Did not complete services I paid for on my last 2 visits. 1st visit oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate tires. All tires were marked prior to drop off and I took a picture of the wheel lock key which was never moved. Technician even lied to manager after I brought this up stating the work was completed. 2nd visit a simple nail in the tire. Tire was not latched properly, and flat the next morning. FYI, they will not provide an accurate eta on work completion which is not fair. Both times I left vehicle for over 6+ hours. Whoever runs this store should be ashamed, and need to go work for a few weeks at the Indian Trail, NC store to see how a professional runs that store. I will not be back to this store. 6+ years satisfied at Indian Trail store, and in 2 visits I will never go back to this store. If you have an issue with this store call corporate 615-937-1000.

I had a extremely good experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care at Rea Road. Everyone was courteous and helpful regarding my NC required inspection. I will definitely use this location again.KM

I WAS a loyal customer. I will not be using Firestone in the future. I left my car to get a tire patched , 7 hours later my car was done. When I checked on my car after 4 hours there was someone checking out that thanked the store for the quick turnaround and was so glad they WAITED. Long story short: if you leave your car there without an appointment, you will get serviced dead last. If you say you will wait for your car, you will get your car back more quickly. Seem right to you??

Made an appt a few weeks ago for 1pm for a state inspection, called at 4pm said they still had not gotten to it. Went in at 6pm as it was still not done, and I was over the nonsense so I went in and just asked for my car. Person did not ask me one single thing about why I was picking up a car that was not serviced yet nor even apologize that it was not done. Literally zero words spoken, he just handed me my keys. If you can’t get it together to do a simple inspection why would I ever give you my business for something major?! I mean, the place has terrible reviews and I would have actually avoided them, but I thought they could at minimum get it together for an inspection and clearly they could not do that either. No service and no customer service is what I received. Complete waste of time!

Terrible experience - they have no respect for customer’s time. Allow me to book an appointment for 9am. I show up timely at 9am. After making me wait for an hour, they have the audacity to tell me they won’t even look at my vehicle for 2 hours until 11am! When I complain about this experience - they threaten “you can take your key and leave, if you want”!!! Unprofessional to the core.

Went in for a routine inspection, tire rotation and alignment. Quick turnaround, but told me I needed transmission/differential fluid and I did not notice a difference in alignment (I drive a wrangler, so there is typically an adjustment with an alignment) Seemed odd, so I took it to another mechanic. Guy put it on a lift, and pointed out multiple issues, one of them was the fact that there is no way I could have gotten an alignment because my linkages were so corroded they could not be adjusted, in addition, pointed out my axel seal was leaking on both driver and passenger side, something that should be very apparent to anyone especially a ‘master technician’. So I went back to Firestone, and asked for my money back on the alignment because it was quite literally impossible for them to have aligned anything, yet got charged. AND, in the notes, Firestone had put that my axel seal was leaking, which immediately what my mechanic said I needed to replace. So instead of telling me something I needed, they tried to sell me on things I don’t need. Do not recommend this place.

Another Update: Responding to the email address they provided as a reply to my feedback is just a formality sake. It’s been a week I emailed them as requested and no response yet. These people should be banned from doing business. CHEATERS!!!!! 5hrs for Wheel Alignment and NOTHING was done. This place is a joke and they are bunch of liars. I took an “appointment” for wheel alignment and when I arrived they said it’s going to take 2-2.5hrs as they are backed up. As I had other things to take care of, I dropped off my car and told them to call me after the alignment is done.My car is equipped with internal and external cameras and I have pictures taken every 10mins since I dropped. For 3 hrs it was sitting where I parked next 2 hrs it was parked in the back. I have full proof with pics that my car was not even moved into the service area rest alone doing the wheel alignment. When I asked the manager to show the cctvs that the car was in the service area he said he cannot and blames that my car could have missed picking up that footage. After 5hrs, the manager calls me informing me that alignment was completed. They handover me a made up black and white copy and not even a default color report of alignment report. Update : I responded back to the email address they provided and will update here if/what actions they are going to take against my complaint.

