Always upfront and reasonable about pricing. Had some work done on my daughter’s car and noted an unrelated issue w/ the lights after returning home. I called and Jeff scheduled her back the following day. They worked on the lights and corrected the issue at no charge to us. It makes me happy that she can return to college in an improved and much safer vehicle. Firehouse Auto is top-notch!

I have tried to bring my vehicle there twice due to the convince of the shop being very close to home. Both times I went, whomever was behind the counter recommended that I go somewhere else, both times. One visit was a tire issue, another was an exhaust issue and both times "go somewhere else" What do these guys work on there? I know for sure it will not be any of my vehicles or my family's vehicles. Y'all lost the business before even having it. Head scratching.

Jeff and his crew was fantastic! My friend Steve Gress recommended Firehouse Auto Care & Tire. I needed new brakes, suspension parts, inspection and tire rotation and balance for my GMC Sierra 2500. They were so fast and the price was great. If you have a heavy duty pickup truck, you know nothing is cheap. Jeff took the time to talk through the options for me and select the right parts for the job. I will definitely go back for all my car maintenance needs.

Dave doesn’t listen on the phone and wanted me to pay a second diagnostic fee after paying $160 at a dealership to find out what the problem was. Apparently, he resets oil change maintenance lights different than the dealership and two different auto repair places (it’s actually an engine maintenance light which is diff). When you call in you just want a quote, be prepared for Dave to tell you what you REALLY need - which is absolutely to go somewhere else. I remember why I stopped going there. 🤣

Such a sorry place to go went to get my vehicle inspection and had a hidden fee for my tint I have never had a problem with it will NEVER go back there this is why I will always go to two fingers automotive where they are truly honest people but being in a bind cost me more than it really should have

An honest mechanic is hard to find! I came in with a misfiring issue on my moms car. I was sure that it was spark plugs or ignition coils, so I brought both of them with me. After an investigation, they informed me that a mouse had chewed some wires, and that they had repaired them. They could have changed my plugs and coils, and put another $400 in their pocket for the labor, but they were honest and I was able to get hundreds of dollars back for the parts I did not need!

First place I've been to where I didn't feel I was being ripped off. I went to Hall Honda on Statesville road, who gave me a quote for a bunch of work and I felt it was an extremely expensive quote. So I got a second opinion from Firehouse. They told me Hall Honda totally misdiagnosed the starting issue I had and quoted me 4x less in labor charges to fix properly. WOW. I was so happy I actually left the service tech a tip which I've never done before in my life! Great honest mechanic with 35 years knowledge that was BETTER than an official Honda dealership.

Great place for inspections. They can generally fit you in if you get there early although can get busy near the end of the month. Last time I got one I had barely sat down in their waiting room and they were already finished. I'm not sure how they are for other services but will be giving them a try sometime soon

Have used Dave and the guys for about 5 years for our two old cars - so a lot of work done. The two most important things you can know is that they do good work, and you can trust them. Never have to go back after repair. The work is done right. And maybe most importantly, you can trust them. I have had to take both cars into the dealership for warranty repair and they have told me it needed a bunch of other repairs. When I brought the cars and those repair estimates into Firehouse, they laughed at it. Maybe one of six things the dealership pointed out needed to be done. Usually, no work was needed. These guys will take care of your car, only do what needs to be done, and tell you the truth. Absolutely recommend.

Omg this was my second time I have gone there! All I needed was an inspection and an oil change and I wasn’t sure about the oil change because I hardly use my car anymore, anyway one of the workers that was servicing my car “Steven” came in to tell me I had a nest of bees in my side mirror and he sprayed them and cleaned out the nest, then said my oil was cleaned but if I still wanted it changed he would! Talk about honesty well I really appreciated that and all he did, great guy! I’ll continue to take my car there now! Thanks to Steven, he’s a keeper!

Always been good to deal with. My go-to place. Fair dealings. Didn’t charge me once when the issue couldn’t be replicated by them. Have had (over time on different vehicles) power steering pumps, brakes, ac, and oil leaks diagnosed and fixed.

I have brought my vehicle into this shop several times. These guys know what they are doing. They will tell you honestly what is wrong with you're vehicle. They will also give you a fair competitive price for the repairs. I drive a 2013 Mazda 3 and trust them over all others.

I've used FireHouse for years, little problems here and there but never anything to bat an eye at. It was always incredibly convenient to drop it off and walk to work, but recently I've had a string of escalating issues. Two oil changes ago they did not replace the oil filler cap, I noticed when going to check my levels a month after since she burns a little oil and had to purchase a new one. After the next oil change months later I noticed oil on the floor of my when backing out the day after, the oil filter wasn't even hand tight! No oil on the dip stick, but it seemed to still have enough oil to not cause an issue with the engine. A few weeks ago I take it in for an inspection, with the cold weather I've noticed my battery straining so I ask them to also replace the battery. Unfortunately even knowing that replacing the battery just before inspection can cause it to fail, they replaced the battery causing it to not pass. It is now three weeks later and I've driven over 250 miles and ran it wide open on the interstate and it is still hasn't passed two more times. Sometimes convenience isn't worth it, I bid you farewell FireHouse Auto.

My fiancé took his truck here to be worked on. Not only did they not fix the issue but they also messed something up on the front left tire and the hood is now unaligned. When we went back to ask about the tire/hood they basically laughed in our face. $645 later and they didn't fix our issue and made things worse. Not to mention they had the tuck for four days.

Very cocky not wanting to help at all. I had to make calls to find the part I needed. Oh yes, that part was a battery terminal. I would not recommend them.

We were traveling through from Ohio to Florida and our brake light came in. They got us in immediately for an inspection and allowed our whole family, dog included, to wait in their waiting room while they helped us. They were kind and honest. I cannot recommend them enough.
