If I could give zero stars, I would. Scheduled an appt at 11a. Didn’t have another ride so I was planning to hang out until my brakes were done. Left around 12:30p to grab lunch and saw my car was in the same spot I parked it in when I got there, which irked me because no one had mentioned they hadn’t even started yet. After I came back, I let them know I was going to walk back to my place and asked that they call once it’s done. The guy working the front desk proceeded to ask me “what was in my bag,” (referring to my lunch) and I told him I overheard them talking about breakfast and I went to grab a bagel around the corner. He said “so you heard me talking about it and just didn’t grab me one?” Normally I’d think this was funny, but the dude was totally serious. I don’t mind lighthearted banter but it’s kinda weird that he genuinely expected me as a stranger and a customer to offer to grab him food. Didn’t sit quite right. I went home around 1p, called at 2:50p to see how much longer they expected it to be. Manager answered and said they were “pulling it around in about 5 min.” I was under the impression he meant it was done, so I walked back over and got there around 3:30p. After sitting for about 20 min, I asked if they had even started yet, and the guy at the front desk asked and they said no. I told him I had to leave and he apologized for the wait. So after 5 hours, they hadn’t even started my brake job. I saw no less than 5 people working between the manager and the mechanics. Why did no one even look at my car to give me an estimate within 5 HOURS? This on top of the overall lack of professionalism from the staff just made for a terrible experience. It was an absolute waste of my day. Do not recommend. Never going back.

I took my car to this Firestone for a specific issue, and they performed an inspection without my request. They then told me I needed to replace both the front and rear brake pads and rotors. When I questioned this—since I had replaced them just a year and a half ago—they claimed the front pads were at 7mm (which do not require replacement), but the rear pads were at 2mm and needed to be replaced immediately. To verify, I took my car to another repair shop and a 4S dealership. Both confirmed that my brakes were fine and that my rear brake pads actually had 6mm remaining, not 2mm. This experience makes me believe that this Firestone location is misleading customers about their vehicle’s condition to sell unnecessary services. I strongly advise against getting any repairs done here, as it seems like a waste of money.

Let me start this off by saying I don't usually leave bad reviews. I prefer to highlight the outstanding businesses in our community. My experience at this particular Firestone was just that bad. A few weeks ago, I made an appointment to bring my car in in so that I could swap my rims out. When I approached the front desk, the attendant was completely dismissive. No "hello" or "I'll be right with you." I explained why I was there and handed over my keys. When I asked how long the service might take, I was told "maybe two hours.....or definitely by five o'clock". Mind you, this was at 10AM. By 4PM, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. They hadn't got to the car yet. I was a little annoyed but shrugged it off. I explained that I would not be available after 5PM that day. I got a call at 6:11PM and a voicemail asking me to call asap. I called the next morning and talked to a guy who was really confused about my service. I reiterated what I needed to have done, and he said, "Oh, sure, we can do that." Later in the afternoon, I called to check on the progress and was told that we were dealing with two different sized rims (I honestly was unaware of this), and they could not be swapped out. Reasonable, but it took a day and a half to figure this out?? They thankfully did not charge me anything. Mind you, this would be the perfect time to offer to sell me a set of tires that would fit the rims that I preferred be on the car. But, nothing. I went in to pick up my car and once again the attendant was dismissive. While I was waiting to get my keys, I heard one of the employees in the lobby taking a personal call and dropping "F" bombs. The attendant handed me my keys without telling me where my car was parked. I've worked in various service industries over 22 years of my life, ranging from retsil to massage therapy, so my awareness to customer service might be a bit elevated, but this was definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Sorry for the rant, I'm just really annoyed.

I made an appointment for an oil change on the Firestone app, but when I went there, I was told that I wasn't in the system and they wouldn't honor my appointment. The man at the counter made an appointment for me for the next day. I told him that I had a coupon for a standard oil change, and he told me that they didn't carry standard oil, but he guessed they could get it in. Why would their company offer me a coupon for standard oil if it was something their locations don't carry? I went home and called their corporate office to complain about my experience, and was told that the manager would call me. I later received a call from someone who sounded like the same guy. He then proceeded to try to double talk me like he thought I was stupid. The whole experience left me feeling uncomfortable with ever taking my car there because I wouldn't trust them to be honest or do a good job.

Brought my car in for 10am appt for a tire plug & rotate tires. Said it would take a few hours so I walked home. Called at 4pm b/ c I had heard nothing, was told they will get to my car next??? Received a call at 5:30, said they could not plug tire b/c of location. They kept my car the entire day to tell me that? Front desk staff seems very lax, no sense of urgency or efficiency. very frustrating.

Dropped my car off for a 10 am appointment for lifetime balance and alignment. Was told it would take a few hours. 30 hours later I picked up my vehicle before xmas eve to learn that they hadn't looked at my car but merely drove it around to see what was happening. I took my key and left because they said they would get to it sometime Thursday after the xmas holiday.

I visited this store for a flat tire repair/replacement and scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM on Saturday. When I asked for an estimated completion time, they couldn’t provide one. Throughout the day, I called three times for an update, but they still gave no clear information. The only explanation was a “short staffing issue.” Ultimately, they didn’t complete the work that day. By 11:30 AM the next day, I still hadn’t received any updates. When I called again, the response was the same—no information. If they didn’t have enough staff, I don’t understand the point of scheduling appointments or holding my car for more than a day without making any progress. To make matters worse, they were unwilling to apologize for the inconvenience. As someone with a family, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disruptive. In the end, I picked up my car and took it to another shop. I will never return to this place. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

We have been long customers of Firestone/Bridgestone service (different locations), but I think the last experience was our last. When I went to pick up my car there were 3 or 4 employees sitting in the lobby watching football. They did not make me feel welcome. The extreme opposite. They continued to watch the game as one disgruntled employee processed my payment. I was not given any warranty information about my tire. My receipt was a bad photocopy with a price that was about $13 less than the charge to my credit card. It all seemed extremely shady and more like one of those used tire shacks than a Firestone. Horrible.

Went in for an oil change that took over three hours. Didn’t even put any fluid into my vehicle. I honestly doubt they even changed the oil. This Firestone used to be so efficient, it sucks that it is poorly managed now.

I was told they could repair my tire but when he looked at my tire he then told me they couldn't repair it I needed a new tire and quoted me one for 115. I took my tire somewhere else and it absolutely was repairable and paid 15.

Jonathan, Phil, and Salem took care of changing my difficult headlight. They were able to get my headlight changed and get me out the door the same day even due to technical difficulties. Recommend this location to anyone! Friendly and fast service!

I typically go to masterworks in Cleveland heights but was in a pinch when they were closed. I had recently got my break fluid flushed less than 3 months ago by my usual mechanic. However after getting a simple oil change ant this location, they notified me that I need it changed ASAP. I’ll let whoever is reading this use logic… When I tried contacting the store with stamps and proof of my fluids being PERFECTLY fine. They hung up on me. There are plenty of poor reviews of this unethical franchise store. The corporate office needs to get involved at this point. I am contacting and seeking legal action at this point.

Really great customer service and reliability. I pop a tire on a curve and was luckily right next to a Firestone and they fixed it the same day with an affordable price. Hakeem was really great and patient and deserves a raise!

We needed to get a tire repaired in an emergency situation and they were able to accommodate us. They did a great job plugging the tire quickly and I was in and out in about an hour on a Saturday evening. I do appreciate the them for helping us out during this situation.
