Needed my tire and axle replaced from being ran off the road, paid $4300 for it and now my screen won’t come on whatsoever. Nothings ever been wrong with my car, mind you it only has 50k miles on it and this was the first issue which was NOTHING electrical, to try and charge me another $620 for something THEY messed up? And they used up all my gas I had in the car before I dropped it off, which was half a tank. Find somewhere better to go.

I needed a problem fixed right away. I left my car for 5 hours or better. I have no problem with the work, they did great. I had a problem with the 200 an hour for labor. I may be wrong though, is this normal billing.

well, these guys are my hero they have taken care of my GMC Yukon and stood behind it. They have treated me like family. Every person in there is fantastic. The owner son the gentleman behind the counter. He’s very bright and smart and the daughter and the Tex. I cannot Express my gratitude enough for this place It is the best. You will not regret taking your ride there.

Estoy muy disgustada por el servicio de estas personas me vendieron un carro que no le sirve la transmision, en la primera semana que la compre se los hice saber y me dijeron que lo llevara que cualquier cosa me lo arreglarian y esto paso en Mayo y ahorita es octubre y no me han solucinado nada he llevado mi carro muchas veces y me lo han entregado igual y todavia me cobraron por partes que segun ellos le pusieron y el carro sigue igual,al final he llegado a pensar que lo mio es perdida material pero ojala que ellos no les pase algo mas por que no se vale abusar de los demas.

Love this place! I purchased a new vehicle and came to finish line to fix my rotors they did a good job and where flexible with the hours I needed it done by. I also came back to use them for a incident that happened to the front bumper and head light of my vehicle that was damaged they fixed it up in a week and even detailed my car and the work they didnt even look like it was damaged they did such a good job. Martin and Rita also Tomas are wonderful people they make you feel like you're apart of the family they work with you and stay on top of things and get the job done I will recommend this place to anyone in need!

Muy mal trabajo de parte de esta empresa lleve mi carro mi honda Civic y pague 3,500$ por repararlo de atrás y me entregaron el carro después de 2 meses cuando me dijieron que estaría en 2 semanas y lo peor de todo es que en el último momento me querían cobrar por tener ellos el carro y muy mal trabajo hicieron la pintura no cuadra las líneas no quedaron alineadas muy mal amigos no les recomiendo este lugar

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I hate writing bad reviews so I held off and tried to give these guys time to make it right but they just kept digging a hole. bought a lemon on 5/31/24, called the next morning, and told them and they quickly agreed to fix the issues and replace the transmission for $650, not a bad price but they sold me a nonworking vehicle that they promised had no mechanical issues and I have all the messages to prove it so they had no choice or they would just lose in court and they knew it 100%. they were also supposed to fix the A/C which they said they did twice and still doesn't work. they put bandaids on sharkbites and lie about what they replace. The owner Martine and his wife are rude, they wouldn't honor the warranty the salesman Tomas promised me when purchasing the vehicle!! my lesson GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, READ THE FINE PRINT, AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FINISHLINE AUTOMOTIVE! lol the owner said he welcomes bad reviews when I mentioned I would write one if they didn't follow through with what they promised. well here it is Martine I have recorded phone calls and videos so they can't say I'm not a customer like they do other bad reviews BEWARE!

Took my car here on a whim on a Saturday. Knew nothing about them. They gave me a quote, went to a different place. Quote was much higher but they also confirmed the issues Finishline stated. Chose Finishline and very happy I did. Vehicle has been running great, feels brand new. Will definitely come back if any other issues. Customer service was great as well!
