Have brought several different vehicles there and they always do a great job. Takoda is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond.

Takoda is knowledgeable and professional. He is easy to work with and understands my love for my car. Even with 275,000 miles I still think of my car as new. While some mechanics and managers at other locations have treated my car like I am a high school senior just trying to make my hoopty last until graduation so I can get a job and buy a new car, Takoda and his team are not this way. Frank has also helped me at this location.

We were buying a used car and went to Firestone to have the car inspected. The service manager Takoda was amazing and so helpful! The mechanic that went over the car took the time to show us everything that was wrong. We did not end up getting the car! They saved us so much time and money. 5 stars for sure!

I've recently had several tires punctured by nails in my neighborhood. I brought my car in for yet another tire losing air pressure. Instead of just replacing the tire they determined that it could be the valve stem which could be repaired for much lower price. I appreciate the professionalism of finding the root problem rather than just the simple solution of selling me a $250 tire when it was completely unnecessary.

The alignment service was provided at the appointment time and was completed promptly. The service area was clean and uncluttered by tools, tires, etc. as compared to disaray often seen in repair sites. This implies care is taken in repairs as well.

This is my second time using Firestone in Evendale for new tires. It's easy to get an appointment that worked for my schedule and they always do a great job. Would definitely recommend.
