My tire went flat - fast! Once I was able to get my car towed to the location it was a quick turn-around; I had it back the next day around lunch time. I was updated constantly about the work being done and the prices. I did not appreciate getting my car back with zero wiper fluid in it, though, and by the time I noticed I was nowhere near the store

Just started using this location last year. I won't be back. Called ahead to see if they could fit me in. I said it would take me 25 minutes to get there. The person on the phone said ok. When I got there, I was told that they couldn't take my car. This is the second time this has happened at this location with one of my vehicles. The customer ahead of me received the same treatment. I understand that mistakes happen, but when the mistakes are constantly repeated it's called incompetence. Now that I have read a few of the reviews, it's probably for the best. Thank you for the poor customer service. It probably saved me the heart ache in the future.

Had an oil change done and one day later the bottom of my car came off in the middle of the highway. If you care about your car don’t have it serviced here, look at all the other reviews

Do not come to this location. I can’t speak for all Firestone locations, but this location would get zero stars if I could give a rating that low. Upon arrival no one greeted me. I can see workers inside where they are suppose to be working on cars instead they were standing around talking and dancing. I had to step inside the employee only section to get their attention and when I did the worker was very snobby toward me. I showed the worker my fleet account and he swear he couldn’t find my fleet company who I go thru to service my vehicle. He basically told me to come back tomorrow and try again. I had an appointment set up so I told him no my car will be serviced today. I called my fleet company and they walked him thru until he found it. Other customers also came in and had been waiting on their vehicles as well. One customer they told car was done and serviced and when he checked under the hood they hadn’t done any of the services. The workers are using profanity as if this is not a place of business. So now people need to worry about if their cars were actually serviced. I am very displeased with this location.

Good service and everything always works, but the prices are pretty high on some things like rotors. Cost about 8x the price of the parts for rotors.

Really disappointed with the customer service here, felt disrespectful. Dropped off my car a 1pm and by the time i got a call back they didn’t even time to even do the service i came for. 6 hours no service and still had to pay for an inspection. Front desk man was rude in explaining why i had to pay at all? waste of time and uber money.

The person who helped me was friendly and thorough. The service was a good price, and the lifetime warranty on alignments is a great offering. Very satisfied.

Every time we go, the staff is very knowledgeable and honest. They are reasonable with the expected time of service and we have never had problems with the outcome of the services performed.

Kinda wish I checked out these reviews before hand. Not a fan of leaving reviews but when I do I hope it is seen. Had an appointment at 12 and just a simple diagnostic took 4hrs to complete. Overheard lots of negotiating on pricing which is a very unethical practice at service desk especially when quoting different prices for same services and talk under table on management stuff. Was quoted a price that was no where near what I was quoted in phone call and called a different place and quoted literally half the price. Very unfortunate experience since customer experience and relationships are crucial these days for businesses 😪

This is the worse group I have dealt with in years. First they made me book an appt then made me wait over an hour longer than my appt time just to tell me that I needed it custom aligned before they could align it. The custom aligner was shocked saying he had never heard of a car needing to be aligned before it was aligned. I called the Mooresville store for Firestone and they were able to align it, so this store apparently just didn’t want to work. Pathetic.

Car was serviced and I was given the work completion details however, the customer service could be better. 3 things went wrong: 1. I mentioned I had a water pump replacement (done by another shop and coolant flush advised by that same shop) but apparently need a coolant flush? - opportunity missed to earn trust and mention that yeah I don't need the coolant flush instead I sat there and waited for the work to be done. 2. When the work was done, I still had to wait over 30mins to get the car back. Even then I had to say something to get it. 3. I just got the drive belt replaced 4 months ago and mentioned that I just got it replaced. They mentioned that my belt was cracked. I should've requested to see the crack but it would've been better service if they offered and took the time to show me so that I could get it easily fixed with the warranty I currently have. Not sure if this shop or any other shop/business owned by the owner should or run by the current manager should get any of your business. But hey this just might be how mechanics operate.

