I dropped Fig as my motorcycle mechanic due to the fact that his communication skills were horrible. I text him about my motorcycle problem and he straight ignores me. I texted him about that, I previously give him a bad review. He then texts me to take that review down and I did. but I don't want other customers to go thru, what I been thru. he refuses to work on my motorcycle, looks like it's not the first time looking at other reviews. He wouldn't say no at first to keep you in the loop, so you don't go to other mechanics. BE CAREFUL with him.

Always takes the best care of my Ducati. Trust him more than the dealership. Always takes great pride in his work and Always makes sure it's not something I can fix easily myself for free!

Fig not experience mechanic he wasn’t able diagnose issue on my bike Just refused me as a customer at all. So be careful out there he is doing only simple job to change oil or replace breaks.

All around kind hearted professional. His dedication and love for bikes takes his work above and beyond of typical shops. He is very upfront and understanding. My bike now runs better than ever! Amazing service!! As a new rider, I took my bike to Figg for some regular maintenance and was immediately welcomed to the shop and left with a heap of knowledge and tips. We walked around my bike and made sure everything was in working order beforehand. I was walked through the process on basic maintenance and informed of additional upkeep and how to do future service.

Went to Figg with my friend to lower his bike and make sure everything was good as he just bought it and we left with big smiles on our faces. Figg helped us out a ton and gave us useful advice cause we are both new riders. I will definitely go back in the future for any bike maintenance.

I recently purchased an auction motorcycle [2016 zx636] apart from the fairings being broken everything was in working order and NO Check Engine lights were on. But I felt the need to have a mechanics opinion. That's where FIGGTREE Motorcycle came into play. Great views was my leading reason as to why I picked the place...... man was I wrong! Place looked sketchy and definitely seemed to be a backyard hustle at first sight. Then after speaking to figg I was at ease. Long story short he's basically a car salesman who talks a good game and weasels out after blaming you for his errors. Anyways, he charged me $1140 for and i quote "Fairings [done but scratched] Bike washed [not done] Coolant flush [unknown] Brake fluid flush [unknown] Bike was multi point inspected [unknown] Frame bolt/engine mount corrected 👌 Sliders installed 👍 Headlight wired and mounted [left a rat nest and gasket left dangling] Brake light wiring corrected [done] Side markers installed [done] Chain adjusted and cleaned [not done] New tires installed [done but left me with an ABS ISSUE] Bike was connected to the computer, and no faults were indicated. All parameters are in check. Total cost 1140 Initial quote 1000$+ tire installation 140$ Total due 1140$" He also zip tied some wires that was shredded by the fan and tried saying it was like that beforehand. Please check your mechanics qualifications FIRST! and also customers he dealt with in the past. I don't believe this 4.9 rating is true or accurate. I believe his friends built it up. He doesn't take accountability, he's untrustworthy, pretty much a scammer and I don't believe in his ability to actually work on bikes maybe tinker because I was left with a new bill after leaving his backyard shop. He's been trying to get me to come back so he can correct it. But HELL NO! He has a passion for maybe riding bikes NOT fixing them. I did a diagnostic test today [kawasaki dealership] front brake hose to lift caliper was pinched/kinked. And guess who removed and installed my new tires? Figg! Guys pay a little extra and take it to a professional cause this place ain't it. He's looking to bleed the people who are unaware. Please beware

Amazing guy! I met him on a short notice to check my rear tire but the guy went above and beyond to check if everything is alright. I can probably say this guy is the best in town because he genuinely cares about your ride!!!

Figg is an honest mechanic with integrity and professionalism. Figg took the time to not only explain to me what was going on with my bike, but also offered me ways to do the work myself. Great work, Great price. I don’t trust my bike with any other mechanic other than Figg.

Went to have tires put on my bike and place new pads on breaks. They absolutely know exactly what they’re doing had me in out in 1 hour test drove bike for me. The got me as a customer for sure. Truly professional people highly recommended Figgtree. Guys were great and helpful in every way possible.

Figg installed a tail tidy / tail delete on my Triumph Scramble XE today, and he and Joey nailed it. Looks perfect, very clean, had me back on the road in a couple of hours, and at a fraction of what the dealer wanted. Professional, honest and direct. Could not recommend these guys more. Extremely pleasant experience. I am basically clueless when it comes to bikes, like I know nothing, and they haven’t missed a beat answering everything with proper detail, and the response time with pricing or availability and even answering random questions is incredible. Always making sure to show and explain to me everything after something was done. Just overall caring and very helpful. I genuinely appreciate the service.
