Jorden worked on my car and went out of his way to reassure me that my car was in good operational condition. They also kept me well informed on the progress of my car. With prior appointment for nc annual safety inspection, waited half hour my car was still outside parking lot. Terrible front desk service, had to cancel it and drove away. Wondering the appointment means anything to the Firestone shop.

Setting an appointment at this place means nothing. They treat you the same as a walk-in. It’s taken going on 2 hours to get a state inspection. Such a waste of time.

I have to leave a review for this location. Both Daniel and Jason were extremely transparent and fair. I had an issue with my vehicle that could not be resolved, and they did right by me. I will definitely be coming back here for my future maintenance and repairs. They were very responsive, transparent, and again more than fair.

I haven’t left many google reviews, but I feel very inclined to this time. I feel a bit out of my depth when it comes to cars, so having to blindly trust someone can be a bit daunting. Thankfully, these worries were melted away because of Jason. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and passionate. He quickly identified the problem, working to resolve it as quickly and efficiently as possible. When you speak with him, you can tell he genuinely enjoys his job and wants to help people to the best of his ability. Jason explained everything he did and why he did it, allowing me to understand in case this happens again. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. I now feel very safe and confident in my car :)

i’m not one to leave bad reviews on stuff, but today i went to this location to see if i could get air on my tires, i asked the man very nicely if there was a way i could get help with air and from the jump he had an attitude, rolling his eyes, sighing very loud and being snappy. hope he knows he made a girl cry 😭😭😭

I came here to get my car inspected and thought it would be a quick in and out. They were fully booked, and I made had to book an appointment for a different day. I came here, and the lady at the counter was awesome to get me checked in and got my car inspected it took like about 40 mins, and I was out. Though my inspection failed and had to get my car re-tinted to meet NC state requirements and I came back some time later to complete the inspection.

Did the Carvana thing, got the car and noticed issues, was stressed, as only had few days to diagnose issues and get it fixed. Dan, was Top Tier, he got me in the next day, had pictures taken of the things needing fixing, coordinated with the Warranty people, applied coupons, super friendly and professional, they are now my go to place for my Nissan Altima. Got a flat tire luckily around the corner from here. Great staff, very friendly and worked with me on finding a good set of tires within my budget. They were so great I added an oil change and some other repairs while I was there and the car is running great. Very appreciative.

Came in with a flat tire and the folks here were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very busy the day I was here but everyone was friendly and kept me updated in the process. Having to spend an afternoon getting a flat fixed is never fun, but the service here made it an easy experience!
