My car is old and will be replaced in a year or two. The guys at Firestone always explain things well, tell me what my priority list should be, they price fairly well, and have a good attitude. They break it down as far as what can wait and what is a must do. I believe it’s a very honest crew. I haven’t had anything go wrong after visiting them, and I can’t say that for most mechanics in Charlotte.

Fred and Chris at Firestone were lifesavers! I had an emergency tire pop right before closing, and they got me in and out in just 30 minutes. Super efficient, friendly, and understanding of my situation. So thankful for their amazing service!

I had a great customer service experience at this location two weeks ago! Chris, the service manager is awesome and honest! He is very efficient and patient while explaining different options. This visit showed me there are still good people in this business and this is now my new location!! Thank you Chris!!!

I don’t really like writing reviews but I got an oil change around July and three weeks later my cars screen said “Engine Oil Level low” when I checked under my car I noticed the person that changed my oil didn’t tighten the motor oil thing correctly. I could’ve went to another place where it would’ve been cheaper and better.

I was at this location back on July 30 needing to get a front alignment and had to buy two tires. And I needed to get a quote for rear shocks. The staff there were extra nice and polite. I did not have to wait a long time May have been there maybe an hour and 20 minutes if that. I scheduled to come back on 8/14 to complete the rear shocks. However, something happened with the appointment and the person I was speaking to was so polite and was able to get me in. I like this place and the people that work here. That’s my post for now. I have only been here once this will be my second time.

I had an extremely great experience with my service. I was provided the first available appointment on Monday at 8:00am. The team was on time and very attentive to my concern with my vehicle needing to pass a state Inspection. Isaac Roberston specifically has great customer service, was friendly, professional, polite and very knowledgeable of vehicles. The tech that was also on site was great to work with as well. I had to come back due to my Low-pressure alert in the same day that I had just replaced 2 front tires and they assisted with no hesitation. I have been to other locations and this one by far has the best representatives. Customer service has diminished in many industries, and it was a true pleasure to work with Issac and even Jordan Cabral who scheduled my appointment and was very helpful and pleasant during a 5-minute interaction. Thank you for great service.

My first time coming to Firestone,Chris Goeczynski,service manager was the best. I just came to get tires, but a couple of things came up to get repaired,he really explained to me why I needed to get these repairs done. I really appreciate his temperance & and Great character. I wish all managers could be like him,his customers care is 1st ,and I appreciate that.

Chris, the advisor made sure they had ALL the parts for the EIGHT services my vehicle needed prior to my appointment. ALL of my car needs were resolved in ONE visit. MANY PRAISES FOR THIS ALONE!!! Chris communicated well about the service prices before working on the car. Also, the technician JONAH SOLVED a problem on my car (shocks) stopping a NOISE that has been going on for YEARS. I have taken my car to Firestone many times and got inspections, got work done and left still hearing the noise. However, JONAH fixed my car like new. Jonah did a THOROUGH inspection and RESOLVED the actual issue. Chris and Jonah are a GREAT DUO. Keep them to keep customers! I am literally going to call and ask when they work now, because I know I can trust them with OUR cars. Thank you!

Very satisfied with my first visit here. Customer Service is great and Techs are very knowledgeable. I had an emergency and was very well taken care of. I highly recommend this location especially for female customers who may have a fear of being taken advantage of. I truly trust them and will continue to do business here.

Worked with Issac, the Store Manager, I needed a spare tire for my fleet vehicle and he made it happen within a few days. Other dealerships couldn't find the tire or it was back ordered. Thanks Issac!

I would not recommend this location. On 1/28 my tire went out and I brought my vehicle to this location. I have a warranty on the tires and so I knew Any Firestone location would take care of me. They took my car and I came back an hour later under the impression the one tire was fixed. The advisor at the front then informed me that I had 3 nails in two of the tires. I thought they fixed the two tires and left. On 2/3 I was on the I-85 and my RR tire went out almost causing me to swerve into traffic due to losing control. I called the firestone location and the same advisor answered and he informed me that the tires were only repaired and not replaced. The advisor stated that he told me to come back in the next day to get it changed because they had to order the tires. Due to my busy schedule, I would not agree to come back in And I was unaware that the tires had to be ordered. And no one from the store reached out to tell me that the order even came. On 2/4 My tire Was replaced. On 2/7 I had to call Roadsideassistance because the same tire went flat. I then went to another Firestone location and they showed me the tire was not Installed properly and that I still needed a second tire because they only replaced one. Deeply unsatisfied with the service I received at this location. But the University location is resolving the issue.

Very friendly and kind service writers. Also they were very punctual and courteous with my appointment. However, my engine light came on and I checked under to hook to find that my oil cap wasn't on. Luckily it was still wedged under the hood and didn't fall off while I was driving.

Isaac & Luther, Jonah and the other gentleman (I'll update later name) are amazing!!!!! I love this place. Great customer service... Great car care... overall this was an amazing experience. THANK YOU CAMERON FOR ALL YOU DID. This place has been my go to for car care for 7 years... we have had highs and lows but today folks is a HIGH so much so I changed my review... the new team is great. Chris is Amazing as is Luther. Thank you for making my experience amazing. Ladies don't be afraid to come here and service your car. Don't wait til something happens... but if it does... they got you! I came some months ago and they were unable to recreate the issue my car had and graciously reimbursed me for the work. That good folks is quality service.
