I am giving it 5 stars because of the friendliness and professionalism of the employees. There were a lot of people who came through while I was there and both people on duty were patient and thorough with customers. Adrian took time to walk through the suggestions for my car and I was very appreciative. I like the feature of having pictures to go along with the suggestions. Nice touch. A suggestion would be to have small bottles of water for waiting customers.

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation set for 7:30am. Got here at 7:20am. I’m still sitting here waiting and it’s 8:50am after being told it’d be “30 minutes”. My car is still sitting where i parked it. Just a forewarning to others that timeframes are irrelevant here.

If you are getting repairs, you have to be on your toes. They might find things that are wrong that really isn't wrong. Little things. Next you have to pay attention to pricing. If the quote one price you need to hold them to that price. That is not just Firestone, that's any

Sadly, I must now warn you to NEVER take your car here. After a recent repair they did that broke down again, they refused to admit fault and would not take my phone calls, nor would the manager speak with me when I finally had to take an Uber to pick my car back up. I used to love this shop, but I’ll tell you now avoid at all costs.

Adrian does a great job handling customers and any issues that arise. I went in for a headlight replacement. They took care of it in no time, but I noticed it had failed when I got home. I called the next morning and Adrian told me to come on in. They found it to be a faulty bulb and replaced it quickly and sent me on my way without any secondary charges. Service like that is the reason I have been going here for years.

Cat (front desk) and Kelyn (technician) were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The manager also came by and spoke with me for a few minutes. It was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable visits to a garage I've ever had. They got me in and out in record time. I'm already telling me friends about this experience and sending them to this store location. Thanks so much.

George was great when the vehicle was dropped off on-time for an 11 am appointment for routine maintenance., A/C service, brake inspection/maintenance. We provided (2) contacts for telephone communication. He noted our request to communicate first via a specific contact. After 5-1/2 hours with no call, we called for status. Only then were we advised that the A/C tech had left and they would not be able to provide the requested service until the following day. The car was picked-up the next day. The interaction with the customer service rep who processed the transaction was not great. We will not consider this location for future vehicle maintenance needs.

Had an appointment at 1pm. It is now 2:40 and car is still in parking lot. Was told when i checked in, they were behind, but i explained, I have an appointment and am not a walkin. Making an appointment seems to not make a difference. Poor, slow service.

I went to Firestone to have my car looked at and get my tires changed. It was this location the people were incredibly polite and kind however they informed me that they would check my brakes apparently they never did it's been about 3 weeks and I knew something was not right they said my brakes were completely fine well my brakes were so dangerously bad I just had them replaced today with the pads I spent $400 at a different shop they told me it was incredibly dangerous for me to be driving my car so I feel like Firestone lied to me when I asked him if they checked the brakes therefore I have lost trust I'm going to get the receipt and look up who I spoke to but I will not post their name on here because I do not want someone to get ridiculed I will pray for them that they practice better Business

We were passing through town on a Sunday morning when we noticed our car had a panel dragging on the ground and fluid leaking. We came in to this place in a bit of a panic, and they took amazing care of us! They squeezed us in, got our van on the blocks quickly to see what was going on, fixed the problem on the spot, and didn’t even charge us an arm and a leg for it. Not to mention everyone was very kind to us. Really exceptional experience.

Worst service I ever had. Booked an appointment for 1PM for my vehicle inspections. They told us to wait for a while. We then waited till 2:45 but they even didn't care about our car. In the meantime, I asked for water. They didn't provide any. We then left the place leaving my car as we had other appointments. They told us that they will call me when the inspections complete. But I didn't receive any call. I then finally called them at 5 and they said it's complete. So we went there to get back my car and they said they emailed me the report. I still didn't get any report in my email. However, I asked them to print the report for me, but they didn't. They opened the report in the screen, and the report was "Checked and Acceptable" with a list of the items what they checked. I even don't know what is the condition of each parts of my car. I went there because my friends said they provide a thorough report after inspections. But what I got is just a line "Checked and Acceptable". Totally waste of time and money. Will never recommend anyone.

