If you are looking at the reviews and are wondering if you should go, DO NOT. Took my car in for a SMALL coolant leak and SLIGHT over heating problem after a week and a half of not being able to find it on my own (still driveable at this point). Had them do a diagnostic test so they could tell me where it was leaking from and the tech told me 3 hoses leading up to the heater core were leaking (weird since there’s only 2 that connects). He tells me that he will have to order the parts since they don’t carry it in store but will send me an email the next morning of the quote for them. I told him that there is no need for them to replace them, just send me the quote so I can have the part number to replace it myself (thinking I was able to drive it like I was before). WRONG. 5 mins after I left my car over heated fully to the point where I had to pull over. Topped radiator off with coolant after it cooled down, started the car, and a HEAVY flow of the coolant i just put in came out on the ground. I got my car, that was now not driveable, back to firestone so they could replace the 3 hoses. After dropping off my car the next morning and not receiving an email for my quote or a phone call the next day, I called. Had someone that was not my tech give me a quote they made up for $1800 of what was recommended and nothing about the hoses were listed on there. I asked to speak to the tech that I was working with the day before to get clarification on why my quote was made up of recommendations not pertaining to the 3 hoses he mentioned. He told me that he called their dealership and a 3rd party they work with about getting the hoses and “could not get them”. I asked if i were to buy the parts and bring them in could it then be fixed. He told me it is against firestone policy but he will ask his manager. Next day comes around and I get a phone call from the same guy that called me about the $1800 quote saying my car was completed and ready to be picked up. This confused me because last I spoke to someone there, he was asking his manager about me getting the parts myself. Told the guy I wanted to speak to the tech again. Guy tells me the tech’s last day was the previous night i spoke to him on the phone, that he went to work in a different state and won’t be back for another week. So I ask to speak to the manager. Guy comes back on the phone saying the manager doesn’t know anything about the 3 hoses and the tech didn’t put anything down about them leaking but they still have the $1800 NONSENSE quote for me. I picked up my keys and had my car towed to a different shop. DO NOT COME HERE!! They gaslight and lie to you back tracking on what they previously said, mess with your car to make your smaller problems, bigger problems to get more money.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service my niece received from Firestone. My niece previously received one tire replacement and tire rotation on all four of her tires from this location. After that service, while my niece was driving, one of her tires came completely off. Yes, the tire came completely off of my niece’s vehicle while she was driving it!! After calling roadside assistance it was determined that the bolts on that tire had completely broken off! After finding out this information, my niece contacted Firestone to inquire about her previous service. The representative that answered the phone stated a tire replacement and rotation of all four tires had been previously performed. After hanging up with that representative and contacting her insurance company, it was determined that Firestone would be completely at fault since they neglected to fix or even inform my niece of this very apparent issue with her worn out bolts. After finding out this information, my niece called Firestone back to inform them that they would be responsible for the damages that occurred while she was driving. The representative who answered the phone then stated they only replaced one tire and no tire rotation was ever done. Now the story had been changed. My niece informed the representative that it was previously stated to her that a tire rotation had in fact been performed and now to save their own a** they were conveniently changing their story. The representative stated they were sorry that my niece would think they would go to the extent of changing their story to not resolve her issue but again the tire rotation service was never performed. My niece politely ended the call and decided to take this very serious matter to a much higher level. Not only did Firestone fail to provide a proper and safe service to my nieces vehicle, but they also continuously changed their story when questioned about the issue. Their lack of accountability for their negligence is unacceptable and unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem, it was clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. I would not recommend Firestone to anyone expecting reliability, transparency, safety or responsibility.

Be cautious if you decide to go here! Make sure to check everything thoroughly before you leave, as I wish I had done. I highly recommend doing a complete inspection of your items before walking out the door. Overall, I would advise against going here altogether!

I am very disappointed and saddened that a failure to secure my cousins bults or torque on her car after rotating her tires could have been catastrophic. Thank God she wasn’t driving fast and was able to pull over. Not only after failing to secure her wheels, they went a step further and completely denied even providing the service! They took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. If you want your life to be safe and your friends and love one’s then DO NOT Seek services at this location.

