I had my truck towed there for a flat tire. I called ahead to let them know and to ask them to rotate the tires, as well. Within an hour, they called to say it was ready. They also checked my battery. I rode my eBike there to pick up my truck and the guy easily and carefully put it in the bed of my truck (it's a heavy bike!). I asked him when the next tire sale will be. He wrote the dates on my receipt. Easy peasy! Well done, Firestone!

I went to Firestone on Ben White today. They know me as Margaret. I took my truck in for an emissions test. I have to give huge kudos to Jonathan. I also appreciate the people in the garage that did the tests. Jonathan is above and beyond in his manners and excellent customer service. It is easy to see he is a good person and is there to help the customer have a wonderful experience. He is knowledgeable, displayed active listening, and answered all my questions fully. He is a true asset to Firestone.

Invoice# 314465 Terrible service, I went in for an alignment, the next day while doing my brakes I noticed they left my control arm bolts loose! Their bad excuse by the floor manager was "a new guy was being trained"... So that means BOTH workers FAILED to make my vehicle safe. That or he was lying to cover for their lazy/terrible work... So which is it? Lying or gross incompetence? I've wasted hours taking time off work for them to make my vehicle hazardous to me and everyone else on the road. The refund offered doesn't help me recoup my lost hours at work. Now I have to go to another alignment shop and start over again. Thanks for nothing Firestone. You got incredibly lucky your abysmal service didn't get anyone hurt or killed.

The service personnel at front desk was polite, helpful and efficient We were towing a vehicle for a customer and he asked if I needed help - I said yes, gave him all information and he went straight to what I needed! I can not remember his name but he was great! Thank you young man…

After going thru half a dozen tire shops in Austin, this Firestone with it current crew. A One. They are friendly, honest, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and did I mention…HONEST. I have a custom truck that I have been fighting the alignment for 2 years, finally after half a dozen shiiity and dishonest shops, this is the place. I FINALLY learned what was keeping my from achieving perfect alignment simply because they were knowledgeable enough to know why and honest enough to tell me. So yeah man, this spot is my tire spot for the foreseeable future.

I just submitted a Firestone questionnaire about my recent service for 3 tire pressure sensors, with tire rotation and balance and alignment covered under lifetime service agreement. There was an option to also submit a Google review so I accepted. It is in quotes as follows. "First, let me make this observation. The appearance and atmosphere is 10x's better than my last visit. The atmosphere then was miserable. I could just tell the employees were miserable. Expressions were stoic. My recent visit was much better. Alton was awesome. The email updates were an unexpected surprise. I responded with a '9' for satisfaction. I'd like to get the same great service before I give a 10. I responded with an '8' for recommendation. Again, I'd like to see the same great service before I respond with a higher ranking." Total cost was $353. I thought that was better than reasonable.

I went to this Firestone location for a complete vehicle inspection, mainly because my brakes felt off, and I suspected it was time for a replacement. The mechanics replaced my brakes, but after the service, they were even worse—there was yanking and screeching every time I used them. I returned a couple of days later, only to be told that this was “normal” for new brakes. It absolutely was not normal. They gaslit me and refused to fix the problem. My car was in worse condition than when I brought it in, and they provided no help at all. Very disappointing experience.

I called this facility to see about bringing my car in for a/c checkup as it was blowing warm air. Mr. Beltran was very professional and friendly and I did make an appt. I was very apprehensive as I’d never been here before and dreaded to think I needed a new a/c, but I just had a small leak. He let me have a small amount of Freon to hold me over til I can bring it back. This is the place to go if you do not have a place to go… your car will love you.

Poorly managed. Made an appointment by phone and even called the next day to verify. When I arrived the manager said he had no appointment for me, to come back next week. He also couldn't even say which of his employees would have been answering the phone that day. Clearly not well managed don't waste your time

I brought my car in for an inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade change. When Daniel tells me the work is done he says, "Jiffy Lube messed up your drain plug. Dont know if they stripped it or over-tightened it last time you had your oil changed, but you need to take it back to them and have them fix it." To that I said, "Do I have a leak now? Because it wasn't leaking when I brought it in today." Daniel then said, "It's in there (the drain plug), but you'll need to have it fixed because it's stripped really bad." So I drove to HEB to get my registration. After about 10min in the parking lot, a 6" puddle of oil had pooled up under my car. I drove back to Firestone Ben White and told Daniel, "Hey there's a significant leak now. Again, it wasn't leaking when I dropped it off earlier. Did you tech take a photo of the drain plug threads when he first removed it? Why didn't you call me when you first noticed the damage?" Daniel immediately told me "I'm not gonna eat anything or refund you. I did the service you hired me to do. Jiffy Lube did the damage (*6 months ago). You can call my manager if you want." Pretty disappointed. I doubt there was previous damage to the drain plug since there was zero leak prior, but I'd have accepted the explanation if they had called and told me before they completed the oil change and gave me options (there's an auto mechanic right next door). And to suggest that I take it up with Jiffy Lube quite the stretch. As of now, I have no reason not to believe Firestone did the damage today. I called the 800 number and have kicked this up to a Firestone claim specialist. Hopefully, I can get reimbursed for a new oil pain and oil change. Two weeks later….a 3rd party inspector called me to see if he could come inspect the damage, but I told him I had to have a new oil pan installed at my own expense. And it turned out that the Firestone tech had in fact put in a new oversized drain plug in an attempt to slow the new leak, and Firestone never told me that and failed to put that in my vehicle report. I also told the inspector that I fully understand, Firestone’s claim that the damage was caused by whoever changed the oil last, but because they didn’t call me when they first discovered the damage and didn’t give me the option to put in a temporary drain plug or try an oversized plug , that I had no other recourse than to assume they caused the damage themselves.

Service was very quick and communication on maintenance recommendations and price was great! I came in at the end of the day and they helped me fit in an unexpected maintenance so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. The technician and receptionist were friendly, I will definitely come back to this location for future services.

Had a terrible experience with this place. I also never leave negative reviews but felt like I had to this time. I called ahead saying there was an electrical issue with my 2019 Ford Mustang. They said they could fix it, and kept my car for a whole day. At the end they called me, closed out my ticket without telling me, and said they couldn't duplicate the issue. I drove over there, drove it around the block, recorded the issue on my phone and went back. They told me they didn't want to work on it, and to take it to the dealer. TLDR: These guys can be jerks, and they only work on stuff they want to work on, when they want to. Fine way to operate a business, but I won't be going back.

Firestone is the worst auto place there is. I paid for an inspection and they failed it because a headlight was out but when I went to replace it, the same light wasn’t plugged in fully and became bright again. Almost like they unplugged it to force me to pay for a new headlight and another inspection. do not come to Firestone
