Very good service and good people to talk to the only thing that upset me was after they already had my truck in the shop they called two days later saying they had put the wrong part on the quote and forgot to add the alignment so with the correct part and alignment it bumped up my price $1500. I understand mistakes happen but as a business owner my customers would never accept that.

We asked Firebird to upgrade 3 components on our RV: a sway bar, rear shocks and rear springs. I am not a mechanic, but the work seems to have been done. Looking underneath I don't see anything loose and the RV drives well. One of the Timbren springs is bulging to the right a little but I don't know if that is good or bad. Some other things though.... One tire went flat on the drive home because the valve cap had been loosened... and the propane is not flowing now. The tank has 71%. I have not figured that one out yet... Firebird may have turned it off to work on the suspension but if they did I can't figure out how to turn it back on. However the propane was flowing before the mechanical work since I run the propane generator for 30 minutes each month. update on 2025/02/04 the timbren spring that is bulging, the people at timbren looked at the picture and think the mounting area is not sitting level. this means I have to have more work done on that spring.

Easy to set up an appointment, got in at the appointed time, got my work done and was on my way. Friendly folks, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable. Plus a taco truck showed up and I was able to get lunch!

Second time working with Firebird. Last year for new steering tires and tag tires, new shocks and alignment on our 2018 Dutch Star coach. Just had 4 new drive tires. They do a great job including reinstalling my TST TPMS monitors. They kept right to their estimated repair time too. Came up from Tucson just to use Firebird's services!

Firebird Staff were all polite and great to work with and solved the problem of leaking Borg stems that had been a problem on our RV since they were improperly installed elsewhere. Their service rates were fair too. We couldnāt be happier! Thanks so much!

Driving up to the place, it doesn't look like much, kind of rundown. But more important, they get things done. I had the rear duallies replaced on my diesel pusher motorhome. Done in about an hour. Then went to alignment, done in a specialized bay. I had a right pull & cocked steering wheel. This took some time but they had to take it back into another bay for some repair, then back to alignment bay for final check. They just didn't leave it as 'good enough'. It's fixed. They have a lobby with coffee & drink vending, overstuffed couches & big screen TV while you wait.

Firebird Tire invited me in for same day service! They did what they promised and I'm extremely satisfied!!! i needed my RV rear dully inner valve stems changed - - that's all. Surprisingly, a few of the places I attempted to schedule with did not return calls, or even hung up after placing me on hold. Not FIREBIRD. They answered the phone, told me that could get me in that day and I made an appointment for the next day. Then my schedule changed. I called them back. They answered the phone again! That's amazing by itself. Anyway, I drove in, turned over my keys, waited and then paid and left. Just like a fine Swiss watch! Go there for your RV tire needs. I recommend them!

I am totally impressed by Firebird tire. I needed to front tires and an alignment. Initially they couldnāt fit me into the schedule so I scheduled the new tires. Later that morning they had a cancellation, called me, and I was in. The did a great job at a reasonable price. Thank you!!!
