Total Rip-Off. I had an awful experience with Fire Tire Supply and Auto Repair. I went in needing one tire replaced and got forced into buying two. Turns out the tires are made the second week of 2004 (20 years old!!) It didn’t take long for one of those ancient tires to develop a dangerous bubble on the inside. Thankfully, I had kept the spare tire they originally took off my vehicle and was able to find a place nearby to get that one replaced. But not even 200 miles later, the second tire blew out leaving me stranded on the side of the road. I had to pay $300 to get a new tire and get moving again. When I went back to Fire Tire Supply and Auto Repair to get a refund, they straight-up denied selling me bad tires. Told me they keep inventory of all their tires and would never sell a tire that old, meanwhile i’m sitting on the side of the road. So they wanted proof, and all I had were pictures of the blown-out tires on the side of the road. My rim is scratched and they won’t cover the fees for somebody to drive out to me and replace the tire. Instead of making things right, they want me to sign a defamation of character contract before they'd even consider a refund. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Find somewhere else that won't rip you off and leave you stranded. P.S. I went to Discount Tire after to make sure that everything was fine, they told me that whoever balanced my tires are idiots. (6oz of weights on each tire). EDIT: Replying to their Comment. They offered to pay back $60 of the $140 I spent on these garbage tires. Why would the agree to pay the $300+ I spent on roadside assistance if they can’t refund me what they’re responsible for. Not once did they mention that I should be on new tires. They said their tires would work and tricked me into coming over to purchase 2 when I only needed one. So where this “upfront and honest” is coming from is all lies. Do not use this company.

Had a fabulous experience here. Prices are great and the service is even better. Highly recommend coming here if you’re having any kind of car troubles, you’ll be greeted with great customer service and professionalism.

These guys are amazing! We needed new tires mounted and balanced and they were able to get us in right away. They were very professional, friendly and affordable. We will definitely be using Fire Tire and Accessories for future needs and will recommend to all family, friends and acquaintances!

Don't go. Waste of time. When they don't want to work on your car they will tell that their Jack is broke. Waited over 1 hour.

My son needed his AC fixed today, especially since it was 115°. Fire Tire was the only mechanic able to do the job. They’re awesome and know how to serve their customers at more than fair prices. Even gave us some tips. This is the type of mechanic to trust and not one that is looking to swindle you. Very respectful and even offer Spanish services!! 10/10 recommend.

My tire went flat last night I called them even before they opened they answered and responded extremely quickly i so great full I found these angles and they came to my rescue definitely would recommend them to everyone and definitely are hard workers I will be going to them for now on about my vehicle amazing people and care about there customers

Thank God I found this auto shop moved from Chicago and didn't know anyone down here and ran across this shop. They were honest and real which is rare in this industry but the were quick with fixing my vehicle and beyond accommodating and gave me the best price around town. Thank you all for your services and most importantly for being honest real and genuine humans. I will definitely be back with any issue that arises.
