My daughter's car had an issue with the radiator to transmission fittings and Figure Automotive was able to work with us to get the issue resolved. Jacob was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us thoroughly. We are very impressed with the company and should the issue arise, my daughter has a shop she can take her car to.

We were from out of town and needed some car advice. Nick was honest about what we needed to do and not do and was very knowledgeable. If we lived in Huntsville, this would definitely be our auto repair shop!

Amazing prompt service, for an extremely reasonable price! Had my brakes fixed within a day and was impressed by the polite service from Jacob! Edit: I had another issues with my car and they were very honest about the situation, as well as very gracious for allowing me to leave my car in their lot for a few days! Highly recommended this business!

As a student that came from outside Huntsville, I highly recommend Figure. They can get a bit busy sometimes, so I suggest to call before hand to see if they can fit you in that same day. They always give me a detailed overview of problems they find and how they went about fixing them. They offer fair (if not great) pricing, and they do their best to provide a great service for the community.

Best auto shop in town. They did an amazing job on my suspension, tie rods, control arms. My car drives sooo smooth. They are extremely knowledgeable and will give you the best price. Highly recommend!

Couldn't help with a PT Cruiser. My father and myself both called 💯 Im sure we didn't speak to an owner. It needed a water pump and timing chain. They were very nice 🤷🏻‍♂️

These guys solved a minor issue with my BMW that a major dealership in town failed at solving. The major dealership said I would have to take it to a BMW dealership and have them work on it because it would require more extensive and costly work. I talked to Nick at Figure Automotive and he said that he could fix it and and he did without needing any extensive costly repairs. He assured the job was done right without any short cuts. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

Great people and great service! Cannot recommend Figure automotive enough. They fit us into their busy schedule and kept us updated the whole way through. Brakes feel brand new! And they've hands down got the best prices in town. I will definitely be making Figure Automtive my regular mechanics for any future car troubles.

I had two separate cars there for brake problems in a short period of time. For the first, they determined the problem was much simpler than I thought it was, and got me on the road quickly and for much less than I had been expecting it to cost. The repairs on the second took longer than expected, but largely because they were having to sort out what had been done incorrectly by the prior garage (in my hometown) and an incorrect part had been rigged well enough to get me down the road. When they were done though, the brake system was solid and performing as expected.

My sons truck overheated traveling through Huntsville Texas. Nicholas and his team went above and beyond to get him back up and running the next day. They are honest, reasonably priced and do incredible work. I am considering driving from Austin TX for any automotive service that we may need. I highly recommend them!
