The guys were pretty quick with the work they did on my car. They were cool to talk with they explained everything to me about my issue I was having. Nice guys I'll be back there again. The only thing bad was the cost, it was more than I expected. Thanks guys for the fast speedy service!!

Paid over 1000$ for brakes to be done just to have them put on rotors and that's it, then charged me $500 for tire pressure sensors I can prove they never put on my vehicle but charged me for, and the manager called me rude as hell unwilling to listen. Lawsuit incoming

Brought my vehicle in for brakes and rotors. Got all 4 done just to leave with more bad rotors I paid $1000+ out of pocket to have them replaced so I brought it back in and the manager himself told me he checked all 4 rotors and found they weren't within spec and had them replaced which still actually didn't fix my issue I just got another set of bad rotors. fast forward half a year later and a far more reputable mechanic shop found and showed me that my back brake pads were low in the rear of my vehicle, a vehicle with a front bias brake system meaning my fronts are FAR more prone to needing done before the rear. To sum it all up I paid $500+ one visit for front brakes $500+ on another visit for rear brakes. Just to find out they never even replaced the brake pads just the rotors. And then charged me a ridiculous labor time for something I should have done myself. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION

Things went well. Options were presented to me and no one was pushy to get me to buy anything. I like being able make online appointments. Kelly is very helpful explaining to me my options and things that need to be addressed for maintenance on my Rogue. He was not pushy and was super friendly.

Went in to make an appointment to get one tire on my car repair it had screw in it and the manager told me that he would have to drive my car to test to make sure the patch held. I knew from having other tires repaired that this is not done on just tire repairs, he just wanted to drive my car (a 2010 Dodge Challenger RT with the hemi and standard shift transmission) so I took it to the Firestone in Covington KY instead

in that place they are scammers, I took my car there to have it checked out and they call me that they did the diagnosis and that it has 3 things to fix, and they gave me the total price $867 and I said okay, and then in the end my car was supposedly fine, and they didn't do a shit to it, they left my car more screwed up than it was, it turns out that the oil is leaking and that was not the problem with my car, they told me it was the thermostat, they never told me anything about the oil, it was obvious because that was not the problem, they moved so many things in the car that they did not know how to do their job, they are supposed to be professionals that is why they charge a lot, we found the engine cover outside what the hell were they supposed to be doing, if you are going to do a diagnosis on the car do it right do not scam people I should read the reviews before taking it there.scammers

After my front end alignment Firestone took the slant of my front wheel out and is very much straight up and down. No more uneven tire wear.

I explained to the staff at Firestone what the issue was with my car, They did not explain that the issue could not be repaired at Firestone. After the basic and the costly diagnostic that would not go toward any repair, I was charge $160 and given a long list of other repairs that my car needed. The technician then told me that the repair could not be done by Firestone that I would need to take my car to the dealer for repair. From the explanation I gave 2 different technicians. They could have told me that my car could not be repaired at Firestone. That was a rip off and I probably will not use Firestone again or recommend anyone that I know to take their car to Firestone. I'll tell them to avoid the middle man (Firestone) and take their car to the dealer, to avoid a costly diagnostic that will not be taken off the repair bill.

I was helped by a wonderful employee, Kevin, who was not only super helpful and kind to me but to the other customers who came in after me. He kept me up-to-date on my car’s status and also pointed out other things they noticed on my car that needed to be addressed. I have been receiving service from this location since May of last year and I have left feeling very happy with the work done on my car every time.

Took me vehicle to have repairs done on 5/9/24. After getting the vehicle back, I noticed issues and discovered a tear in the tie rod boot that they had "repaired". Took the vehicle back to be repaired on 5/29/24, and was notified on 5/30/24 that they inadvertently damaged the transmission during the repairs. At first, they told me they would be making the repairs and would be filing a claim with their insurance company, and then they decided not to and we tried to work it out, but they were unwilling to pay me what the vehicle was worth. I have now been notified that a claim is being filed, but I have still yet to hear back from anyone regarding if a claim was even filed. So I have been basically left without a functioning vehicle for more than a month with no offer of a rental car. Do NOT take your vehicle here.

They quoted me a little over $200 to replace my brake pads. A few hours later the tech calls me and says I need new rotors. I tell him to just replace the pads. He then proceeds to tell me the dumbest and most incorrect version of how brakes work that I’ve ever heard in my life. I again tell him to just replace the pads. A few minutes later the front desk guy calls me and tells me they won’t replace the pads unless I get rotors, and the price is now almost $600. He completely disregards the fact that the tech has no idea what he’s talking about, and says “he’s new”. I told them to put it back together and I’d be over to get it. I just did the job in my driveway in a little over an hour for half the price. This place is a joke and I’ll tell everyone I know to never take their vehicle here for anything.

I just needed the valve stem on my tire replaced and they were able to get it done in half an hour with only 4 hours notice of my coming in. They were friendly, professional and suggested other repairs but did not pressure them.

Overall my experience was satisfactory. I chose 9/10 due to the Maintenance Required warning message was still active after the service was supposedly complete. Also I was not given the option to reuse the existing TPMS sensors or have all new ones installed. So the TPMS low PSI warning light was also illuminated. The individual that I asked to resolve the situation was not certain about the proper resetting process. Also he was unaware of the lug nut size I would need or the recommended tire pressure for the specific tires that I had installed. I almost gave this location a 3/5 star review. However, Antonio was very flexible, accommodating and polite. I received great communication and updates throughout the process. Unfortunately I will have to return to this shop in a week to get the TPMS sensor situation resolved.

This place is a sham when it comes to major repairs they will scam you .. Engine was leaking badly paid nine hundred fifty bucks for A valve cover job.. Car was released still leaking brought back told I have to pay for the diagnostics to find out the leaks when they already did a valve cover job (If they actually did that) And could have spotted the leaks there as a skilled mechanic... Now told it's my engine leaking and transmission. They could have told me that the 1st day of repairs. I would have paid for it. Something just isn't right here. I am taking my car elsewhere.

Staff was very responsive to my problem. I had a leaking tire and they were able to fix it while I waited and did a needed oil change at the same time. We will never take our cars anywhere else!

The staff is always kind and willing to work with our family's schedule. The work is fantastic and done in a timely manner. They know our cars and their history and give me one less thing to worries about. Kevin has been there a long time and he does his job well!
