It’s probably my fault at this point, but I’ve scheduled appointments, online and in-person, on three different occasions only to have an issue when i got there. Yesterday, Feb. 2nd, I scheduled an appointment for today at 2:30. I get there at 2:28, the door is locked, there’s a scribbled paper saying “out to lunch, be back at 3:30”, a guy sitting in the lobby area, and techs in the shop. I called the phone number and obviously no answer. I would have rather you called and asked to push my appointment back to another day, but that would have been too much.

Took my wife’s tire (i took it off at home) to repair or replace tire. I was called back later tire was ready (it was replaced). After I paid for it, I asked if a technician could install it on car for me (had spare on). He said all the techs were busy I took the tire and installed it myself in the parking lot. Whilst doing it, he came out and offered to get me a jack..i said no thank you.This is very poor customer service. I was there literally days earlier for similar situation and when I went back after tire installed on rim, the manager then had a tech install it for me . they were also busy but act took less than 10 minutes. I will advise myself next time. I had warranty on tires but if the warranty transfers to another store then I will no longer visit this store

I had two flat tires. Chris was kind enough to send me some photos of the places where the person slashed them. Unfortunately they didn't have my replacement tires. But he was kind enough to ensure that my car keys were turned over to another tire dealer in the area who could supply what I needed.

My Evolution MR. runs extremely well. The car is very expensive, but when I got it back. oil prints were on the door, the trunk, the hood and my fuse box under the dashboard was left opened. and A cable was hanging down from under the steering wheel....Not good for me, I don't like my cars dirty, because I take care of them.....help your customer and do the same. see you next visit, my car runs better, so much better.

The gentleman there were very kind, very thorough and got the job done quickly.! I was extremely happy and was able to continue on my day taking the girls on a trip to the aquarium. 😊

The front desk black man with the hoodie and dread hair was the rudest front desk as if he hated his job and talk with his throat and acting like an gangster . Does Firestone really getting down to this level in customer service and that guy do not fit to be in that position OMG Chris the previous front desk was amazing though !! 5885 Buford hwy I visited Jun 26 around 8:00 am

Complete idiots. Overfilled our transmission fluid and the truck was unusable. We had to scrap it for 1/8th of what we paid for the truck and had to get a new car. If I had the means I would sue. MORONS.

They got me in and out and staff was pleasant and friendly! I did go in the middle of the week, early morning, so there wasn’t too many folks in front of me. Their waiting area could be more tidy, however it’s convenient there’s a cafe/bakery next door to accommodate for the wait time.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! They put the wrong oil filter on my car and blew up my engine. They took no responsibility for putting on the wrong filter. They only care about the bottom line.

Don't come here. Save your time, there's plenty of competition on the same road. They'll turn down small small work by saying it's a 2 hour wait all while half the crew sits around. Being a fleet vehicle we are barred from plugging our own tires. Its a 5 minute job at max. So their lack of service is appalling. You can rest assured we are switching our fleet over to someone else.

I came for flat tire repair last year, and they damaged my wheels, no one at store wanted to take responsibility and I tried to contact customer service for help, no one said anything, the employee at this store told me that damaging the wheel was not a big deal during the work afterwards, they just want to get away with it, so never come to this store or this brand, they are very unprofessional, I am sure I am not the the last customer they lose

These people are dishonest! After I had a tire pressure sensor diagnosis done at toyota for my Toyota tacoma I decided to get them replaced at firestone because they were a little less pricey. When I arrived at firestone I met Jose, who was very rude and annoyed that I did not want another diagnosis done but instead just wanted to replace the two bad sensors that toyota diagnosed. Toyota said Sensor ID 1 and sensor ID 2 need to be replaced, when I told Jose that he immediatly said, "Well tell me which tires that are" instead using the sensor reader to find out he made me call toyota. Toyota had me on hold for a long time, so long that eventually Jose told me he would only charge me $10 to find out which sensors were ID 1 and ID 2, and since I was in a hurry I agreed to have him check. it only took him 30 seconds to find out that it was the front two tires, but suprisingly he also said that I needed a third sensor replaced. According to Jose the spare tire sensor needed to be replaced as well. I became suspicious because I just came from Toyota and they said it only needed two sensors replaced. And when I asked him to scan the spare tire sensor again so that I can see it, he started making all kind of excuses. I decided to pay the $10 and take my car to "The Discounters" who were very professional and checked the sensors again (free of charge) and just like toyota confirmed that the truck only needs two sensors replaced. I will never go to firestone again and I highly recommend that you don't either!

This company has workers that don’t complete proper inspections or services. I came in for an oil change which includes a 19 point inspection with the service (checking for fluids, leaks, etc.) but they NEVER did the full inspection. I even mentioned the inspection to the worker since there was a weird sound coming from my car. When I left Firestones my car was still making that weird sound even though I was told everything was good followed by a confirmation email. I had someone else take a look at my car and found out the noise is because my car was extremely low on steering fluid along with other fluids that’s included in Firestone’s inspection. I’m disappointed that the workers didn’t even bother to do the complete inspection which could’ve resulted in a dangerous situation. Negligent company

Went to get my work truck serviced needed a headlight as soon as I got inside the facility there was nobody to assist me so I waited at least 30 minutes to an hour for them to tell me that I would have to drop my car off because it will take over an hour to change 1 headlight. I left dis not use this business
