I wish i had gotten the name of the man who helped me. I got a tire alignment, new back tires, and and oil change for a very good price! I went in just expecting to get an oil change, but decided to get two replaced while i was there. The man helping me was very informative and helpful without being pushy. He even reassured me the tires could be replaced at a later date if i wanted to wait. I had been meaning to get them changed since I drove to Montana from North Carolina, and I am so happy I did. It fees like driving a new car! I will definitely be back for the rest of the required maintenance on my car soon.

Steve was awesome! He helped me buy a new-to-me truck and gave us some negotiation points, honest advice, and was realistic with pricing and timelines for what it will need. Also, he was able to squeeze us in and do a phenomenal job, very accommodating and I appreciate it!! Will definitely be back.

We had a flat tire due to a screw which was embedded in the tire. The shop was about close, but took us in due to the logistics. It was already dark, roads covered in snow and ice, and we still had to travel an hour to get to our destination. The Firestone crew that evening were beyond nice, and took the time to fix the tire even though it was closing time for them. Much gratitude for those guys.

I brought in a new car that only needed 1 tire! When I applied for an appointment online I asked for 1 tire! My dad goes in to take it thinking they should know what’s going on. No one asks him questions and they replace ALL 4 tires! Why would we replace 4 tires on a 2025 vehicle?! They let him know the bill at the end and that’s it! No communication at all!!! Mind you we are from Texas on vacation. Didn’t expect to replace 1 tire LET ALONE ALL 4! If I could give negative 10 I would! - ***PICTURES OF MY TIRES ARE ADDED! Only one needed replaced bc of a bubble

After a long road trip, we began getting low pressure warnings in the cooler weather. George was kind and helpful. He checked all of the tires and added air. As a visitor, it was great to have someone give us reassurance and excellent customer service.

Don’t bother making appointments, they don’t honor them. Also do not try to do a walk in, they don’t do those either. I actually don’t know what they do here at all

I had a great experience here! There was a small issue with my car and they were able to fix it within a few hours from drop off and only charged me for the inspection because they used what they had on hand. Great customer service and very affordable too!

I meant to write this review a couple months back when I had the issue with my car but got busy. I had a great experience at Firestone Bozeman. I was traveling through Montana and it was summertime and so my windows were usually rolled up with the A/C on. Because of that I apparently missed the indicator/whistle that my brake pads needed to be done and so when the weather started cooling down some and the window came down I recognized my brakes needed to be done and worse -- they were grinding. I went to Les Schwab initially and got a quote but just didn't feel right about their way of doing things so I called Firestone and spoke with Steve who gave me some good info and invited me to the location. I ended up booking an appointment for first thing on a Monday and got there and was assisted by Steve again, who was extremely helpful. I was told by that other company that along with new brake pads and rotors I also needed calipers which was going to cost a very large sum of money. I was given an estimate for the service overall and told by Steve that they would check to see if I needed calipers and will let me know. Well, I dropped my vehicle off, took a walk around town and stayed by my phone and was constantly updated about the progress. I got a call from Steve who told me that I in fact did NOT need calipers. Hallelujah!!! He gave me the rundown on the procedures and a timeframe. I received another update and he asked me where I bought my tires and that they were not wearing evenly and suggested an alignment. Usually I would be suspect when a mechanic or auto tech suggests additional services, but based on interacting with him first over the phone, then in person and receiving updates I truly felt that Steve was not trying to add things on in order to increase my bill just to look good to the company or to make them money. I felt he was truly interested in the health and maintenance of my vehicle. Telling me I needed an alignment sounded extremely reasonable, especially given the fact that I bought my vehicle used and had no idea if and when the previous owner ever got an alignment on it and I was driving around the country in it -- and so I agreed. All together I got new brake pads (which have a lifetime warranty), rotors, brake fluid flush and an alignment. I was a woman going to the shop alone, and that made me nervous as hell. But I can honestly say at the end of the day I was extremely happy I chose Firestone. I felt Steve was very honest and trustworthy, and the workers were curteous and provided excellent customer service. I was also in and out in about 2-ish hours. I think the only thing they could have done to go above and beyond is to serve lunch, lol.

Steve was so amazing! I called and he fit me into his full schedule same day. Took care of my car problem within 30 minutes and I went on with my day! These people are caring and amazing at their job, totally deserve your business. Thanks again Steve!

Will not be going back. Brought in a car that needed an oil change and fluids filled, but also needed breaks checked and general inspection. They called me and emailed me multiple times to tell me I needed a new battery and that was it. When I arrived to pick up my car, they did not touch the fluids or my oil saying it wasn’t on the order form, when that was the main reason I brought it in anyway! I know for a fact my power steering was low because the entire town can hear me when I make a turn. But they couldn’t mention that during the calls or emails? And then maybe I could’ve been like “hey yeah actually i need all of that looked at.” But instead, I was very happy to pick up a car that still needed some work done, but at least had an oil change. And not only do I still have the same problems, but my battery is acting WORSE since dropping it off.

As the other reviews say, women be aware. These people are scammers. I came in for an oil change and they changed my headlight without contacting me, leaving me with a $300 bill. I thought it was a mistake, but after reading these other reviews I know it’s on purpose. Tried reaching out to Firestone with no response from the company. I will never go here or any Firestone location ever again.

I got a flat tire, and ended up having to tow my vehicle into Firestone. It was evening so they were closed, and I had already started calling an Uber. When one of the two gentleman inside came out to take a look, he said he could get it taken care of. They were staying late doing paperwork and didn’t need to help me at all. However, they decided to go above and beyond to help me anyway, I can’t give them enough stars! Fenton & Beck are the absolute best! Highly recommend!

