Although, when I got there, the tires that they said would be ready. We’re not, they rectified the situation and went above and beyond to make it right.I was impressed with the service and honesty in which they delivered the service.

Huge shout out to Kayko for working with me and my budget to make sure I was safe on the road! Went in for just an oil change and came out with a new tire as well! They spotted a huge bump on my tire and made sure I got a new tire within my budget so I would be safe

Tracy strikes again. I had a very similar experience to Bc J. With the added bonus of hearing about how much she dislikes her job. Maybe not the best choice for a customer facing employ. After 10 years of being a commercial customer, I will not be returning ☹️

Confused why you would even allow appointments if you refuse to honor them. 10am appt for an oil change. Was told it would take 2 hours to complete as they were backed up with walk ins. At least the man behind the counter was absolutely miserable and wanted to be anywhere but there.

I paid $240 for a lifetime alignment. The car is worse than when I took it in. And they dumped some white stuff on the headlight I just cleaned.

I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for years because they usually do a good job and stand behind their products. Unfortunately, this particular location consistently falls short. The manager, Kayko Khavarian, doesn’t seem to monitor his employees effectively. On three separate occasions, my tires were not rotated despite being told they were. After the first mishap, I started marking my tires and taking photos as proof, which has confirmed my suspicions. It’s gotten to the point where I now check my oil level and filter immediately after every oil change—before even leaving the parking lot. There also appears to be a high turnover rate among employees, with the only constants being members of Kayko’s family. Is nepotism really happening in a company as large as Firestone? During my last oil change and tire rotation, Kayko’s response to my concerns was dismissive. He told me, “If you have a problem with this location, why don’t you go to another one?” He also suggested that next time, I should mention his name to ensure the job is done correctly. Shouldn’t that be the standard for every customer, not just those who complain? If you plan to visit this location, be prepared to double-check their work and take detailed photos to protect yourself. Someone from Firestone corporate needs to take a closer look at what’s going on here because this level of service is unacceptable.

Nothing but lies and excuses! Worst Automotive experience I've ever had. When I reached out to managment to get an answer, I was fed more excuses and lies. They depend on you not knowing anything about how automobiles work. Shame on you Firestone

Car was towed in for a flat tire. Store called and recommended 4 tires. They did not do an inspection on the vehicle and told me tire treads were 6/32nds in the front and 5/32nds in the rear. They did not chalk the tires and could not supply me with photos of the tires. On top of that when I first called I waited about 10 min to be helped and then was told they would have to call me back because they didn’t know what was going on. Not confidence inspiring at all and definitely not following Bridgestones 12 step procedure

Got a flat thanks to 3 screws and they were able to swap out the performance quality damaged tire in 40min with no appointment on a Monday afternoon. Amazing service and helpful over the phone with options.

I’ve brought my car here twice in the past 6 months and boy are these guys helpful. The first time I had a tire that had completely blown out on the highway and at 5:30 on a Saturday they were able to get me a new tire within a couple of hours. The second was for an oil change and to replace a tire with a nail in the side wall. Thorough service at a reasonable price, thank you guys for doing a good job.

The manager at this store was extremely helpful and handled many customers with many different needs at one time. Although folks were in line he was there manning the ship by himself and keep people moving and informed.

The staff was helpful, responsive, upfront about repair costs, and relatively quick even though they were very busy. I did not have appointment but walked in and was helped with my flat tire. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

To say the technicians here are incompetent is an understatement. The technician Amir messed up my wife’s car and asked my wife perverse questions when she was being shown her vehicle.

The South Asian guy provided prompt assistance and best customer service. Others need to learn. Overall, my experience was not bad, just some tiny little things I would say they need to understand we live in a world where people come from everywhere. They need to value and respect the cultures from all other places.

I went on To Firestone on Friday the 16th of this month to get an oil change They called me to recommend that I needed wipers and tires and I don't know what else and I told him that I had just bought the wipers anyway to make a long story short I drove to Houston that evening and my trucks engine light turned on I stopped opened the hood the the compartment where the air filter goes was left open these guys don't know what they're doing be careful If you go there they are not experienced in what they are doing so disappointed

My car was pulling harder after the alignment with them than before. I made an appointment to get it fixed and when I showed up they told me the wait would be 2.5 hours even though I had an appointment. The service advisor tried telling me the alignment itself takes 1.5 hours even though it took them 15 minutes last time.

This location tried charging me for a tire diagnostic even though I had warranty for all of my tires and then the employee looked at me crazy when I asked him why I’m being charged for a diagnostic so I went to the Kyle location instead, and they figured out what the problem was and fixed my tire all without charging me for a diagnostic
