Brought my care in to have all season Firestone radials taken off and Blizzaks put on. Last time this cost about $86. The guy at the desk was very chatty. Without showing me the bill, he points to the credit card reader for me to pay. I say well how much?. He says $169!! When I asked how come so much, he took an item off which brought the price down to $138. No explanation why that item was on in the first place. Also, when they called me up to let me know my car was ready, they had a list of recommended services which I already had done at the dealer. I never asked them to check on this stuff and they had never done that before. And, when I arrived, the car was not ready.

Firestone on Broadway are literally family they will take such good care of you! They never try to sell you anything you don’t need, in fact they do the opposite and try to get you the lowest price possible. I don’t understand much when it comes to cars, and they take the initiative to inform me as well as making sure I’m taken care of before my car leaves the lot. Amazing group of people who care about getting stuff done and making their customers happy. It would be foolish to bring your car elsewhere!!! Come to Firestone on Broadway!!!

Urgent need to address completely flat tire [1.5 inch screw puncture]. I called ahead, service gentleman told me to bring my car in as soon as possible and they would work me into their schedule. Triple A came to my location, filled the tire with air which allowed me to drive to my Firestone store. Everyone was very courteous and they completed the service in less than an hour. When I am due to replace my tires, I will again purchase from Firestone.

This store has always been great to me and my partner. They've always shown me the parts that they replaced (even a heavy control arm) and explain everything they did. They've never treated me poorly or priced me unfairly and they're personable and skilled. Tim, Nico, and Christian are amazing!

Took my car there spent $700 bucks they put more engine codes on I had to call corporate get my money back ticket to a different mechanic they disconnected four different air hoses what about a quart and a half of oil out of my car hoping my car would break they were trying to juice me for money not honest mechanics advice please don't go there I am poor and struggling and they did this to my car after I got refunded from corporate they made it worse had one engine code but when I left had about four different codes to get to a different mechanic he fixed it for about 500 Buck's engine lights off running fine

Trust is not often a word used when dealing with mechanics or auto repair shops these days. Not the case for the folks at this Broadway location. In my experience, they are known for their integrity and trustworthy service, specifically Christian & Tim. As a single woman, this is immeasurable.

Very friendly, helpful staff. I had a nail in my tire, and the manager took the time to come out and confirm that it would need a plug repair. The service was completed quickly while I waited, and since I had bought tires there previously, it was put under a road hazard repair with no charge! I will definitely buy new tires from Firestone next time I need them. I always feel confident to go to Firestone for tires and good customer service.

Why would you have me make an appointment only to tell me I have to wait for at least 90 minutes for a 10 to 15 minute job? Poor customer service.

These guys are awesome! I went in to have my AC system filled after replacing all of the major components. I tried filling it myself, and something wasn't right, so I took it in. They filled my system, and something still wasn't right. They found that the fan wasn't functioning, and it was the entire problem. My reasoning for the rave review is this: in order to replace the fan, I had to dis Connect the lines to the condenser. Because of this, they re-emptied my AC system, I then went and replaced the fan myself, and they filled it AGAIN at no extra charge! What other shop do you know of that would do that? These guys are seriously stand up guys. I don't take my vehicles to shops for most things, but they're definitely my go-to for any of my future needs.

They wanted $3200 to fix an actuator and window motor, i instead bought the parts from amazon for $80 and paid a 22 year old student from Romania $150 to get the job done. I cant take this business seriously anymore after their attempt to dishonesty rip me off. Id recommend getting a diagnostic then putting an ad on craigslist to save over 90% of your money, i give 1 star because they did it with a smile.

Broadway Firestone have taken care of my oil changes, purchase of new tires, and have done all my repair work these last several years. I get honest opinions and explanations that I can understand. I have ALWAYS had first time right at the Broadway Firestone. I appreciate a business that's fair and honest and willing to answer all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended to keep your car/truck running and get the best deals on durable tires. Christian, Tim, and Nico are AMAZING. Best guys in the business.

I am from Utah. My truck broke down 30 min outside of Boise , i got it to the crew here , they were the only ones open on The Weeknd , they were slammed , and honestly probably didn’t have time to fit me in , but when they found out we were stranded they made time , th whole crew here were amazing , i dropped my truck off at 7am and had it fixed and running by the afternoon , they are life savers ! This crew are the realest of the real , big thanks from the heavily tattooed kid from Utah !

Nico and the staff were professional, kind, efficient, and extremely understanding of my concerns. I am from out of town and blew a tire on the freeway. They were very quick and efficient and making sure that I was taken care of and getting me out the door in a prompt and professional manner.

The customer service at this location is fantastic, we've been there 4x. Once for tire repair on my jaguar, once for oil change on my sonata, and my boyfriend has brought his Nissan in for brake repairs amount other things and I brought his Nissan in for a oil change. Every single time the experience has been great. Christian has helped me multiple times and has a great additude and great service. I never feel like the mechanics are trying to take me for a ride to bleed me for money and things I don't need. I always feel like they're genuinely being helpful and informative.

Was leaving for vacation and noticed the front tires were in danger. Had only 1 day and these guys did an excellent job in squeezing me in between jobs and left the next morning on schedule.
