After being involved in an incident and having two tires blown, my car was towed to Firestone at 4:20 pm on a Sunday, just 40 minutes before closing time. I initially assumed that my car would need to stay overnight. However, Katie went above and beyond to assist me. She immediately coordinated with one of their fastest technicians, Uriel, who quickly got to work replacing the tires on our minivan. I am incredibly grateful to both Katie and Uriel for their help during a stressful time, and I can honestly say this was the best customer service I've received in a while. Thank you both so much!

Had a flat on a Sunday afternoon, spare was flat too. Got the car towed to here. They were nothing but professional! Arrived about 3:30, got out of the door with the tire and spare repaired before 5! This is a gem in the Oak Hill area!!

The employees and managers might have changed through out the years, but the level of skill, quality, and southern hospitality has always resided. I wanted to share my personal experience with these hard-working guys and gals since I've taken many cars to thus location for the past ~30 years. The current store manager, Ray, knows how to conduct business. No BS, and doesn't waste your time. Their lifetime service plans and warranties are not gimmicks. They make it seemless when you need work done (been taking advantage of these services for decades). Usually takes 1 minute to schedule an appointment (call in the mornin). Longest wait on the phone to schedule an appointment was 3 mins while reading emails. I've had 1 issue/inquiry with them (out of 50+ visits), and all it took was a calm and honest discussion with the front desk. They'll work with you. Summary of work is always defined clearly at the defined price. They even called me before doing extra work if I wanted them to replace some relatively cheap parts while they were in the process of a bigger job. When times were hard, they even hooked me up with a discount and a credit card with no interest (for 6 or 12 months at the time). Long story short, if you're not happy, don't fake-smile and say "ok, thanks" and give a 1 star review as you're driving off. You're missing out an outstanding one stop shop (I've even see entire engines/transmissions being installed on a few occasions). I'm inclined to comment on some of the silly 1 star complaints I just read, because these good folk shouldn't be portrayed negatively due to refusal (possibly incapable) to communicate. 1) They’re NOT a drive-through oil change joint. This is a complete auto care shop that will check for parts that may/will need replacing while the oil is draining (for free). -People complaining about diagnostic fees: the lead Master Technician's diagnostic skills are worth way more than what you're paying. I use to be the guy to take advantage of these spot-on diagnostics and pay the kid down the street to do the work, but ended coming back to get the work done professionally with integrity and WARRANTY (factored into the total cost people bch about). 2) Waiting 10 mins to get ALL tires checked AND inflated for FREE (point already made but I'm inclined to proceed) is probably the product of technicians trying to come to a logical stopping point on their current work or you're probably one of those people I see just parked quietly behind a bay with your hands crossed assuming the techs can also read minds. That's not how it's done here in the states. Either go inside and ask the front desk (and probably complain because you need to wait for the person in front of you to finish paying), or be vocal and wait patiently for your FREE work. -If I have low air, it's either because it's getting cold or I have a real tire issue. Either way, I'd just take it in (after work if its mildly low) to get the wheels rotated/balanced (FREE bc I get tire warranty for all vehicles) and get an alignment check while I'm at it (also FREE if you buy the lifetime alignment). 3) Any shop can clear codes and send you away, but those codes came up for a reason. Most shops actually do that when they don't want to accept jobs with "low return." -I'd rather hear the worst-case scenario (already know best-case) so I can make an educated decision moving forward. There's no fear mongering, only facts and observations provided with pictures to prove it.

we had a last minute problem with my kiddos car and he needed to get it fixed to get back up to dallas to start his new job. These guys came through and knocked it out of the park, total life saver! Super happy with the service and they were very kind to get it all done, even offering to stay late if need be, but instead they finished a healthy amount of work well before close.

Bordering to a scam. Want to charge $150 for 30 seconds of work and a $10 housing for a licencplate light. I failed car inspection. Did exactly what they told me to do and they failed me again. Not a serious shop and extremely overpriced. Stay away!

2 hours for vehicle inspection, terrible customer service, car was left on start with windows lowered, inspection report left like a garbage paper in the car. Do not recommend.

Have been to this location a couple of times and they do good work. My one complaint has to do with their poor managing of scheduling. I had a 9am Sunday appointment and arrived early to be the first in line. I walked up to the first sign in (who was not completely logged into their computer), the 2nd & 3rd customers in line went to the next sign in kiosks (who were logged in) and completed their tickets before my agent completed mine. So those customers got their cars into the queue before me. I was also getting a complex service (oil change, rotation, alignment) while the other customers got simple oil change. There was only one technician which could do my larger job but was given one of the simple oil changes, so I had to wait for that oil change to be completed before my car was started 40 mins later. When I asked why my car was still out in the parking lot while other cars checked in after me were in (and done), I was told 1. It was because of the issue with the only one tech to be able to handle my service 2. Just because I had a 9am appointment doesn't mean I would be pulled in first This is poor management and customer support. The 2nd & 3rd customers' tickets should have been handed to the other techs which could handle simple oil changes and the one tech who could do mine should have been the last tech to be assigned a job from the first round of customers. As such, I had to push other appointments around for that morning ... Again, the location does good work and I would go to them again ~ I offer this comment in hopes they will look to improve their scheduling management.

I've brought several cars here over the years and would not trust my car to anyone else. AL and all the staff is super friendly and they never try to sell you something you don't need. It's nice to see a company put customers over profit. See you next time!

Was hoping to find a permanent auto place since I just moved in the area…this isn’t it. Told it would take “about an hour” for an oil change and inspection. Over 3 hours later I finally got my car back, had I been told the truth or had any communication that it would take that long I would’ve come back another time and not wasted my day. They tried to upsell me on my cars “deficiencies ” as well which just seems slimy, I will never step foot here nor any Firestone ever again, worst experience I’ve had in a long time. No wonder people don’t trust mechanic shops.
