Went to pick up my car and took it 5 minutes down the road to find there was a puncture wound on the SIDE of the tire, not on the tread, so there was no way it could have happened in the 5 min drive- and they refuse to compensate for the tire an employee negligently punctured on the job and refuse to do anything about it or take accountability.

Mike was so helpful and honest in helping us get my dad and I off to Florida. They found a nail in the tire and got us out the door pretty quickly. I’m always thankful for the honesty at this Firestone. Syrup and butter, toast, butter, jelly, butter, toast, butter.

They fixed my truck, while I was out of town. A little disappointed that I had to call them Christmas eve to pay for the truck, because I was out of town until Christmas day and needed my truck for the 26th, But all worked out and my truck seems to be fixed. Also they were stellar at getting my 4runner in and fixed the day I was leaving for the above mentioned trip. Things were tested, found functional and reset the check engine light, sending me on the road with a vehicle I could trust for the drive. THANKS GUYS!!! Great Work! My go to shop.

They know me by name and treat me special as I'm sure they do all customers. They have always been able to solve my issues whether it's working on my car or getting a replacement battery etc. Paul is a great guy there and I'm sure people go back to Firestone, not only that they have great service, but Paul does a great job there in taking care of people checking them in and checking them out!

This weekend I had what could have been a dreadful experience running over lumber debris on 275 at 10pm Saturday night. I left my vehicle at this Firestone, my keys and all my contact info in the night drop. Paul contacted me immediately upon opening assuring me they would look it over and let me know as soon as possible. I was informed the moment they took it back. And communicated every step of the way and had me back on the road be early afternoon! I feel very confident referring anyone to this Firestone and will be using in the future when necessary.

Went in for an used car evaluation of a potential car to purchase. Had a maintenance light on before I got there which I already knew the code for as I had it tested the night before. The employee stated multiple times that he hated my type of car during my check in. Car was complete and told there wasn't anything wrong with it. I asked about the check coolant warning light and the maintenance light which were on to which he replied he didn't know they were on and would have them double check the car and the coolant level. During check out, I was told there were now 3 codes, 2 of which he couldn't tell me what the issue might be. Just how expensive it could be because of the car I brought in. To find out what it would be, we would have to do a deeper evaluation which would cost another $150. The paperwork I received via email said that I needed to replace the cabin filter but other parts of the paperwork says its fine, there is NO mention of any of the codes it supposedly had (including the 1 I knew it had) Only recommended oil change, coolant flush and spark plugs because they couldn't verify that when it was last serviced. All to which it would have been another $1,000.00. I may be a female, but I have helped work on cars all my life so I know my way around cars enough to know that there were no spark plug issues, they could have gave a quick look to see what they thought the other 2 supposed codes it now had might be. The entire experience left me feeling lied to and that either they weren't being through enough of the evaluation and more about selling things to be done to the car. Went to an Auto Repair shop in Milford and they told a better view of the car and I left there knowing what I should do about the vehicle. Extremely disappointed in this experience.

Came in at 7am when they opened, had a flat tire and wanted all 4 new tires. Mike was excellent in helping to find 4 tires in stock as well as getting me taken care of and back on the road very promptly. Highly recommend!

Paul and his team at Eastgate Firestone are the definition of professionalism and skill. Unfortunately, this level of service doesn't come with all Firestone locations (specifically the one in Centerville/Dayton which should be avoided at all costs), but if you come to Paul and his team at the Eastgate location you'll only get the best. He and the entire team should be recognized by the corporate office for their time and efforts.

