and they just started working, then was told that I need to bring it back for the wheel alignment on another day because they could not get it done.

I went into the local Firestone store with a leak, that turned out to be a nail in the tire. The location told me it would be about and hour and half until they could look at the truck. in about 55 minutes the tire had been repaired and it was a warranty job on top of the quickness.

The manager there is outstanding! He is knowledgeable and contacted me the day before just to make sure they were ready for my vehicle with the right kind of tire. They have my business as long as he is there! Hopefully you do whatever you can to keep him!!!

made an appointment at 10 am on Thrusday 7 nov 2024 for an oil change and tire rotation. the day before the appointment my son had a flat tire, so when I went in to the store I asked if they could check the wheel and replace the tire, I also noticed on the way to the store the rear break light was out and asked if they could replace it. five and a half ours after dropping off the car they had done nothing, I had to call to see what was going on, they finally did the oil change and nothing else. very bad communication and customer service. will not return to this store.

All three gentleman that assisted me were absolutely wonderful. Carter, Jerome, and Lyle were quick, professional, and kind. I had a slow leak that I needed a patch for. I had stopped off at another location and was left standing at the counter for 10 minutes before someone could shrug and tell me they couldn't look at it at all that afternoon. I was able to make it to the Stetson Hills location and it was like a completely different company. Everyone was fast, friendly, and great at communicating what was going on and what they advised I do. I will always go to this location first going forward. Thank you to all three gentlemen for making a stressful day turn into a relief.

Goff & Drew are exceptional service representatives, they explained everything that was needed for my Jeep. They also gave me a discount because when my tires were put on, on the 18th it was suppose to be 90 minutes, instead just shy of 3 hours. Also my alignment couldn't be done because an Audi had been on the rack for 1 1/2 hours. Overall EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the work completed @ Stetson Hills Firestone.

I've been going to this store for years now. The staff there is amazing. Drew and the team got my Jeep towed in with a blown tire late in the day. I expected to hear back on the next day, but they had the car ready and had me back at it the same evening. It really surprised me. They are great at this store and really care. It was a refreshing experience. Thank you all.
