They have always taken care of me since 2004. I found a mechanic in bham and follow him store to store. The manager knows me and my mechanic has always made sure they all take care of me as well. As a female it means a lot.

Hey Team, ALWAYS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE ❤️at this location. Years back (15yrs ago) when I lived/worked closer any issues I had Service Tech Mike was my rescue…. When I called making my original appointment I spoke with Asst Mgr Jason who remembered me from the Gardendale location, he spoke with excitement in his voice asking how I was doing ect.. Store Mgr Jordan always smiling / taking time explaining issues throughly which is always appreciated. I brought two cars in to be serviced within a week and didn’t mind sitting because I was confident in the guys at this location. Thank you team!

Jordan the store manager at the 280 location is great! He and Jonathan do a wonderful job and made you feel at ease when it comes to maintenance. This is the only place I use for oil changes. Recently had my factory brake pads replaced there and had me back on the road in no time. Can't recommend them enough!

Not sure what kind of business they are running, they gave me a verbal appointment (looks like they didn’t put in the system) and when I showed up they said there no appointment for me and it may take 3 hrs or 3 days. They just wasted my time. Never going there again.

At this location, I am always treated with respect and dignity. The staff is straightforward and accommodating. I would only consider coming to this location for any type of battery or tire needs.

Good people, easy to deal with, convenient to me. My only complaint is that I was just there to have two tires replaced, balanced and aligned. I was told that it would take about an hour, but ultimately had to wait for an hour and 45 minutes. Other than the wait, I was satisfied with the work performed.

Very helpful, and I was blessed that they had the tire needed in stock! Price was reasonable. They work me in quickly, although it took longer than we anticipated. Grateful to know where these guys are now!

Entered and was told they'd be with me in a minute. When asked what I needed I said some tires. He acted like I was inconveniencing them. Then asked do you want them installed?? Not sure who buys tires and takes them home. Anyway... he said they couldn't put them on my truck. At first acted like they didn't have a compressor. When I asked a few questions to be more specific he then said they didn't have they tools to do it. When I mentioned I'd had it done there several times I was told "they took our air tool away". Not sure who "THEY" are but felt like they just didn't want to do it. I had all my vehicles done there but won't be back. Discount tire was friendly. Appreciated the business and got it done. It's tires not rocket science. Geeez

This is the BEST FIRESTON location. I drove 200 miles and past 4 other locations to have my car serviced at this location. They were FAST, FRIENDLY, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I only wish the Firestone close to me was this good!!! Every time I can, I use this location for service although it is way out of the way. It is worth the trouble.

Cliff is very attentive when it comes to our daughter's cars over there! He made sure to let us know what they need done for safety purposes. The service was friendly and efficient, at a quite reasonable price.I needed to replace my original tires on my 2020 Terrrain, but wasn't really wanting the same ones I had. The worker recommended and ordered the Alenza AS Ultra for me. The tires got there the next day! I had them put on Saturday morning, which was my soonest convenient time. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and having already put 200 miles on them, both city and highway miles, I can say they ride nicely as well! The price per tire was well within the reasonable range. I should also note that I have a less common tire size, but that was not a problem!

Excellent experience!! The customer service here was wonderful and the communication was superb. I received numerous updates specifically from Pennie about changes and recommendations regarding my repairs. What would have been a longer wait time anywhere else ended up being split in half at this location. Would definitely recommend 10/10!!

I had an appointment to have my alignment and brakes checked. I was there 45 minutes before I was told they couldn’t do it because the mechanic had a problem with his foot. This should have been communicated to me before the appointment not 45 minutes after the appointment time. Someone dropped the ball.
