I was in a pickle on a Sunday afternoon and had a flat. Not many tire shops are open. They got me in right away, and fixed it up. David and Nicholas helped my husband and I and were super helpful. I appreciate them both so much!

Came in with weird noises coming from my engine, the Manager Kevin got me in quickly and diagnosed my problem. A few hours later (quicker than expected) I was back on the road with a great running vehicle. Definitely my favorite shop for my car needs.

I like the friendly and helpful people there in Boise on Fairview Rd. I didn't like the CFNA operator though who couldn't find my Firestone account but I guess that's normal.

Absolutely terrible service my appointment was scheduled for 8am a week prior for tires and an alignment. I dropped off at 8 am took 4 hrs to balance and mount then less than 30 mins to align which was done incorrect leaving my passenger side thrown out . Then was told to schedule for the 5th for the sale they were having which was buy 3 tires get 1 free and the guy working got pissed off and told me that wasn't the deal when the other guy told me it was and to schedule for the 5th to receive it which I did not was only given a small discount. Will be paying my balance and will never return to this location again Absolutely rude and disrespectful!!!!!

Got a flat tire on Saturday night right after Les Schwab closed for the weekend. We were on the home stretch of an extended road trip and weren't planning on spending a night in Boise. Went to Firestone Sunday morning and Mack took great care to make sure we had the right tire to continue our journey home safely. Thanks for all your help!

I was coming out of work to go home and discovered my front driver's side tire was flat! I had it towed it to this Firestone shop. Needless to say, the entire team there was courteous, professional, and friendly. From the time I found my flat tire to getting it fixed and back on the road to home was a little over two hours! Amazing. I will be back to this shop for sure! I want to specifically recognize Mack for his outstanding customer service!

I was traveling around for work when all of the sudden I noticed an issue with my rental. I had to make a b line for the closest tire spot and Kevin & the entire Firestone team blew my mind with their customer service and care. Kevin had conversation with me and assured me of his teams skill and care. I wasn’t let down and was back on the road before I could blink.