They didn't check my car, they just read notes from my previous visit, in which I did get some things fixed FROM THE DEALERSHIPsince my past visit, the price went up on an oil change to the point its only a $40 difference between firestone and the DEALERSHIP, and the dealership gives a loaner and washs my car, soo I wont be returning unless it my for wheel alignment as I REALLY don't trust them with my vehicle, but I did pay for a lifetime alignment package so that will be the ONLY reason for my return, as they are untrustworthy!

I installed brand new tires 4 months ago after punctur they refused to fix tire tald me its too close to wall but it wasn't too closed they want me to installed new one price closed to new ones was when I installed by store then I went cross the street to discount tire and they fixed my tire free and balance my tire fee so I never going back firestone again

I wish I would have read these reviews before making an appointment with this establishment. I made an appointment for an alignment two days ahead of time. I waited 45 minutes before I realized my car was still sitting in the parking lot. After sitting there for that long, listening to a staff member impersonating a general manager to speak with dissatisfied customer over the phone, and several tries from the staff to aggressive “recommend” extra services to customers, I asked for my keys. Without any question or apology for the delay, I was handed my keys back. Customer service is not a priority for these guys. And no, I not am not emailing anyone to discuss this post. You had your chance to provide great service. Don’t ask me to go out of my way for you to do what you are there to do. If I could give you a zero star I would have.

Me and my family routinely take our cars to this particular Firestone on a regular basis for maintenance and repairs. Jason and his staff have always been very good to us, and get us fixed up and rolling quickly with friendly and trustworthy service. Thanks guys.

The employees here were very nice, but when I went to take my car in for a heater hose replacement, they tried to charge me almost 2400 dollars to replace every single hose, tacking on a bunch of unnecessary stuff, such as an "oil leak" that wasn't actually there. Went to a local mechanic down in greensboro who did the job for almost 2000 dollars less.

didn’t check my valve stem when giving me a new tire on sunday and gave me so much attitude when I came back today to get the issue resolved then I get my car back and items are missing so I ask about it and then they are rude again go somewhere else because they move very unprofessional.

Replaced my struts the previous day, so needed to get an alignment ASAP. They were able to get me in that morning, only took an hour, and they run a lifetime alignment deal that pays for itself on the 2nd alignment. Also, Zack running the front of house is awesome. Thank you guys

There's no point in making an appointment. Made an appt, waited an hour and they still hadn't taken my car back. Woman beside me said she had been waiting 2 hrs, had an appt and still hadn't taken her car back. I left without service. Do not recommend.

This location need training. I went to this location to get an oil change. The next day my oil was all over my garage and drive way. Had my car towed there for them to fix it. They completed the oil change and said it was because the filter had a defect around the gasket. The manager offered me a free oil change. I then went home days later noticed I had oil leaking. Little spots here and there. I have never had this before which caused a concern. Instead of going back there I went to the concord location where they had to tighten my bolts and re do the oil change because my 2020 rav4 was leaking again. I went back to the concord location to get the free oil change and was told I had to go to the university location. Whew I should have said forget it. I went back to the university location and they completed another oil change. I started to hear a rubbing noise. I thought it was the brakes. It wasn’t. The oil pan cover was hanging down and damaged from not being placed on there with the bolts. Now I have to pay for an oil change to make sure it was done the right way and replace the plastic cover. Buying a car is an investment especially with how high rates are today. Protect your investment and use a place that is willing to protect your investment. I relied on who I believed to be a professional never again. I would be interested in how the techs get paid. If they get paid based off the amount of services they complete then the techs are probably rushing and that’s causing mistakes. Their mistakes could cost me thousands along with pain, suffering, missed time from work, missed doctor appointments etc. Hopefully this post would shed some light regarding services so things could change for the better. But they lost me and the ones I care about business.
