My experience was amazing. Bayan and her team were very nice to me. I originally chose this shop because I had another problem. The gentlemen were so nice with helping me resolve my issue at no charge. I said that for any reason if I couldn't continue with the place I was going. I would come here. Thank you for your service.

Oh my goodness where’s the button for 100/100, AA+ on service and the customer care was phenomenal. My car feels and drives just like I bought it off the lot the first time. I would like to give the biggest thanks to the service rep named Bayan. She made everything possible. My tires were so bad to the point she took time to go above and beyond to find something that would fit in my budget just so I can drive safely. I appreciated that so much out of kind and genuineness. This Firestone location is now my favorite because of the welcoming and awesome service I received. THANK YOU GUYS!

I found this Firestone Team to be extraordinary in many ways. AJ was knowledgeable, Josh was patient and helpful with answers…Bayan especially was very professional and resourceful about my needs. The staff is awesome! I spoke and met with Bayan, Josh and AJ over a few day period. They were all very informative and very patient with me as I ran into an unforeseen issue while getting a basic repair. Have been a longtime client there and i definitely felt taken care of! Thanks again!

I highly recommend this location. Times are tough but they worked with me to make sure my vehicle ran smooth and safely. I really appreciate how helpful and understanding they are. Josh and Johnny are A+ mechanics and the lady at the front (sorry I didn't get your name!) was so nice and fun to chat with.

Josh was beyond helpful and educated us, so we knew exactly what we needed to do and why we needed to do it. He gave us multiple options, explaining the cost differences, not only trying to sell the most expensive service. He was also very accommodating, asking the lead technician to stay past his working time to get my vehicle completed in a timely manner. Could not be happier with the outcome, it is a stress relief knowing my vehicle is safe, the warnings are off and have stayed off for a week. The cost was reasonable as well, and we went with the iconic "lifetime alignment" option for future worries!

I felt like Isaac and Josh the Service Writers treated me with respect, explaining everything in detail and offering their insights. They quoted me for additional service the inspection identified but didn't press me at all to have it completed. The work I was having done was completed in a timely fashion.

I was here this morning for my 10am appointment for an alignment and wheel balance, got there at 9:52am front guy took care of me and all was good, an hour pass by another guy called me and told me that i needed 2 rear tires and he was trying to get me to buy them tires (remember I didn’t come here for tires just alignment and wheel balance) told him I don’t have the money for it and he finally went back to the back. An hour later I saw my car on the parking lot just sitting for 10-20 mins and no one told me that my car was done, so I fall in line to talk to the guys in the front and this lady just came, fall in line behind me but those guys in the front took care of her first even though I was in front of her. Good thing I kept my cool because that lady had her kid with her, I was gonna dog them in the front like how the USMC used to dog us before. Dont come to this place, they will pick and choose who they will service first. Been a customer of Firestone since 2018 in the east side now I moved to the west side and this is how they roll over here, I’m surprised this firestones on this side aren’t closed yet due to bad service.

I LOVE Firestone in Middleburg Heights Ohio. I have been coming here for years and they do excellent work. From the moment you walk in the doors they are so friendly and easy to talk too. They are like family. I love the whole crew that is currently working 😎👍
