**Firestone Review: A Frustrating Experience That Has Yet to Be Addressed** I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Firestone after a situation that has left me not only frustrated but also extremely disappointed in their lack of response, accountability, and customer service. After trusting them with my vehicle, I am now dealing with a situation that has cost me both time and money and, unfortunately, has yet to be resolved. It all started when I took my car to Firestone for an oil change, a routine maintenance task I believed was in good hands. The service seemed typical at first: I left the car with them, and when I returned, they assured me that the oil change had been completed. However, a few days later, I started noticing strange issues with my vehicle. I began smelling smoke coming from under the hood, which quickly escalated into a more concerning problem. It didn’t take long for me to realize that something was terribly wrong—and the first thing that came to mind was that the oil change had not been done as promised. Naturally, I reached out to Firestone. I contacted both the local store and their customer service, seeking a resolution to the issue. I thought it would be a simple fix: either they would correct the error and perform the oil change they had charged me for, or they would offer a refund or credit. To my dismay, neither of these options were made available to me. They were unresponsive to my calls, and when I finally did get in touch with a representative, I was met with vague promises and no clear timeline for resolution. Even worse, my father, who tried to assist with the situation by reaching out to Firestone on my behalf, was met with the same lack of communication. After multiple attempts to contact them over the course of several days, we received no meaningful follow-up, nor any acknowledgment of their failure to perform the service. This left us feeling not only ignored but also betrayed. The situation took a turn for the worse just before Thanksgiving, when my car began emitting more smoke. I realized that not only had the oil change not been done, but my vehicle was now at risk of more significant damage due to Firestone’s negligence. At that point, I was forced to take my car elsewhere, and of course, the costs associated with getting the issue addressed were significantly higher than the initial oil change would have been. It was a huge inconvenience during a busy time of year, and I couldn’t help but feel that Firestone’s lack of accountability had ruined what should have been a straightforward experience. What makes this whole ordeal even more frustrating is that, after all this time, Firestone has still not taken any steps to address the issue. They have neither offered a refund nor taken responsibility for their mistake. There has been no attempt to rectify the situation, which shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction or basic service standards. The fact that I had to discover this problem on my own, through the visible signs of damage to my car, is completely unacceptable. A simple oil change is one of the most basic services an auto shop can offer, and I expected Firestone to deliver on that promise. Instead, they not only failed to do the job properly but also ignored all attempts to resolve the issue in a reasonable manner. In conclusion, my experience with Firestone has been nothing short of disappointing. They have shown a lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and a complete failure to follow through on their commitments. I went to them expecting reliable service, and instead, I’ve been left with additional costs, time lost, and a vehicle that was not properly maintained. If you're considering using Firestone for your vehicle service needs, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. They have failed to provide basic accountability, and I’m left wondering how they could treat customers so poorly and still expect to retain any trust.

Terrible service, terrible customer support, and terrible pricing. They took more than three hours to change ONE tire (it was almost empty) and they would make additional charges and mistakenly change the pricing. If you can go somewhere else.

We took our car there today to have them check out the 12v power plug having no power. The manager there today got our car in quickly to check it out, suspecting a blown fuse. The team there fixed the priblem( replaced a fuse in less than one hour and and sent us on our way. This kind of service is hard to come by these days and the manager and team should be commended. We will definitely bring our car back here for service in the future. Thank you for the great service!!

Seeing several reviews warning women of overcharges. I came in for a brake pad replacement, was told that they would not complete service without replacing rotors (which I knew did not need to be replaced), gave me a laundry list of issues exceeding $1000. JP tried to get me to sign up for the credit card 3 times, I told him I would not be signing up after the 2nd try. On the 3rd attempt he very kindly let me in on the fact that he would also receive a $70 payment if I signed up and would enjoy a steak and potato dinner with the bonus. I was willing to overlook the fact that I waited 3 hours even though I made an appointment, was told it would only take an hour and there was only one other person in the waiting room with me, but the monetary incentive made me lose all trust in any service I received. If you are able to do some digging and go local I cannot recommend it enough, I found someone to complete the service I needed for $400 less than I was quoted here. The manager was welcoming when I arrived and the older lady I chatted with was sweet, everything else about my time there was awful.