I’ve been bringing my cars to this shop for many years, and unfortunately the service has been declining. I had an appointment at 9am for a change oil and was told to pick up my truck at 3pm but when I showed up before 4pm I noticed they didn’t ever started with the service, and was told by the front desk guy, they were too busy and running behind, however I overheard the messed up …… I will definitely take my cars somewhere else

Made an appt online for 3pm. Said their online system doesn't work well. Ended up leaving car overnight because I had a nail in the tire and couldn't drive it. They need to fix their online appt system!

Please beware of this Firestone. They sell dry rotted tires. I had 4 new tires put on less than 2 weeks ago, I had a blowout today. The tire looked as if it was mauled by a tiger.

Worst service I’ve ever had I called. I dropped my car over to get a nail taken out and plugged. When they said it couldn’t be plugged I asked them to just put the spare on, and they said “ we will have it done in an hour.” An hour and a half goes by I hear nothing. I call them to see if they have done anything, they pick up but no one says anything, the guy just pick the phone up and I can hear him talking to another customer about their batteries warranty. I listen for a minute thinking he will eventually say something to me but nope. He hangs up. Then I give them another 15 minutes, I call back and I get sent to the Firestone hold speech list to it for 3 minutes and the phone just disconnects. I call back another couple of times. I finally get someone and it’s 3pm now and they close at 5 and they say “yeah we can have the spare put on and we will call you in an hour when it’s done.” At 4:45 I just decide to walk over. I get there and my car is sitting out front done waiting for me which yes I’m happy about. Then I go in and it takes the guy 10 minutes to find my key. I ask him how long my car has been done for and he say “2 hours” like guy come on!! I will never go back to any Firestone again!!

Do not get service here. Terrible customer service. I made an appointment and they estimated me an hour to hour and a half for oil change, and after I waited that time they hadn’t even started with my car yet. And then they did nothing when I told them I was going to be late for a work meeting I scheduled around the appointment. Go somewhere else if you value your time.

My family and I have been taking our cars here for years to get oil changes and have always been satisfied. We are grateful for the quick service and variety of appointment times. The staff has always been friendly and we have never had an issue.

The employees here are so rigid. They have no customer service at all. They don't speak when you walk in. I didn't feel welcome at all. I felt racism. Furthermore, they don't do what they supposed to do regarding the car. I asked for my fluids to be topped off, when I left the light came on about coolant being low. I won't be returning. Thank you

While I personally received prompt service on my Mercedes the week prior, I thought I would bring my daughter’s Mustang in for new tires. I made an appt on Monday for Friday at 8am. We dropped the car off a on THURSDAY evening and the rep told us it would definitely be completed by 10am. We arrived at 937am on Friday and the rep was dumbfounded that we were there since no one had called us to say it was ready. It has not even been taken back. He told me all the bays were full from the previous night and I know that was not true because we had been there. I am not even sure why to have the formality of an appt and then to be treated like an idiot when I come to pick it up after having made said appt. Very irritating. Then they didn’t even tell my daughter where her car was parked - which was at the bank!! If you’re going to use other commercial property, then at least tell your customers where you parked the car. Waiting times can be decent long or extremely way too long (because they are always busy, literally) but it was worth it! I just absolutely hate when something like getting a random flat tire occurs out of nowhere just because of stupid and clumsy people out there littering sharp objects on the road. And yes, it's that bad! People need to seriously stop doing this!

