The Kenwood staff was very friendly, first they called to confirm my appointment because I usually go to the Norwood location, I said yes because I wanted to shop while i waited. Then they called to confirm the tire selection and disparaged my choice as, 'the bottom of the barrel, cheapest thing we have'. It was an insult and besides, it's a 2008. THEN after an hour of shopping my tires still hadn't arrived and I had to return the next day. The next day they still hadn't arrived but conveniently there were tires available at TWICE THE PRICE. NOPE. I get 4 tires and an alignment and when I got home I found that the spare was left in my trunk. Rather than make a third trip to Kenwood I went to the Norwood location where they happily placed it beneath my car where it belongs. Now I really regret that I didn't just go to the Norwood location and sit in the boring waiting room.

Derek went above and beyond expectations. I had an appointment a few days ago, and the machine needed was broken so I had to reschedule for this week. I was given priority service, and everything was perfect.

I called and asked for a quote for three tires, and was given the price of the tires at $188, and was not told the final price. I made the mistake of not asking. I made the appointment for 2:30 PM, and when I got there, I was told it would be 2-3 hours to put on the three tires. I almost left then, but I did not have other options. I was waiting at the store while they worked, and my car was still in a parking lot over an hour later. They were finished with my car 2 hours and 50 minutes after I gave them the keys. There was another customer who was there for an hour plus before they took her car out of the parking lot for an oil change. When I went to pay, the final price was almost $300. This price was higher than other places I had checked, and if I had known I would not have went with Firestone. In addition to the charge for service, which is expected, there were half a dozen other charges that brought up the price.

They wanted to charge me $2500 for some basic work done. Took my business elsewhere and paid $150. They are not mechanics, they are salespeople who just want to ring you dry

We were stuck traveling with horse trailer and they got the part ordered and repair done to get us back up and on the road in a pretty reasonable time. The car I took in to have looked at was a rental through Hertz Uber. It was had a blown head gasket. I really want to thank the manager who was on duty; unfortunately I didn’t get his name and Hunter at the front desk. Hertz would not pick me up to get another car and Hunter offered and took me to Hertz so I could get another car. Both him and the manager and to associate doing the diagnostic were extremely helpful during a stressful moment. I appreciate everyone. I have used them for many times and will continue as long as they have associates like that available. Thank You!!

Dropped a fleet vehicle off Friday at 7:45am called them 3 times on Friday and was assured it would be done by 4pm Friday. Come Monday go to pick up the fleet vehicle and it’s still not complete. 4 days to replace one tire with a nail in it. What a joke. We will take our fleet vehicles and business elsewhere

One side of my ac is blowing cool while the other is warm and all I wanted was for them to do an ac inspection to see if I had a leak. I waited 4 hours there just for them to fix the issue and didn’t even ask for permission to do so. They were charging me $550 dollars when that’s not what I wanted. They were also trying to get me to pay for “low fluids” when I just got my car serviced so I know everything is fine. Since I wasn’t paying that ridiculous price they said they’re going to have to undo what they have done and now the problem is worse than before. My ac is scorching HOT now and unbearable. I will never return to this place. Do not come here unless you want to be quoted high prices for no reason .

Everyone was very kind and they were able to explain the results of my inspection and why each item is needed for the service of my vehicle. They were understaffed but still took care of my inspection and oil change quickly for me.

Super helpful and nice! My tire pressure was low, but I had just filled them. This location looked at my tires, couldn’t find anything, but filled up my tires either way. Said it was possibly from the colder air. Haven’t had an issue so far.

Good evening, I have a review that I must share. I went to Firestone to get an oil change and when the car was returned the battery light, check engine light, and other warnings were on the dash. I went in for an oil change and somehow ended up with more problems. Not to mention now my car is shaking and out of alignment. You bet I will be there first thing in the morning to make sure my car will be restored to how it was before the oil change. Oh not to mention I was quoted 6 hours and somehow ended up taking 9 hours.

I got a screw in my tire unexpectedly and stopped in for help. Ive been with this firestone for years, they've always done a great job with everything they've done for me, but i've never just stopped in for something "emergency" like this. They got me back on the street in 60ish minutes towads the end of the day for them. Very happy with this service.

The brakes and rotors they tried to sell me were worth more than my car .. it’s predatory, tone deaf and insensistive .. it says you can resurface my rotors but they didn’t mention that just tried to get me to buy $600 worth of new parts . you should get to choose if you want the most expensive parts or not .. some customers are struggling this business is not .

The staff did an amazing job at helping me find out what was wrong with my vehicle, everyone was so helpful and kept me informed of what was going on the entire time. The staff provided me with a resolution to my issue and it has since been resolved. Would highly recommend this location

Been going here for over a decade to take care of my vehicles. From brakes, tires, oil changes, etc. they keep my cars running in top shape. Give a shout out to Derek and his team - it can be a thankless job working keeping our cars moving.

I can not say enough for the young man I have spoke to on the phone. Derek has gone above and beyond to help me. I had a flat tire and I literally had my son take my tire in there and put it on the rim AT 7 PM CLOSING TIME he helped me anyways . I will return for any tire trouble I need. thank you !!!!

The manager was on target he did his job properly. In mechanics came in and told me what was wrong with my differential making noise. And they checked underneath my vehicle as they took off the tires for rotation. And checked on my fluids battery check and so forth during the coldest time we've had this winter so far. Everything looks good. Having to get new differential put on through Chrysler. Under warranty