I had a nail in my tire, asked to have it removed and plugged, Paul said the tire was beyond repair. it was only a nail. He recommended I buy a $246 tire, I said it was too expensive. I was in a hurry and needed to get back to Asheville, NC, my 15 year old was stranded at home, so just to get out of there I bought a $176 tire, but I demanded to keep the tire with the nail. Paul wanted me to get a coolant for so many hundreds more. I feel this type of customer manipulation is not only deceitful, but immoral. I will never go to a Firestone facility in the future. I recently had an outstanding experience at the Firestone Tire Store located at Eastgate in Cincinnati, OH. I arrived mid-afternoon on a Saturday with two flat tires - a situation that could have easily ruined my weekend. However, the store manager greeted me with a positive and friendly attitude that immediately put me at ease. Despite not having an appointment, he promptly scheduled my car for two new tires. To my surprise and relief, my problem was fixed within the hour! The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the staff were truly commendable. It’s evident that customer satisfaction is a priority at this location. I left the store feeling very satisfied and grateful for the exceptional service. I highly recommend the Firestone Tire Store at Eastgate for anyone in need of tire services. Their commitment to providing timely and quality service is second to none.

Service was great! They put 4 new tires on my car. Let me choose what I wanted and installed them correctly and so far every service I have done Mike is the man to go to. He knows all 5 cars I bring in and knows what I want each time and always reminds me of manufacturers suggested services. Which to keep warranty you want done

The staff were kind, attentive, friendly, and empathetic. Communication was continuous throughout the whole process which is a huge plus. The store was comfortable to wait in but is also a great location as you can walk over to the mall or any of the stores/restaurants nearby to pass the time if needed. They have a coffee station, tv, and device charging station with multiple cords for any device you may have so that was really convenient. Would be nice for them to have a vending machine or two. They were quick to get my jeep in to the service appointment I made and repaired the thermostat housing for me which was the culprit for my coolant leak. I had a great experience despite the bad news I was delivered (bad engine) and highly recommend them for any services you need. They’re also happy to recommend other shops for any services they cannot do themselves. Great people.

Was stuck in Cincinnati when my car got a flat tire and then when I changed it, the lug nut snapped off. The Firestone had me ready to go in only an hour and even gave me a discount. Special thanks to Mark for being so kind and helpful because I know NOTHING about cars.

I was on my way to Columbus with my kids, as my daughter had a school formal dance. (Prom for online school kids.) My low tire pressure light came on at 4:30 on Friday afternoon, I rolled into the Firestone in Eastgate, and they put me right up on the rack. We were back on our way in less than 30 minutes! She arrived at her dance, with the most unique prom picture....Her, next to a stack of tires inside Firestone! It was an event she (and I!) will never forget. I would HIGHLY recommend this Firestone to all my friends and family!

I came in originally for a possible tire patch since a large screw/bolt was in my tire but it was not repairable.After further inspection, Paul and his team found I was in desperate need of all new tires. Paul called and gave me the best price for 4 new tires and worked with my payment options.The mechanics were quick even though I was a walk in. Great customer service and efficiency all around!

I would never recommend fire stone for anything went in there to see if I can get a tire for a lawnmower. They said they don’t carry them. Then I asked if I brought a tire and where they mount it on the rim they said they will not do that either. The old guy with gray hair was very rude. Would never recommend them if there was an option to put zero stars that’s what they would get

Not entirely positive review. Got me in early and out within a time frame I needed. BUT they inflated my 3 tires that were fine 10PSI higher than they needed to be.... maybe just to match the elevation of car, but still not the results I expected for paying over 200$

How can someone mess up a tire alignment They didn’t call when done we had to call. Told us nothing let us go before they close just to see that they put at least some miles for no reason at all told us they didn’t everything but not have the right part. Why didn’t you call us when we dropped it off instead of waiting all day

3 hours for an oil change, 3 hours. I took it to valvoline and even sitting behind 2 other people it only took about 30-45 minutes.

We are soooo pleased with this location!! We had a stressful day and had a tire repaired from RnR tires (worst place ever, stay away) anyways, they refused to put it on for us unless we wanted to wait closer to closing time. We drove an hour and 10 min from ky to pick it up on a donut. Safety concerns were rising and I didn't have all the time in the world to wait for their convince when they wanted to put it on. So we went to Firestone walked in the front desk person knew I was stressed and he was happy to help and got us in right away. They were busy with three other vehicles but never let that stop them to help. Took only 10 minutes and we were back on the road. They made sure all of our questions were answered before we left. For now on we will be doing business with them.