I dropped my truck for routine oil change tire rotation today8-18-24. I have lifetime alignment/rotation when I bought the tires . Peter called recommended differential service , coolant flush , spark plug replacement based on manufacturer scheduled maintenance , I get it . I declined the extra 1044.03 service today . He called again said lug nuts swollen and need replacement .I asked for explanation which he did . I googled searched it as well ,seems to be a real thing with the F150, cost was anywhere from 35to 80 on amazon for 24 . I ask him for estimate ,he quoted 15 . I said so 60 more dollars on top of the oil change . He agreed . At checkout , the bill was 509..46 . I asked for itemization , the lug nuts are 15 apiece so 360.00 extra . Spoke with Peter , he apologized of course for the misunderstanding , said he didn’t hear the $60. He said he did not charge me labor to put the lug nuts on ! . I paid the bill . I can’t go back the upsell on everything is out of control. I do run a business also , if the bill is over 5x what my customer is expecting , I probably should explain in detail. Maybe Peter will hear this now , I will not be back , I don’t trust them . Above the bay entrance was a quote from Harvey Firestone “i believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business “ How ironic !

I would post zero stars if possible. This place sucks. Had an appointment at 8:30 for an oil change; an hour later still have not gotten my vehicle to take it back. Had an appointment the previous week at 7 am. They had a power outage. Did not bother to call. Just posted a sign on the door. Don't go to this place

If I could give a -100 star review I would. They have attempted to repair the valve cover gasket 4 times and each time I have had to come back a few hours later due to it leaking all over my driveway. Only reason I bring it back is due to it being attempted to be repaired for few. Also, they are still making me pay full price for it even after the heart ache. This place should never be allowed to work on cars.

It is very hard to find honest answers nowadays for auto issues, I would recommend this Firestone location to anyone that needs an honest answer for what needs to get done. Kudos to the team.

No regard for ones time. I had an appointment for 1pm. I checked in at 12:58 and was assured that my car would be done within 1 1/2 hours as I had a doctor appointment at 3 pm. My car did not make it to the lift until 1:45 , I should have realized then that I was in trouble. I asked again at 2:30 and was told 5 more minutes. It never happened....I got my car at 2:58 and I missed the doctor appointment. These people have no regard for anyone's time. I will never go to this facility again.

Service is mediocre at best. While you have reps like Brett and James who really do a great job, the rest don't seem to be interested in the customer. From the moment the answer the phone, for example Carlos, their treatment of the customer is awful. I bought a new set of tires, spent $1,000 and the pressure in my tires wasn't even or the same in all tires. I have pics. Also the alignment should be included as when I brought my car in it was aligned. Now it pulls and it really feels like you dont care. It really makes it easy to look at other providers for future service. Thank God for competition and other tire shops.

The WORST experience since I have been using this particular Firestone. I got brakes and rotors back in Sept 2023. I had an issue.. loud grinding sound. I called Firestone and was asked to bring it in. Brought it in and was told that everything looked fine but recommended rear brake pads and rotors (pads changed somewhere else when I bought tires). Had other services on car at Firestone and each time told them about the shaking of the steering wheel. Was told everything looked fine. Was recommended to get serpentine belt changed. Made an appt for 7am today to insure the part would be onsite. I brought the car in to get the serpentine belt replaced. At 1.5 hrs of waiting, Sabrine Thorpe wanted to speak with me about other things about the car ( rear brake pads, front calibers at my expense). I asked the cost and she rambled on about why I needed it and the mileage of my car. While she was talking to me the manager, Pete DiGregorio jumped in adding his opinion about another issue we were not talking about. 🥹 Nevermind the fact that i have been telling them about the shaking when i break everything I have brought my car in. I asked if the belt was put on. She checked and said it was ordered but not there. REALLY! I was told that the belt would be here, that's why I scheduled the 7am appt. I was told I would have to wait another 1.5 hours. UNRELIABLE! Definitely shop around or use ANOTHER location. I now see why they have a 3.1 rating.

I had a 9am appointment for a routine 7500 miles oil change and tire rotation that took more than 8 hours to complete. IMO- I was put on the bottom of the to do pile because it was a fleet service checkup. When I called the store, the sales advisor; said they were short handed but 8 hours????? I had to leave the car overnight as I had evening obligations. Completely unprofessional, completely unforgiving and ruined my experiece with not only this Firestone, but all others moving forward. I will contacting my Fleet representative to make them aware of how poorly I was treated.