0 Stars. Called ahead to make sure they have my tire. The guy on the phone who turned out to be the manager asked for my car and said they had the tire. Did not ask for the tire size even though I had it right in front of me. I then wait 1.5 hours only to have them come out and tell me they do not have that tire. Then the manager immediately tells me it's my fault and was extremely confrontational. Nobody should EVER go to this place. They are extremely slow and have horrible customer service. My family has been going to Firestone for decades and now none of us will be returning.

Can I leave half a star, no star at all. These guys took a millennium to patch my tire when there was just a staple through it. They told me it was non-repairable. I asked him to show me the tire so that I could indeed tell them that it was repairable which they should know from the start. Go to discount tire.

Horrible experience. Do not spend your hard working dollars at this horrible establishment. Horrible customer service, absolutely zero communication from the staff up front. Oh, don’t waste your time making an appointment because apparently walk-in’s are a priority over appointments and dropping your car off prior to the opening and your appointment - does not help. What is the point of an appointment then? I give this establishment a 0/5 stars.

I went in for a brake fluid exchange and they told me I needed front and back break pads and the rotors replaced and it was urgent and I shouldn’t even drive home 98% worn. Had breaks to go come out and I had 4mm left on front and 5 on back and the rotors do not need replaced. I feel taken advantage of and don’t appreciate them telling me they were so low I wa son danger to drive home. Never will I go back here.

My 2024 Tesla Model Y has a nail on the left rear tire. I made an appointment and dropped off my car at 11 AM, and was told that I can pick up my car at 3:30 PM. And when I called the store at 5:11 PM, they told me the tech is working on my car, and will update with me later. I called back again at 6:30 PM and was told the tech is inspecting my car will get back to me with estimate time later. They DIDN’T START FOR 7 HOURS. Finally after they inspected my car, they told me they would need one more day to fix it - after I dropped off my car for 8 hours. Attached is my tire, really simple to repair.

The salesman tried to get me to purchase new tires. My tires are 3 years old and have 10,000 miles on them. He refused to rotate them. When I went to the store no staff members were In the lobby. When someone showed up she was in more of a rush to get me out of the store and did not explain why I needed new tires.

Brought the vehicle in for free lifetime Alignment and an AC check. I declined the AC repair and they didn't do the Alignment even though they kept the vehicle 4 days longer. When they did my tires last time they didn't remember to balance them. When I went back after my first freeway experience they wanted me to get an alignment to balance the tires! This time skipped my main purpose for being there. I Don't need another fail to convince me they are at best case incompetent and worst case cheating me out of services I prepaid for.

Came in for an oil change, I had an appointment. My car sat in the parking lot for an hour and 15 after my appointment time. Then I added a state inspection I was told would add 10 minutes as they had already started my oil change. Then I waited 2 more hours for the oil change and inspection. In total it took 3 and a half hours for these two things. Wasted my entire day not having a car and was unreasonably expensive. Every time I asked for an update I was told it would be soon and wouldn’t be much longer. Awful service speed and overpriced.

Dan and his staff were extremely helpful! I called early in the morning asking for a specific tire and they didn't have it in stock but Dan quickly ordered it and it got there in a matter of hours. They installed it very quickly and were very nice throughout the whole process. I will be recommending this place to everyone in the future!

Son unos auténticos estafadores! Ladrones. Fui a pedir un cambio de aceite y me mancharon el coche entero, todas las alfombrillas, los asientos de cuero, el volante, todo sucio. Dejando de lado el estado lamentable en el que me dejaron el coche. Me querían cambiar las luces cuando las cambié una semana antes. Los neumáticos también, cuando no tienen ni 500 millas, son unos estafadores, intentan siempre meterte más cosas de las que necesita para llenar la factura, ahora estoy dudando que lo único que pedí si me lo hicieron bien.

They called the stuff "air" but so far so good!

Car drop-off at 10:30am for a straight forward oil change, and said I’d pick it up at 4pm. Came back at 4:15pm and it had not even been brought in yet. Obviously, very poorly run business. Took my keys and left as I really don’t want them touching my car.
