I had the unfortunate experience of being in a car wreck recently. From the moment I called into the Fine Line they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. They walked me through the entire repair process, worked with insurance and kept me updated every step of the way. My wreck occurred near their facility and they even walked out to my car and assessed the damage to see if we could get it safely to their shop without the need for a tow. I highly recommend them to anyone needing such assistance. My car looks brand new.

Had a great experience. Good communication. Time frame was honored. Work was high quality. I did not give it a five star rating because they do not accept credit cards and make you go to the bank to get a cashiers check - which was not convienent.

Fantastic staff and quality of work. Ben and Misty went above and beyond during the process, answering questions and getting everything squared away from insurance to tires and everything in-between. Sucks the car had to be there in the first place, but you would never know its been in an accident now. If you are looking for a body shop, I highly recommend!

Stay away from these shops. The customer service started off great, Though once I dropped off my vehicle there were absolutely no updates. They then turned in a supplement and let 6 business days go by with out calling to tell me that Geico was dragging their feet. I then called my insurance to put pressure on them and it was handled with in a couple of hours. Really the shop could have done this step to get it approved. Finally once the supplement was approved they completed the work. Then they informed me they will not release the truck to me until they actually have the insurance supplement check in hand. This is something they should tell you up front so you can work with your insurance company to pay you directly. Supposedly there was policy change the day my truck got done. The whole experience with FIne Line once they had possession of my truck has been absolutely terrible. I went to them because usually bigger shops are better with the insurance process. Apparently not with Fine Line. I will never take my vehicles here in the future.

I had a small repair needing done on my Subaru's plastic molding. Everyone at Fine Line was so friendly, welcoming, and efficient- from providing a quote to service. Seeing how busy they were upon my first visit, I thought that there would be a long wait to get in, but that was absolutely not the case. And after seeing how helpful and courteous everyone was there, it's no wonder that they are busy! The price was fair, and I was in and out in about an hour for the repair itself. Ontop of that, the time flew by because associate Misty was a pleasure to talk to while I waited. All in all, a great experience! Would highly recommend Fine Line on Bethel to anyone needing car body repair! Thank you guys again for getting my car fixed on Christmas eve!

I have an older vehicle and was worried about the availability of parts and matching the paint. Not only did they complete the work in a timely manner but it was also done at the highest level of quality and professionalism. The whole experience was awesome!! Ben was extremely helpful and professional. He was able to help me work through the salvage/insurance scenario which gave me greater confidence. The whole office team was extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations!! I would not take my car anywhere else. First class job....the car looks fantastic!!

Wow! Tony is fantastic and provided incredible service. We had a minor repair and he was able to provide an estimate on Friday afternoon, order the parts and have our car repaired on Tuesday! The price was fair and everyone at Fineline was friendly and helpful!

Worst place in my opinion to get your car fixed. My car has come back with more issues than what I previously had before I took it in to them to repair damage from it being stolen. Paint job was mediocre and I have mechanical issues that even with warranty I choose not to take back them.

My neighbor's trampoline hit my car and broke the side mirror of my car off. I'm so glad I went here to get it fixed. Everyone was extremely friendly, supportive, professional, and informative. And they fixed my car so fast! The price was very reasonable; better than expected. 10/10 would recommend.

The actual body work done on my car was fine - but the body shop lost my OEM keyfob, contracted out a replacement for a key fob that was not OEM which performed poorly and then refused to compensate the price difference to the contractor. I understand if the contractors product doesn't perform to expectations but none of this would have happened had Fine Line not lost my keys in the first place.

Went and got a body kit put on the staff was amazing but special shout out to the manger ben he calmed all my worries that I was dealing with from a previous shop that didn't feel confident in the job , very happy with my end result and I highly recommend this shop for any type of body work needs!
