I had a fantastic experience at Finsanto! Armando provided wonderful service and made the whole process feel more personable than just another business transaction. They truly make you feel at home. Last year, I won a free 4-wheel alignment from one of their spin-the-wheel events, and I was a little nervous about redeeming it after so much time had passed. But Armando happily honored it without hesitation, making the experience completely comfortable rather than feeling like I was asking for a favor. I also love the small touches, like offering free drinks while you wait—it’s rare to see a business go that extra mile for customers. I’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend Finsanto to anyone needing car service!

Armando, Nick and every other employee that was in the office area welcomed me and my children by offering us complimentary drinks and answering all of the many questions I had, even if they were on the phone or multitasking. They also gave my children paper and pens to draw while we waited. I showed up an hour after the agreed upon time due to poor planning on my part, so I arrived at 5pm with the assurance that my maintenance would be done by 6pm closing time. To my surprise, they completed EVERYTHING and checked me out within 35min. I'm highly impressed and will continue to bring my vehicles to Finsanto for as long as I'm living in Texas. The way they inform & educate you on vehicle maintenance and don't push you to pay for something that isn't absolutely necessary is by far my favorite part about doing business with them. Aside from the impressive turnaround time, of course!

Got my 23 year old car back from Finsanto today! Fair price, fast, and they always give my old car a look over and warn me about any possible issues. Second time I’ve been and I will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.

Well, I really felt welcome since the minute I walked in, and the best price for alignment is what made the difference for me to stay and get the work my car needed. Very friendly and personable staff. They provided concierge service for us both ways and made sure we were well accommodated. They are honest, upfront about costs and they make sure that we know what the car needs. We got the car back quickly and it is working great! We will always be sure to use this shop! All the benefits of using a large automotive repair chain but the friendliness and service you would expect from someone local. I hit too many potholes, thank you San antonio, and my tire popped right in front of Finsanto. Of course I was on my way somewhere and in a pretty big hurry so I limped my car into their lot and marched into the office. I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. Now there are some mechanics, talented mechanics with very good prices, but you often have to stand in a dirty and cluttered room and wait 10 to 15 minutes for them to come to you and grumpully tell you that they guess they can help you out, so this is a stark contrast to those types of shops. I explained my situation to the friendly gentleman at the counter and he got to work right away to help me out, since I mentioned I was heading to my kids school which was up the road and I didn't want to be late for their recital he even offered to assist in putting on the spare tire or having someone give me a ride up the road really quick so I wouldn't miss anything. I didn't need to take advantage of these offers but it was very thoughtful and generous for them to even consider those kinds of concessions on a whim like that. I got an oil change and a new tire put on and I did need to use their loaner car briefly, and that would be the extent of my experience so far with the shop but I can tell you that you will likely get what you pay for from them. What I mean by that is you may pay More by the hour for the service that they are offering then some other places, not a large amount more but a small amount more and you may find that it is very much worth that price because of the customer service that you will receive. The waiting room is clean and climate controlled with free Wi-Fi and drinks, they offer things like a loaner vehicle for what appeared to be an extremely reasonable rate ( I was not actually charged when I used it), and the the shop is available over text message or phone whenever you need to get a hold of them when they're open. Again, there's some really talented mechanics in the city who charge excellent prices, but they do not text you and they might not even call you for a couple days when your vehicle is ready for whatever reason, so you may pay a small percentage more by using this shop but you really will be getting what you pay for. If you want excellent customer service and great communication this would be the best mechanic I could recommend in San Antonio.

Family-owned business... treats every customer with respect. What impressed me the most, is that they REALLY DO stick to all appointments made and give you the true attention needed. They give a comprehensive digital explanation of what is needed for your car so you know EXACTLY what you're paying for. Thumbs up for the Finsanto team!! They keep my car running smoothly!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They kept my car for almost 2 weeks with no update, and when they finally got around to “fixing” it, they caused damage to my fuel tank which caused massive fuel leak, which they still released to me, claiming it was preexisting damage, and offered to fix for an additional $3000. When I called to complain on Friday, I was told the owner would call me back Monday, and I was hung up on, though the day is still not done as of writing this. They will run your bill up and hold your car hostage. They are still holding my car as we speak

If you like to be without your car for a week and a half (pending longer) get job after job done only to be told the issue was bigger than they expected in the end as your bill went from 800 to 1300 to 1950 to 2035 final on the phone with the owner after some discounts for the total unprofessionalism and end up paying 2300 because you’re feeling absolutely defeated since you’re out 2300 and nothing has changed in your car issues and your absolute done wasting your breath on asking for further explanation from these people that just like to play the guessing game on what it could be, don’t risk the mental anguish and save your money and go elsewhere. The “final” issue that was bigger than expected was going to be an additional 2000 job itself. Oh and don’t let me forget to mention we take it home straight from the shop not even a 15 minute drive and an half an hour later on the driveway the car is actively leaking gas constantly. We took it in for having issues pumping gas and left with it leaking gas when that has never been an issue EVER because the car is always garage parked and in what world would someone not notice the intense gas smell. Paid 2300 for nothing fixed and more issues.

Finsanto and automotive technician, Ray, took good care of my 2015 VW Passat, TDI SEL Premium, today. Ray diagnosed that the alternator was weak and not charging properly. A couple of hours later a new alternator was charging the battery and the Passat was running smoothly. The staff in the front office were friendly, polite, and professional. The price I paid was fair given the diagnosis and repairs done. I’ll definitely take my automotive needs back to Finsanto and recommend them to my family, friends, and colleagues.

I never like going to a mechanic because it means I have car issues. The thing that makes it better is the staff at Finsanto. They are courteous and seem to really care about their customers. Mando especially was great to work with, he is friendly and goes bat for his customers when dealing with difficult warranty companies. Thank you for all you do!!!

I originally took my vehicle to the dealership because I wanted the work to be done right. I ended up regretting it and spent way more than I should have, only to be treated like my business was not important to them. They (Ancira Dodge ih10) did not do the job right, hardly communicated with me, and lied to me. I decided to pull my vehicle from them and took it to Finsanto. Glad I did. Great customer service, they showed me that my business was important to them and treated me like a valued customer. They were patient with me and assisted me as I was dealing with some insurance issues. They did great work on my vehicle. Stephen C.was my service manager and he communicated well with me regarding parts and repairs. He made sure I was satisfied with the work they did before I left. They gave me a 3 year warranty on the work they did. (Can't beat that!) I will be a returning customer for all my maintenance needs. Thanks Finsanto!

I’m a returning customer. As a female I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of when taking my vehicle to the dealership. Tuesday night an ominous looking light came on my dash-especially after googling. Don’t do that fyi 😂. I had it to Finsanto early the next morning. With hope and prayers this was repairable because this car is my job. My car needed many repairs and this was a BIG job on their hands. I was sent photos with explanations of what was broken/failing and why repair was needed. And what could wait for near future repairs. I was walked through this process step by step by Robert and shuttled home as well. I received my vehicle back on Friday as it was hand delivered to my home. I’m in awe the repairs were done so quickly and I was kept informed continuously. To the front office staff, the technicians and Robert, thank you for your kindness and expertise. I’m truly blessed by you all. For now my G37 lives on!

Very friendly experience, was even hooked up with a ride to get me where I needed to be while they worked on my truck. They were very straightforward and helpful in answering questions on concerns of what was needed for my vehicle. Even continued after they finished when I was unsure of something. And for all the ac stuff they had to replace, they finished quickly and efficiently as far as I’m concerned. (Was done in three days, they needed a part, overall though good experience)
