I have used this location for regular oil changes and tire rotations for 2 years. Easy appointment scheduling online, quick response time with appointment confirmation, easy drop off and pick up, and staff was pleasant. They also carry spline lock keys for those of you out there that have spline locks on your wheels.

When scheduling an appointment for service here the scheduled time you choose is actually a drop off time. Tried this several times only to get a call saying you drop it off and there is a 2 hour window for the service. Ridiculous for a 15 minute oil change. Going someplace else.

Manuel- the manager is easy going. I initially rated this location low due to several experiences but he took the time to chat with me regarding the challenges they are having and just like anyone else, hiring is difficult. Thanks again and much appreciated.

I was traveling across country in my campervan when my power steering went out. Pulled into Firestone and they made an appt for me for first thing the next day. The guys looked over my van, diagnosed the issue as a bad steering box and even though they didn't have the ability to repair it on site, referred me to another Firestone further east. The other Firestone fixed the steering gearbox box and I was on my way. Can't say enough about your crew. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great work guys!

0 stars if I could! Told me they couldn’t fix top off my oil because it was too low, I had a cooler leak, and engine issues. Come to find out, I had plenty of oil, the system just needed to be restarted to get rid of the oil change light. I have lifetime alignment and they didn’t even fully do the alignment correctly.

The team did a great job accommodating me on a Saturday & checked multiple tires for a leak. When they found none, they did not charge me, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended!

A dead battery on a Sunday afternoon could have been disastrous, but Firestone saved the day. After roadside assistance jumped my car I took it over to Firestone and Clay was so kind and helpful making sure they had my battery in stock and moving my car to the repair bay ASAP so I did not have to waste gas. Clay and the technician both had to stay after closing to finish the job for me which was really going above and beyond. I am truly grateful to them both. I will definitely be back again for service in the future.

Dropped my car off at 9:30am for 2 front tires. Got a call at 4:30pm saying they just looked at the car and couldn't change the tires because it has wheel-spacers on it. Thanks for wasting the entire day.

Blew out a tire due to pot hole damage yesterday and was able to get a donut on the car. I called Kush at Firestone today at 12PM and asked if would be able to replace all 4 and do an alignment ASAP. He checked if he had what I wanted in stock, in store and then asked me to bring the car in by 1PM with the promise to be done by EOD. I went in, he explained what would be done and cost. I got a call at 445PM with the car completed. The total ended up being $120 cheaper than I was told as well. He was so professional, came through on his promise, patience with my questions and alleviated a stressful situation for me in a few hours! Very grateful to Kush and the Firestone team in Belterra!

This has got to be the worst store in Dripping Springs. The employees are rude, could honestly not give a damn about the customer and have discussions with disgusting language within earshot of customers. Heard them call a customer fat. Yikes!! Heaven help you if S….. is the person that assists you.

The store manager, Kush is friendly and service oriented. He make sure that he addressed my concerns regarding my vehicle. The service is good. Synthetic oil is expensive compared to other stores.

Avoid this business!!! This company allowed me to book an appointment for my vehicle, asking me for my vehicle make and model, then took it in for the appointment, held it for over an hour and then called me to tell me that you didn’t have the tires in stock. They wasted two hours of my time for absolutely nothing. When they informed me that they could get the tires in the next day, I took it to the dealership where I purchased my Audi, who were able to replace all four tires the very next morning for the exact same cost. I will never bring a vehicle into your company ever again. Even worse, when I explained to them that they should have known, whether or not, the tires were in stock before they started my appointment, the individual said he tried to call me the night prior, which was a complete lie seeing as that I made the appointment same day.