I have a Firestone credit card and only get my tire needs from this place. I called before telling anyone what I was going through and confirmed that I had a tire replacement and rotation done and yesterday my entire front wheel including rim came completely off and my bults that hold it on broke and I realized I was missed bults which cause fast wear and tear in the rest of my bults and they were Bri torqued and they completely broke off. Now that I had it towed there and they see the damage they have cause they all of sudden do not see where rotation was done because they do not want to take fault. I am a single woman and would never have throught to double check and my sure all my pieces were put back after rotation, and based on inside I’m getting they do woman like this all the time and know for rushing and forgetting bults when reapplying tires. This could have literally killed me and instead of doing right by a loyal customer they are committting fraud and have removed the fact that they completely rotation so they do not have to take fault. Never do business with them and I am working with an attorney

I walked in on a Friday night 6:35p, needing an oil change. Hector & his team were GREAT! Didn't complain about the time. They took the car & did what was needed. It took them 20 minutes. I went to 2 Firestone locations within a week. Arrowwood Rd to have 2 new tires install.. the only recommendation they said was air and cabin filters that were changed 3 months ago so I passed and that's all. When I got the tires the recommended putting them on the front so I did. This week I went to northlake for an oil change were the recommended a tire rotation and windshield wiper blades again 3 months ago. I asked about the filters and they said they looked great. Now this didn't make sense. Like shouldn't it be the same recommended services if it's only a week apart?

My close friend just had a horrible experience with this location. I had to pick her up yesterday as she was stranded after having her wheel fall off her car. She discovered 3 of her wheel bolts had broke off inside the holes and the other 2 were completely missing. She also noticed she was missing a bolt from another wheel. This location was the last place to service her car. She called them to confirm her last service was a tire rotation. I heard the man confirm this service because she had him on speaker phone. She had her car towed to the location. This morning, they are now claiming they didn’t do a tire rotation when her car was serviced and is trying to avoid taking responsibility for the damages they’ve caused. I’m just glad my friend is safe and didn’t cause any damage to anyone else s this was a pretty scary event. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Find someone else to service your car.

I scheduled an online appointment for a basic oil and filter change, expecting it to be a straightforward and quick process. Instead, I was left waiting in the store for almost 2 hours with absolutely no updates or time estimates from the staff. To make matters worse, I noticed that my car sat untouched for at least 30 minutes while employees just sat around in front of it, showing no urgency or effort to complete the service. (photos included) The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for my time was unacceptable. This location is poorly managed and unreliable—I would strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here.”

I visited the shop today for an alignment, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The shop manager, Mike, was not approachable and seemed dismissive from the start. He informed me that they couldn't perform the alignment but handed me my keys without explaining why. When I asked for clarification, he curtly stated that my tie rod was frozen. I asked him what that meant, and he told me it needed to be replaced but didn't offer the option to have it done there. At that point, I felt like he wasn't interested in providing me with any service. I went to my car to research what a tie rod is and how it works, then returned to ask Mike which side was affected, as he hadn't given me that information. His response was brief—just "left." When I questioned why he hadn't offered to replace it for me, he said, “because you haven’t had your car repaired here since 2021.” I didn’t understand why that was relevant and pointed out that it shouldn’t impact the level of customer service I received. Mike then became defensive and irritable, telling me, “You have the information you need, so you can leave.” I asked to speak to a different manager, but Mike claimed he was the manager, and when I requested another, he said he wasn’t there, so I asked for the other manager’s card. As a young female, I already feel hesitant about going to auto shops, as I don’t have a lot of knowledge about cars and worry about being taken advantage of. This encounter only reinforced those concerns and left me feeling disrespected and dismissed.

Service writer by the name of Caleb was awesome! I had a difficult claim to handle with my warranty company. He truly made my problem his problem and took care of it in a very reasonable time frame. Shout out to the guys in the shop who may have assisted on the actual repair - they deserve their credit too. Definitely would bring my car there again, especially if Caleb is there to help me again.

They damaged my car. And when I complained the person who identified himself as the “general mgr“ said are you accusing my guys as damaging my car and I said Yes. He got really DEFENSIVE. He said other things not enough time to note. But if you are thinking of having your car serviced here, think twice about it. He told me he would talk to his mechanics that did the work and call me, I have yet to hear from him.

Héctor had the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. They had good prices, but cannot imagine working with him to purchase tires. He does not know how to handle himself & is extremely unprofessional when it comes to trying to help the customer find the best deal. If I come back, I will make sure Hector is NOT there before I purchase a tired.

