Came in just as the boys were closing tonight because my tire was completely flat from a slice. They helped as much as they could and were so sweet and kind. Gough doesn't usually work at this branch but he was incredible, so were the shop boys Ike and Scott. I had a car full of groceries and my dog...it was snowing and cold and they stood out in the snow to help. Thank you guys so much.

We had an issue with our wiper fluid freezing while heading up to the mountains. Stopped at Firestone. Byck was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He got us back on the road in no time! Highly recommend this Firestone and their staff. Especially Byck!

Service was exceptional. I initially started with a tie rod repair and then decided to get a handful of other things done while I was there. They were eager to help with all of the things I needed and completed it in a timely manner. They took the time to explain the repairs to me line by line. I was truly impressed. Highly recommend.

This location was wonderful! We got a flat tire on Dec. 23rd, we had just gotten on the road for a long road trip to see family. We called them 10 minutes before they were closing, they waited for our tow truck to show up and got our tire all fixed. Byckley was so kind and friendly!

Had a great experience. Needed water pump n timing belt replaced. Scott was my tech and did outstanding. He stayed after hours to ensure everything was taken care of. They were very understanding of my situation and easy to work with. Def would recommend.

I was able to get my vehicle in to get an oil change and tire rotation complete in a timely manner. Vaiden M. and Patrick S. took great care of my vehicle from the intake to getting me back into my Navigator. They did a better job than when I went to my dealership. They spoke to me about upcoming maintenance and scheduling as an equal. I finally found somewhere I could take my vehicle without worrying. Firestone 1445 Jamboree, try them, you won't be disappointed.

This is probably the best firestone in CO. Patrick was outstanding with my car, he did a very thorough inspection and explained everything very professionally. I took my car in for an alignment and he was very courteous, transparent and knowledgeable. The work was done in far less time that i thought it would take. They kept my car clean, there was no fingerprints, oil or dirt anywhere. Very satisfied with the service. I live in south co springs but i will drive up to this location every time.

A called a day before to see if there was time to get an alignment done on my vehicle. I was informed that there was time available at noon on a Sunday to get it done. I went ahead and scheduled my appointment for noon. I did arrive a little early(about 20 minutes before the appointment) since that is the courteous thing to do. The guy at the counter proceeded to tell me that it will be a couple of hours until he can get to it. I proceeded to ask what is the point of having an appointment if you are not going to honor it...... To say the least I would not recommend the location for them not wanting to honor the appointment times. I can understand if they might still have to finish one vehicle up that could take about 15-30 minutes. This was.not the case. Instead I was treated like a random walk in customer.that did not have an appointment....

Very thorough, completed requested service in half the expected time, and explained the need for replacing rear camber toe adjustment rods. Service was very accessible, with appointment by phone. Service technicians were courteous and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and its' requirements.

Come on, guys! You all could have saved me over $200 by calling me with the results of my pre alignment numbers. Because it's hard to believe anyone would recommend an alignment with those numbers. Instead, an alignment was done anyway. Come to find out, my car was experiencing the little pull it had solely based on my car's electronic stability control offset not being reset after I just swapped out all 4 tires. (Something I mentioned twice before work being done). What makes matters worse is that you guys didn't perform the vehicle specific guidelines for my car's alignment. This resulted in the car pulling - after I got it back - far worse than anything I was experiencing before I took it in. This is highly irritating because I specifically asked if they knew how to perform alignments on this car. Thankfully, I knew how to get into the car's service mode and reset this offset myself. But, what if I didn't? Additionally; A courtesy inspection was never performed on the vehicle. A road test appears not to have been performed before or after the service. The total time they actually had the car on the machine was maybe 20 minutes. In fact, it spent more time in the parking lot after the service before I finally called to ask if my car was ready since I could see from the car's camera it was parked outside the service bay. In summary, I feel kind of scammed.

I had a rental car with a slow leak and they had me in and out and fixed up within 30minutes when the other location down the street told me 3 hours! So needless to say very quick super nice guys!

Very helpful in professional. they were very busy, but they managed to get my vehicle in and take a look at it and fix it without an appointment PERIOD and I'm actually returning with a Different vehicle today to get More work done because of how well they handled my first experience dealing with them. I would definitely go here to get worked on on your vehicles. These are a good group of individuals.

I took my 4Runner to the store on Jamboree and had an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and break replacement. I also paid for them dispose of 4 old tires. The car shakes when I break and shakes at about 45 mph. They also broke my trunk hatch panel (it wasn’t cracked when I loaded the tires in the trunk, it was broken the next time I opened the trunk). I don’t feel safe driving my car and I paid over $1k. Super bummer and will never go there again.

These guys were a lifesaver and Eric has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. We took a trip to Colorado and my car started acting up. He got me in and taken care of in a timely matter so I could make it back to Texas safely. So glad I found these guys.