I wasn't going to post a google review but I feel like it has gotten ridiculous at this point and it's worth noting the lack of integrity and honesty in Adrian and his team. I took my car in after an incident on the highway where my car shut completely shut off for a moment before coming back on, and then it seemed as though my brakes were failing. I was nearby Firestone and had gone there in the past so immediately took it there. I told them about the incident, about a low oil pressure indicator that had come about, about the brakes, and how the car had completely shut down. It was near the end of the day and I was told they would look at it first thing at the morning. At 6:00pm that next day I hadn't heard anything and called to see what they had discovered and learned they had gotten behind because of a single catalytic converter on another car (?) and hadn't looked at my car yet. They would took a look and let me know. I had to call again right before closing and was told they hadn't discovered anything wrong. Well, obviously something was wrong with the car. They said they would look again the next day. 4:00pm came and still hadn't heard anything so I called again and was told by the person on the phone that, "they didn't even know they had a Nissan Sentra there." But that they would check it out. I was told that the brakes were fine, but they could replace the fluids and that I was low on oil. Nothing was mentioned about any of the other issues I had reported. I told them to take care of the oil and do nothing else because I was going to take it elsewhere. I wasn't angry, just had lost trust. After they did an oil change, I took the car to Nissan where I learned that Firestone had overfilled the oil and I had to pay to have it drained and filled again. Frustrating, but whatever. A few days later I was sent an INTERNAL SURVEY by Firestone and filled it out honestly, not angrily, with the information above. I didn't register a formal complaint, I didn't write a review. I shared that I wasn't going to take my car back and shared the facts. I missed a call from Adrian the following day and received a voicemail from him that he had gotten my complaint - it wasn't a complaint, just a survey response - and graciously he apologized and let me know that they would offer me a refund if I called back. I have since called four times, and mysteriously, Adrian has been on a "conference call" or "just stepped out" every time I have called, my name and number have been collected, and I am told that he will "call me right back." I have never been called back. To be clear, I never complained, I never asked for a refund, this was initiated by Adrian, who has clearly not followed up on his word and seems to be avoiding me. I don't trust Adrian or his team. I won't accuse them of lying, however, it seems odd and unlikely at this point that Adrian has been so busy that he hasn't had 2 min to call me in two weeks. Don't offer a refund and then fail to follow through on your word. Don't accuse me of complaining when I just responded to your survey.

The Manager, Adrian Rice really cares about his customers and ensuring their vehicle needs are well taken care of in a timely manner. He also makes sure you understand the needs of your vehicle. I watched his interactions with customers as they come in and I must say I am impressed. Most businesses no longer demonstrate good customer service, when I encounter a business as such, I stop doing business with them. But based on the excellent service I receive each time I go to this location and especially interact with Adrian, this is certainly the location for me and I am telling my friends, colleagues and family to go to this Firestone to have their vehicle needs taken care of. Bravo Zulu to Mr. Adrian Rice and his team. Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts.

Good customer service is hard to find these days more so great service.I experienced great customer service from this location. The staff greated me as I walked through the door. Very kind and professional. I was there to repair a leak in one of my tires before going to Nashville. The customer care rep advised they could do the repair but my tires were really low and that I had already driven over 55k miles on them. Even though I could have changed them in Nashville at my regular Firestone these guys were so polite that I decided to give them my business. They did not have the tire I wanted but they went out of there way in there personal vehicle and got them from another location.Talk about going above and beyond. The tech had initiative to take the old tires off the truck while the manager went for the tires. Once back the tires were quickly installed and I was on my three hour long trip.I was in and out of FS within an hour.Highly recommend this firestone location

My wife went here hoping to get her rotors fixed. I tried warning her about these chain car repair shops, she ended up being charged $1100 overall. They replaced her brakes with the cheapest brakes imaginable, $70 charge (they're $20 online). Charged for a vehicle inspection, charged a separate charge for a battery inspection (totalling $32). Talk about profit margins. Don't go here people, support local businesses, they're help support you too. Very sad to have came home to hear how much advantage they took of her.

They wait time is terrible even with an appointment you wait about three to four hours for your vehicle then they take your vehicle from the Bay and recommend other services then have you waiting another hour or so to never return to doing the recommended work.

Great job except they only hand you your paperwork not in a rude way but they don't tell or explain your paperwork to you. I know that's important however my other services were excellent. Including the gentleman who took care of me at the register. This is my preferred location while in Birmingham