This is by far the worst auto location I've ever visited. Brought my mother here to get her battery changed out. Hector, who to my surprise is the store manager, was extremely disrespectful. My mother is an immigrant and speaks broken English. When I was trying to get the situation handled for her, he cut me off and asks my mother "is she going to be standing next to you forever?" as to suggest I should not be speaking for my mother. I told him he was being disrespectful and he cut me off again and said "no, that's not disrespectful". I called corporate to complain and somehow a message was relayed that I requested the car not be worked on. Which is absolutely not what was discussed. I called the store to speak to someone so she can get her car fixed and I was connected to Michael. Michael had a terrible attitude the entire phone call as if it was our fault that they're are so discombobulated and disrespectful. He then told my mother "both you and your daughter have issues. I wasn't here yesterday it's not my fault." Will never return to this place. What an absolute disgrace of a customer service team.

I called this Firestone a couple of days ago trying to get an appointment just for someone to look at my truck. I was concerned about a couple of issues and just wanted someone to give it a look over. Once Hector found out I had a ram 1500 I barely could get a sentence out because I was told “that there is no one there that specializes in trucks that large.” He proceeded to tell me that the squeaking was from the belt after he had just told me he wouldn’t even look at it. Kind of odd to give a diagnoses on a vehicle you admitted no one “specializes” in. He proceeded to tell me my only option was to take it to a dealership as that was the only mechanic that would look at a truck that large. Simply put, if you guys don’t want business just say that. Stating a 1500 is “too large” to look at has to be one of the oddest statements I’ve ever heard. If you need to “specialize” in looking at brakes, rotors, and calipers I think this place has larger problems.

They sabotaged my car so I could pay more. I came in for simple filter changes and left with a hole in my radiator tube along with it being detached. All because I wouldn’t pay the amount which was more that 3x the original estimate. They created these extra problems to get money out of me. They take advantage of anyone who doesn’t know a lot about cars and that is a woman.

Been coming to this firestone for years and the service gets worst every year!!!! If you care about your vehicle DO NOT bring it here!! They couldn't get a outer tire rod bolt loose to do an alignment in which they were the last ones to do it. As I make this post in the parking lot, it will be the last time my car ever come here!!! I recently had an experience at this location that left me disappointed. The service price was not communicated to me upfront. When I inquired about a military discount (as I am a service member), I was informed that it could only be applied to purchases over $150. This was not a policy I had encountered before, nor had I ever experienced not being told the price before making a purchase. Since I had a card on file, and I had expressed my intention to use it, perhaps that led to the price not being vocalized, though I am unsure. I only saw the price after the transaction, displayed in small print on the top left of the screen, after the service had already been completed. Additionally, as I drove away, I noticed that the technicians had not fully closed my vehicle’s hood, requiring me to pull over to fix it. This overall experience fell below the standards I had expected. Honestly it made sense as to why their Google rating was so low compared to the others.

I was traveling through NC during a long distance road trip and noticed a large bulge on the sidewall of one of my tires. Hector was kind enough to accommodate me without an appointment to get this and another tire replaced so I could continue on my journey without being stressed about a sudden emergency on the highway! The whole team was very professional and prompt and I so appreciated their help in getting this issue resolved in a timely manner.

Obviously they just wanted money and to overcharge me for something I don't need. I took my car to another shop and the issue was the battery just like I told Hector.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!! I came in for a simple oil change and inspection. Was not having any issues with my car. They leaked the Freon out so immediately after leaving my ac started blowing warm, but when I showed up my ac was blowing ice cold. I went back and the guy I spoke with just denied doing anything and said “these guys don’t get paid enough to you can something not on the ticket. But you can pay for us to diagnose it.” Of course I can! That was the point of you guys messing it up. I put in a corporate complaint and a Dennis Mitchell from corporate called me two days later and left a voicemail advising me to call him back so we can resolve the situation. He did not leave a phone number so I have called the number he called from multiple times and have left multiple voicemails and he has not returned my call. This is a cash grab scam!! and I strongly believe they are taking advantage of me because I am a woman. I’ve been to other Firestone locations and have never had issues but this location is terrible. I know they did something to my ac bc it was perfectly fine before I came to this location and all the manager could say was “cars break down. It’s what they do” but it’s not like the ac stopped working days later. It literally was different immediately after I left. Not to mention after they told me they were done with my oil change and inspection they held my car for another hour before returning my keys. What were you guys doing for that hour???! This is a nightmare and all they can say is to give them more money. I would be a fool to allow them to touch my car again. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I looked for 2 tires on Fireston's website and it gave me a lower price and then I went to this location to put on 2 new tires and they gave me more expensive ones than online and they tried to sell me insurance for the tires and my daughter told the manager who speaks Spanish to please leave the better tires in the back and the two new ones in the front and it turns out they left the older ones. It didn't cost them anything to do what the customer asked. I think they should do the work as the client asks and hopefully improve in that aspect.
