I had my about $600 Blizzak winter tires installed. My car's front wheels vibrated continuously at 65 mph and if I increased speed the car would vibrate more. I came back to Firestone on Prospect in Cleveland (14 miles one way) to get the wheels balanced for free. No more vibration for a week. I found one of my tires slowly leaking air. I went back to the same Firestone and they found a leaking valve stem which they replaced for free. So, I cannot rely on this Firestone. I really should be given 2 free oil changes for going through these failures.

Disappointing Service and Poor Communication I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for over 14 months, consistently bringing my car in for services and spending significant money with them. However, my recent experience was frustrating and disappointing. I originally booked an appointment last Friday for a check engine light diagnostic. On the day of the appointment, I was informed that the diagnostic technician was sick, so the appointment was rescheduled for the following Tuesday. At no point was I told a specific time for the rescheduled appointment. Today, I arrived at 8:40 AM to drop off my car. The employee, Jordan, immediately told me I was “late” and that my appointment was at 7 AM—a time that was never communicated to me. Instead of trying to help or accommodate me, he quickly dismissed me, saying I’d have to wait three more days for another appointment. What made the experience worse was Jordan’s clear lack of interest in resolving the issue. He seemed more focused on avoiding me than assisting me. While I was explaining my situation, he kept taking phone calls and leaving me waiting unnecessarily, showing no courtesy or respect. This lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable, especially considering my loyalty to Firestone. I expect better communication, professionalism, and respect for loyal customers. This experience has made me seriously reconsider continuing my business with Firestone.

Do not expect this Firestone to honor your scheduled appointment. I made an Sunday 11am appointment 1 week in advance. When I showed up, I was told that I had been moved to the following Tuesday. The store did not even attempt to contact me in advance -- no email, text, phone call or any form of communication. Not to mention that I schedule on the weekends because of work and somehow a mid-day Tuesday appointment is equivalent? And by the way, this was just for a simple oil change and tire rotation -- probably could have found a way to squeeze me in. If anyone has recs for a new auto shop let me know!

Excellent customer service from Jordan. The only part I’m displeased with is how long it took to get four new tires. I had an appointment at 8:30 AM and they did not touch my car for over an hour and I ended up leaving the place around 12:15 PM. They also left my tires and rims completely greasy with material all over the rims and tires.

Worst Service ever took forever to get a rep on the phone , so I showed up and after waiting for almost 10 mins was told I couldn't use My discovery card cause I was buying the tires and carrying them out for My own install

If I could give them a 0 I would Very rude and Unprofessional I came in to get a alignment 4 months ago I brought new tires right after the wearing uneven haven’t been 6 month they told me it had a 12 month warranty on the Alignment I called yesterday they told me to come in just to tell me imma have to pay for alignment they not covering it the big dude at the counter was rude just walked away while talking to him never go to this fire stone have a bunch of Clowns working their

They tried to change me for a free tire rotation. Policy states buy four tires and get free rotation for the life of vehicle or tires After they finished with the rotation, Firestone told me $20.00 I said, no. Next $10.00 I said, FREE TIRE ROTATION! So free was the cost.

Took my car, but no work could be done due to me needing another key. I was still asked to pay/charged for work that was never done. I’m very disappointed! When working with them please make sure they give you an itemized list of what was done.

I needed to purchased 4 tires, so I checked on the firestone on Prospect Ave in Cleveland. The manager Chris is an awesome guy. Not only did he help me get the right tires, he got me a package deal, a lifetime of wheel alignments, and found out about the other things going wrong with my tires rotation, like a really bad ball joint. I am so relieved and secure knowing that I'm rolling right. And it wasn't no where what I thought it would cost If your car needs service, don't hesitate to go to these guys. They know their stuff and will take good care of you.

Racism bottom line! I came for a fleet oil change! A short blonde haired blue eyed female asked me could I prove that I am a fleet customer and I said yes and went to the car to get the paperwork ever though she could pull it up herself! When I got back in the building she had left the desk so I had to knock on the window in the back to get her attention! She turned around and rolled her eyes and took her time to come out! The first thing she said was I thought you were not coming back because we get “ people”, I guess that look like me, coming in here and saying that they are with fleet to get a free oil change! I was confused and asked how would I know that Firestone serviced fleet vehicles? She stood on it and said I don’t know but “they” do it! I nicely told her that when I came back in the building she automatically knew that I was not one of them but she insulted me anyway! At that point she basically refused service by saying it could be days before I am approved but she told me on the phone to come and they could do it right away! She needs to go to cultural sensitivity classes to be fit to work with the public Firestone do BETTER!

The manager there is a piece of work very rude and was yelling at me. I'm trying to get a wheel alignment and he was talking down to me about how many times a year a person supposed to get a wheel alignment and not wanting to honor the lifetime alignment I brought years ago.

Absolute trash attitude and service. I pulled up to the bay window and immediately without listening to what I was asking, this guy starts yelling at me to not park there. It was never my intention to park there, of course you dont park in front of the bay doors. I was asking him where do I park to leave my car because I had already made an appointment. This guy was yelling at me to move and came up to my window and yelled, and said, I said move and dont park here! I got out of my car ready to fight this guy and then he finally backed off and the manager came out and apologized because the guy was totally out of line. Then after that, I still let them do the work and they told me it will be ready for sure by 5. I said no problem. When I arrived at 5, it still was not done. They probably hadn't even started it yet. They put the tires on in the wrong direction. The people who work there had horrible attitudes probably because I look young, I'm black and I have a nice BMW. They probably feel some kind of way about that. The attitudes there are horrible. They act like youre supposed to walk in with your head down and be submissive to whatever they say. Are you kidding. This place sucks and the service sucks too! Much better to go to One Stop Auto, if you have a nice car. They are an upgrade shop with a great attitude.

Thank you, Chris, very pleased with him and the Firestone team. I used to take my car to FS up on Cedar Hill and the mechanics and service discouraged me from taking my car to any FS. But down on Prospect, I have no complaints efficient group of mechanics and I will continue taking my car there to get serviced. I needed an oil change, 4 new tires, wheel alignment, and new wiper blades. The overall price is what I expected and was able to my apply discounts I found on FS website. My appointment was at 8 AM and the car was ready at 5 PM. Big shoutout to Chris! Thank you for everything, he answered my questions and worked with me from beginning to end.

Brian at Firestone deserves a bonus or a raise or at least a huge pat on the back and an attaboy. I was in town visiting family and caught a flat from a Cleveland sized pot hole. At the advice of family I booked an appointment online at a competitor. An hour before my appointment I get a call that the competitor won't get the tire in stock until Monday. It's Saturday on Easter weekend at 1p at this point. They waited hours to figure this out. So I worriedly started calling around and thank God I found Brian first because he immediately listened to my needs and found a solution. He was empathetic to my situation and even though they were booked and short staffed he said to bring the car to him and he would handle it. He told me ahead of time it may take him a little bit to get it done but don't worry it'll be finished with time to spare. And to top it off he even discounted the service to be competitive with the other quote from the "other guys" Brian is an absolute gem and is how all customer service people should aspire to be. I can't say enough good things about him and his service.

Took my car in for a brake inspection, called to tell me I had some time left on them and even fixed my fuel door free of charge. I only ended up getting an oil change etc. the guys here are stand up fellas.
