Stopped by today because I was unable to take my old license plate off due to a stripped screw that I couldn’t remove. A very nice and helpful worker helped me remove this screw so that I could put my new plates on. Would definitely come back!

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee threw a check engine light - after having a parts store do a code check, it looked like the thermostat...Was referred to Figs by a friend who started going after a long-term mechanic moved over there...short story - Figs did the diagnostic and thermostat replacement for a very fair price. So far so good, but I think I've found my new mechanic shop!

I recently needed my brakes replaced, and they got me in the very next day, and the entire process was incredibly efficient. The team was professional and easy to work with. I especially appreciated their online system, which allowed me to see detailed photos of the issues with my car as they updated my account. It made everything so transparent and stress-free. Overall, the service was top-notch—I highly recommend them

I took my car in a few weeks ago for some engine maintenance, and I was unsure of where to go since I was somewhat new to Charlotte. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by Greg and his staff, who were very professional and ensured that my vehicle would be taken care of. The staff members I experienced in the front office were very personable, easy going, and knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease. I would recommend Fig’s Auto Repair to anyone!

Had my wife's Infiniti here for repair for the last 2 months because it wasn't accelerating properly. When I dropped it off, I noticed that the shop and waiting area were very clean and organized. It's been a frustrating several months being down a car and having the additional expense of renting a vehicle. These guys were picking up these pieces of another shop's poor work. They left no stone unturned in trying to figure out what was wrong and ultimately were able to fix the problem. It was an expensive repair still, but they helped me in getting a warranty exchange on a catalytic converter, which reduced the overall costs. They have good communication, and in times when I expressed frustration/dissatisfaction, they showed professionalism and respectfulness. I got my car back today, and it is running well again. This shop is definitely top tier, on par with a dealership experience, though not as expensive. I appreciate the hard work you all did. Thanks again.

I've been bringing my cars here for the last 5 years. When I owned a BMW, this place saved me at least 5-10k in repairs and every repair they made, they stood behind. I send all of my friends here and can't recommend them enough. Now that I have a Toyota, I take it to them as well.

While working away from home here but occasionally making the long trips back home, I got to noticing a familiar cyclical grinding sound that seemed to be coming from the right rear. On more than one occasion over the last 230,000 miles in my old “ride or die” 2008 Subaru Legacy, I had heard that noise on different wheel bearings and hub assemblies and it was slowly getting louder. So I looked at Google Maps and found a few local auto shops. The next day I went on the prowl and interviewed 3 different shops. Had a good feeling about 2 of the 3 and with Figs being a Napa Auto Center, I knew that there would be a better warranty involved. The guys over there did a stellar job along with a multi point inspection alerting me about a couple of other issues(of which I was already aware) that would eventually need addressing along with being price competitive, friendly, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend and utilize them again if the need arises.

Highly recommend! I knew my car needed a lot of work and they were very honest on what was found and what was needed. Johnny communicated every step of the process and was very fair with pricing when an obstacle hit regarding my old tires and caused extra work for them. I cannot speak highly enough about this shop! My family and I were on our way back home to Florida from the mountains when our car had a coolant leak. We had it fixed in the mountains only to have another one show up the night before we were to leave. I created an appointment online (which is so nice of a shop to have!) and brought it in as soon as they were open. I explained to the shop my situation and with compassion was told they would prioritize the job and get me on the road as fast as possible. They were so great through the whole process. Everyone interacted with at the shop was kind and professional. They knocked out the fairly major repair in just a few hours by doing all they could (from ordering expedited parts right away to breaking it down before they had the parts in hand). Figs is one of those rare business that treat their costumers the way they want to be treated. Thanks team for helping me and my family get home to Florida!

He made sure to check in and personally address all of my concerns, showing that he truly values his customers and stands behind his business. I'm so happy I found Figs as I've had several car issues since January that have been super frustrating to deal with. John and the other employees at Figs were able to walk me through everything and provide helpful insight. This is one of the only auto repair shops I've been to in Charlotte where I didn't feel taken advantage of, and where they actually took the time to explain the issues and my options.

Let me start by saying if I could give 100 stars I would. I initially wasn't too sure if I should bring my German car to freedom drive to get fixed due to past issues in the area. When I called I spoke with Jeremy he was so polite and very courteous and understanding I told him people were giving me astronomical prices but wasn't really telling me what was going on with my car he advised he will try to do his best. I had my car towed there once towed Johnny walked me through the process step by step they sent over the issue.I approved and was all set the next day. $288 opposed to $3000 that BMW was trying to get from me. I will continually use figs auto for all of my repairs in the future. They were honest and very nice group of gentlemen. They even waited after hours for me when picking up my car

Friendly team, I booked from 3-5 for my coolant change and transmission fluid change. They got my car in and out on time. The lobby has Wi-Fi, outlets, and different seating options. Their invoices break down consumables (I.e., oil, coolant) and labor to be easier to understand. My service was around $500, which is market standard for my vehicle.

I’ve lived in Charlotte my whole life and have taken my car to many mechanics. About 3 years ago I went to Figs and now I take all of my vehicles to them, and them only. They do the best work, guarantee their work, and their customer service is unmatched. They have never tried to needlessly upsell me and always explain in detail the work that needs to be done. I recommend all of my family and friends to them, and shouldn’t have waited so long to give them the 5 stars they deserve!

Greg(owner) is extremely professional and his shop was able to do a complete diagnostic on my car and was able to figure out everything that was wrong with it. They provided text updates throughout the entire process as well. They are one of the few honest shops out there and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

My car needed a new wheel bearing but it had some other prerequisite problems and Johnny and the owner personally made sure that every issue was resolved. It took a couple of tries and a few days but they gave me a loaner car so I still had a car to use. The first couple of days, they even called Lyfts for me so I didn’t have to sit and wait in their waiting room all day. Great service, but even better customer service. They actually care about their clients’ happiness.
