I took the company van I drive there because it was over heating I was told it had a blown head gasket they said they couldn't handle it and to go somewhere else. I did turns out it needed a radiator. NTB in Hutto took care of it There awesome and fast

BUYERS BEWARE! I went in to get my tire repaired because it had a nail in the center of it's tread. They tech damaged the tire when he was trying to remove the rim. After everything was said and done they offer me a 10% discount to replace the tire that they damaged. Predatory practices so that they can get a higher sale instead of a "free" repair since I had bought the tires from them.

Review: Disappointed with Overpriced and Overboard Recommendations I visited this Firestone shop last Sunday as a first-time customer, hoping for a straightforward diagnosis for my car’s overheating issue. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. After a brief look, they quoted me $1,800 for repairs, emphasizing that this was just to “start” with the fixes. This approach was troubling—they weren’t even confident this would solve the problem. Their recommended course of action included a radiator replacement, radiator hoses, coolant flush, and a new watergate actuator. While I understand that shops may lean toward thoroughness, this felt excessive and unnecessary. What frustrated me most was the glaring omission of the thermostat, the most likely and cost-effective culprit for an overheating car that isn’t actively losing coolant. Two other reputable shops confirmed that replacing the thermostat was the logical first step and never suggested radiator or hose replacement. It’s disappointing to feel like I was being upsold instead of receiving honest advice. While the staff was polite, the focus on expensive repairs without exploring simpler solutions felt like a red flag. I can’t recommend this Firestone location based on this experience. It pays to get a second opinion, and I’m glad I did. Btw did get car fixed at another shop with thermostat. Wastegate actuator was fixed as well. All for about 1/4 of the price quoted from here. At least they got the Actuator right! Rating 1/5

Scammers. Just went for a simple oil change. The car had no issues - Lexus ES350 After starting the car, the engine was making noise, the rep said belt tensioner, water pump leak and multiple other issues which were not there at all when the car was given to them. They said it’s a “COINCIDENCE” Handed an invoice for $1922 after a simple oil change. Please stay away from them Edit - Took my car to Lexus of lakeway and they mentioned there’s nothing wrong with my belt tensioner for which Firestone wanted to con me of 1099. They found grease on the belt, which was simply wiped off. Michael Blaine the service manager will be lying to you with a straight face. Please stay away from this place, they will intentionally mess up your car and try to con you.

Patrick and Deanna both were very professional and courteous. I explained what I needed to get done on my vehicle. When other deficiencies were found on my vehicle, Patrick expressed the importance of safety and they were able to repair my vehicle in a timely manner.

Called to see how much the alignment cost was told it was 189.99 for the lifetime and was charged 209.99 plus a $20 steering rest came out to 228, guy they the steering reset was for lane departure and stuff like that told him my car doesn’t have any of the safety features and he told me your car still needs it so it doesn’t wonder because the electric streering but it’s not a drive by wire

I had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon and needed to be back in the office by Monday morning. I was able to get a same-day appointment on the website. I was treated with smiles on the faces of pleasant employees on a hot Sunday afternoon. The work was done in a very timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I am very grateful to this crew for ensuring that 'car issues' didn't interfere with my work week at all!

I pulled in at 5:10 pm hoping to find an inspector still onsite. A gentleman in the service bay said they could take care of me, just to park and come inside. When I went in I told them I needed an inspection and they said they stop doing them at 5:00. I told them the young man outside told me to park and come in and Michael Blaine, the service manager, told me that if that’s what I was told then he’s going to make good on his (the technicians) word. Michael was so professional and polite and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I will definitely be coming back here! Wonderful customer service!

Terrible customer service at this location. From not keeping appointments, to telling you your car is done and it isn't. The final straw for me was the customer service rep being rude while trying to check my car in. Never coming back to this location.

Went for a car inspection and they cut my windshield wiper and told me my head light was out of place… of course I had to replace the wipers at this but took the car to another place up the street and asked what was wrong with my head lights and they said nothing and passed by inspection $18 waisted thank you

I came in thinking I would need to replace 2 tires. Last time I did that it wasn't cheap. I scheduled an appointment for the morning the night before and not only did they get me in and out in 30 min, they replaced one and identified no need to replace the other. Saved hundreds on that job alone and the timeliness of their service allowed me a full day to run my errands.

Called and they were available to fit me in right away to refill my a/c refrigerant. They found no leaks in the system and I was out of there in an hour. Very professional and I was glad it was done so quickly on a very hot Texas day.

I have changed the tires recently. I was expecting them to put the new tires on rear and old tires on front but unfortunately, they put the tires on front and didn't check the tire pressure on old tires. These things are small, and they can do it without expecting customer has to specifically tell them to do this.

Michael and his team were fast, efficient, and upfront regarding the associated costs. My batteries needed replacement on an immediate basis, and the team was able to yell me what was wrong with it right from the get-go. Knowledgeable and helpful! Would recommend!

My wife’s 2022 Honda needed a new splash guard and the dealership wanted about $400 to replace. Firestone ordered the part and installed for $180. However, a few days ago the splash guard was dragging again and when I checked it out I could see that Firestone uses zip ties to attach the one they “installed” and some of the zip ties broke, which is why it was dragging the ground. We dropped it off at the deal shop this morning and because of what Firestone didn’t do correctly, now there is even more damage and it’s going to cost almost $600 to fix it correctly. Luckily, I have the best credit card and I disputed the charge and have already been issued a permanent credit for the charge of $180 from Firestone. My advice, don’t take you care to this location for anything.

What a rude place! Dropped off the car in the morning 9:30 for inspection and they said they would get it done by 1. I call and remind them at 2 and they say they’ll get started but never do it. When I come to get my car at 5 it’s not done. If you won’t do it say so. Don’t waste someone’s time and top it off with rude comments.

Wish I could give less than 1 star rating, I went there for vehicle inspection, service is pathetic. They broke my wheel cover and didn’t even take responsibility. Said it was broken when I arrived but didn’t bothered me informing first. Didn’t even have courtesy to offer me to fix or find some solution to attach or remove it. I had to remove it myself and kept in trunk, manager came and said nothing, just mention it’s broken and can’t be fixed. Avoid it possible.
