At this location they are ALWAYS very professional, honest and efficient. They have always taken care of my needs and I would not go anywhere else. The technicians, mechanic and people at the desk ( both , the young guy and the young lady) are friendly, helpful, patient... It is a pleasure to do business there.

The online request was easy. And it was even followed up with a phone call to inform me that the date and time of my request needed to be rescheduled. I did not mind. I was happy to find out that they provide service on Sundays and that fit with my schedule perfectly. They completed the tire rotation, alignment and oil change sooner than expected.

horrible experience with this group. zero communication. went in to get one tire patched and the other 3 rotated. the kid at the front assured me it would be completed by EOD. 8 hours and zero messages later i decided to show back up for an update. first off, they changed the wrong tire. all they did was swap my spare tire out for another (not what i asked for) and the tire i needed patched was not. I also made it very clear that my tires were filled with nitrogen (green valve caps) and wanted it to stay that way. they proceeded to add regular air... without my permission. there goes more time and money. on top of that, one of my valve caps is missing and another has a black cap, not green (which is essential for identifying the correct type of air in tires... although not to firestone apparently). see photos below. the team has no idea what they are doing and needs more active supervision / management. when i asked what they had done with my jeep all day, they said they had rotated the tires and had a failed attempt at patching the tire (the tire that never came off my jeep...). i plan on calling Catherine Malone (manager's business card the kid provided) in the morning to let her know what happened. all in all - they wasted my time and created more problems for me to solve.

Beware! Rudest employee I’ve ever met works at this Firestone location. He’s a younger Hispanic male with a box fade haircut. I’ve come to trust this location in particular and the Firestone brand. This employee is the absolute opposite of the values I thought they held. So disappointed. Been coming here for years and will NEVER be coming back after this experience. If you need an oil change, go across the street to Oil Changers + Repair. They’ll get you in quickly, painlessly, and as an added bonus they won’t treat you like trash! (They had me in and out in the time it took to write this review!)

I can’t recommend Firestone enough! Last week, I had a total nightmare—my car literally almost exploded. As someone who knows nothing about cars (I am just a girl), I was panicked. I was so scared of being in my car that I waited outside in the rain for them to open. Picture a small, wet rat—that was me. When they opened, they immediately got to work on my car. I’m so sorry I can’t remember the name of the amazing man who helped me (I think his name was Dale!!!), but he was incredible. Turns out, I needed new spark plugs and a few other things. They not only got it all fixed the same day but also went above and beyond to help me financially, finding the most affordable options possible. Apparently, my car liked being taken care of so much, that it decided that it needed more work a week later. Once again, the Firestone team was empathetic and kind. They didn’t treat me like “just another customer” but really listened to me and worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of without breaking the bank. Thanks to their kindness and efficiency, my car was back in my hands by the end of the day. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if I’d taken it anywhere else. A huge shoutout to my “alleged cousin” Miguel for the free oil change card too—it means so much to me :,)! Firestone has earned a loyal customer for life. I’ll be back for all my future car needs. Thank you all so much for everything!

I have been taking my vehicle to this Firestone for a while now. I always have great customer service there. Everyone is so helpful and very informative. As a women I normally get a pushy sales person but here no one has ever done that. If anything they are trying to help me save a few bucks. Thank you Firestone crew for taking care of both of my vehicles I brought to you.

I recently brought my car into Firestone for all my tires to be replaced and brake checks and I couldn’t be happier with the services provided. Kathryn (or Catherine) was amazing – super friendly, flexible and helpful. And a huge shoutout to Dale (I hope that was his name😓), the general manager, for making sure that I was well taken care of. My loyalty lies with them now for routine auto repairs and I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else. Highly recommend!

My go to place! Consistently provided with great service. Mgr. Dale was very helpful, explained everything thoroughly. Tech did some amazing troubleshooting and was able to figure out the issue w/ my backup lights.

Had an appointment it did take them about an hour more than they told me .Firestone ordered 4 tires and mounted them on my rims and they balanced them and mounted them on my car and checked my alignment . employee were informative and helpful and they did a great job . Thanks Firestone for the amazing experience .

The check in process was friendly, quick, and organized. My car was ready when promised and I am very happy with the results. No expensive upselling. And it was Firestone that reminded me of my free alignment being due. I trust this shop and have been coming for years. I'm a very happy customer.

This was a horrible experience. Made an appointment online for an inspection for registration and when I got there I was told that they didn’t do appointments it was first come first serve and it would be about an hour and a half. That was frustrating but fine. That was at 0900, it is now 1:15pm and it is still not done. People have came and gone around me all day. No one apologized or gave any explanation of why it’s taking so much longer. About 2 hours in I was given an update and told it would be another 1-2 hours. I have done this simple inspection in under 30 minutes at other places. This has happened to me here multiple times. Last year was a 3 hour wait. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them other chances. I’m not a complainer and am a veteran so hurry up and wait is a practice I’m used to but this is not acceptable. The customer service was awful. I ended up getting upsold for additional minor issues that are very quick fixes so should not have added much time. So came in for an $18 inspection and am now up to $200 sitting here for 4 hours and counting. I will never come here or any of their locations again. I would warn others to steer clear of Firestone. You HAVE to do better guys!

Dale was quick and efficient and took care of business. I had a bolt in my tire. He told me it might take two hours as he had to order a tire for my Mercedes. I hadn’t eaten breakfast yet and he recommended La Familia in the same shopping center. I had a great meal and when I came back in an hour the tire was already being mounted. Great service. Long time customer.

Mark your tires before you get a tire rotation done! This is 2nd time in a row that I have asked to have my tires rotated and it shows completed on invoice but is not completed. I notice this as a repeat problem with this location, so i started marking my tires to verify if rotation is done. Last time I complained to desk clerk also, but no corrective action except, sorry, bring it back in. Now again, i have to make another separate trip to Firestone location just for tire rotation. The only reason i am bringing my car again to this location is due to fact that I bought the tires at this location and rotation is supposed to be free. Very disappointed in the service at this location.

My only complaint about Firestone is the products - the tires and batteries fail with stunning regularity. BUT....this store has always done me right. Dale is a straight-shooting guy and the shop gives me solid work and has always been courteous and helpful.