I went in for some tires on my car and was told there were 2 or 3 options in stock that would fit. Of those, the Firestone FireHawks were the more expensive option but the sales advisor, Melissa, told me they qualified for a $100 mail in rebate so I agreed and had them installed. I was asked how to apply for the rebate and the sales person wrote down the website down on my invoice and said I go there and submit the invoice number (which they circled on my invoice). When I did it, a week later I received an email that said my tires didn't qualify and I spoke with Firestonerewards.com and they said I had to purchase them with a special credit card. I asked that they do a free alignment and we could call it even, but the manager Steve said no and they'd offer me a small discount on my next service there, but I don't go there for any services. It's frustrating that you get lied to and there's nothing you can do - hence the negative review - and I guess I won't ever do business there again.

I will admit that my first time going to Firestone was more of a necessity for a last minute appointment when I had a major problem last winter and every other option was booked for weeks. I was incredibly impressed from the get go. They fit me in as fast as possible. They answered all of my questions. Allowed me to consult with my friend before making decisions, and overall provided great service. Firestone in Bozeman always manages to fit me in for smaller jobs like an oil change or coolant exchange. They make necessary recommendations, but they never try to oversell me on something that I am not quite ready to move forward with. As a woman, I also never feel belittled when the service technicians talk to me. They explain with care and detail, and tailor to my level of understanding. From originally being hesitant due to "chain" reviews, to opting for them as my first choice of service, I truly cannot recommend Firestone in Bozeman enough.

It was a busy Sunday and I had a nail in my tire with little hope for getting someone to repair my flat. I went to several garages and they were all close. Fortunately Firestone was open but I could tell they were very busy. I walked in expecting to be told to Come back Monday but Fenton who greeted me with a smile came to the rescue and said they could take care of it but it might be a couple of hours! He over delivered they were done in less than an hour! When does that ever happen! Can’t say enough about this place!

Claimed I needed to replace calipers, this was a lie. Tried to charge me 900$ to replace front brakes. Tried to sneak in a break fluid flush without telling me. Charged me $20 for vehicle inspection, I took my car elsewhere and had it done for less than half what Firestone quoted me. Beware

Every time I come here there's a new issue, and every time it seems that issue costs over $1,200 to fix. Edit: College-aged me was a sucker. I have since learned more about vehicles and how to do my own repairs. At the time I originally wrote this review, I was charged over $700 to replace the ignition coils on a 2006 Ford Taurus. Now, if you look up a video on how to do that replacement, it takes just a few minutes. The parts can be found online for around $200. I want to know how exactly they're justifying the other $500. Mind you, this was years ago. I can't imagine what they're charging now. The last time I went here, they removed my brakes without telling me first, and I had to drive my vehicle home without brakes because they wouldn't put them back on. This is a shady business that takes advantage of ignorant people. I now do as much of my own maintenance on my vehicle as I am able, due to how sorely I was taken advantage of here. I haven't had any issues in years, and I maintain my vehicle according to the recommendations of the manufacturer, rather than the whims of a charlatan. On top of all that, whether you have an appointment or not repairs take HOURS. Remember those ignition coils I mentioned that take a few minutes to repair with a screwdriver? Forget about it, they'll make sure it takes as long as possible to repair to get that sweet, sweet cash.

Glad they have a full staffed shop again,they were running light for a couple years after covid. Now I can use my lifetime alignment service with ease. Just had my tires rotated today,took 10 minutes,in and out. Thank you guys

The guys were fabulous! We rolled in at 5pm with a leaking tire on a rental car. We had to get it fixed that night. They immediately took care of us. Super friendly, professional and went way above and beyond to get a couple old ladies from out of state back safe on the road and onto the rest of their dream vacation!

Concur with the WOMEN BE AWARE review. Just took my truck to this facility. I am aware I need brakes. I get checks on my truck frequently! These people took my truck in for brakes, auto added an invoice for $22 for a vehicle check that I did not ask for after I left the facility. When they contacted me they said they were estimating needing me calipers in the cost - over a grand. When asked how much for just the breaks, I was told $600. I advised that the actual manufacture dealership would only cost $300 (I know for a fact based on my last check a month ago). She told me not with a break flush. That detail was left out of the beginning of the conversation. Went into to get my truck after I refused the service. She tried to charge me the vehicle check fee, despite the FREE BRAKE CHECK flashing on the screen behind her. Received the itemized quote after I left... She had two new rotors, breaks, brake flush on there. The ONLY thing that is/ was needed is break pads. Price gouge and attempt to blind women into stupid stuff that's not needed for their vehicles.

I got my tires swapped out about a month ago, and I guess that part was pretty solid. However, on a trip I’m currently on I got a flat which is also no big deal. Tire plugs and I’m back on the road, right? False. When I removed my lugs I was surprised to find that none of them had anti seize on them and I had two of my studs pop!! I’ve done a lot of vehicle service, and not once have I ever come close to breaking studs. It’s not that hard to pay attention. Unless you want one of their employees to cross thread the Jesus out of your lugs, don’t get serviced here… even in a pinch.

I had great service at the Bozeman Firestone, I ordered replacement tires online through their website and were installed at this location. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the service manager called and setup my appointment, I received an email stating I had an appointment, when I showed up for the appointment that both she and the email I received confirmed, they didn’t have me on their schedule. Fortunately the guy working that day was able to get me in and it took about 1.5 hrs. I think their online system doesn’t effectively communicate with their shops? I recommend following up any online order with a phone call to the specific shop.

Went in to get a windshield wiper fixed and even though they were very busy one of the mechanics came out and fixed it in less than 5 minutes so I didn't have to wait! Thank you!
