I had a flat tire and went to Big O store close by. A guy came out and checked my tire and said it's the rime which cut into the tire so I need to replace both rime and tire. They do not fix wheels so he sent me to a wheel store. The store person searched online and told me that my rime is small and the manufacturers discontinued the small size rime so I have to replace All four wheels and tires. Then, a neighbor referred me to Beto and I visited this store. Beto looked at the rime and said immediately that the rime is fine. He found a small hole on the tire and replaced the tire with very reasonable labor cost. I would otherwise have spent 1,600 to replace four tires and wheels. Highly recommend everyone to go to this store for issues with wheels and tires.

It was Friday at 5:40 and I realized I was rolling on a flat tire. Stopped at a gas station and saw the puncture was on the sidewall which meant that if I was lucky the fix-a- flat in my trunk would get me to a tire shop that was close by. And I was on a budget (basically broke)which meant I needed a good deal on a used tire. I called a few places none of them had it until I called fierros. Problem was they were closing at 6 and I wasn't gonna be able to get there until like 550 and generally there's not really anywhere that's going to stay open.late for you... But these guys came through for me! I talked to Al and he said come through I made it there at 6 o'clock he stayed open, zipped on a used tire and charged me way less than I expected. Great experience these guys went above and beyond for me.

Owner is a cool guy, hooked me up for one tire, almost brand new, for only 90$. It was quick and efficient. Thanks to him. I would recommend this place out of any other in San jose. I have been to some other tire places but this one has been the most helpful and reliable. Thanks to them once again

Went in for a tire repair (a nail sticked in my tire). In and out in about *a minute*. Zero wait. Probably a pretty simple task (the guy just took the nail out and applied a patch) but still I’m very surprised and impressed that my car’s issue can be solved so efficiently.

The reviews are true and being another admired customer too this great business establishment Al was the greatest exsperance I ever had finding use tires that I could afford and know to be safe by too. If your searching for the best used tire resource and they also do allighments too save your time and check this out u will agree and be satisfied as I . Al was the 1 man wonder a multi operation all on his own and made 2 customers accommodated within a hour total. I allowed my service to be paused to help a young lady get her 1 tire replaced we all drove away having smiles on our faces and fresh newlike rubber for the road. THANKS AL YOUR THE BOMB! 💣🥇🏆🏁☮️🤗

Fixed my flat tire in 5 minutes. I spent more time in line at a different tire shop waiting to be served. Excellent service and great low prices it was only $30 for the fix.

I got my wheels aligned at Fierro’s on a Sunday. Al got my truck on the lift and wheels aligned within 30 minutes. He did a fantastic job! I highly recommend coming here for tires and wheel alignment. Super friendly and speedy service.

I had a slowly deflating tire and I had to quickly drop by this shop. Al took in my car and immediately helped check the tire and gave me the best possible solution. Looking forward to giving some business to this shop soon. I highly recommend this shop.

Showed up a couple hours AFTER they opened. Was looking to get 1 used tire. They had me in and out of there with a new tire for the price I would have paid for a used tire. I was there for about 10 minutes, would have probably been quicker if I didn't ask, "Al", like 30 questions about tires. Excellent experience. Biggest gripe about tire shops for me is the wait. Would definitely recommend.

“We stopped by with a flat tire and found out it couldn’t be fully repaired. Thankfully, the staff went above and beyond – they not only inflated the tire but also filled the hole as a temporary fix, all without charging us! Such kind and helpful people. Highly recommended!”

I bought some bigger tires for my vehicle that I knew would fit because of a forum board I'm on. After getting turned down from 4 shops (even asking if they could try putting on one tire), I came to Fierros ran by Al at the front of house. He tested one tire on to make sure there were no issues and then proceeded with the rest! Come here, Al goes above and beyond to help his customers and is super nice!

I was down in the San Jose area today and my tire was really bad so I had to get a used tire and I called this place and he said he had a tire with 60% tread on it so I went there and had my tire replaced didn't even look at the tire paid him for it went home looked at the tire and the tires probably got 10% tread on it I'll add pictures later but definitely screwed me I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go to here!

Honestly went here last year when my tire exploded and got a good deal for a tire, and the service was fast, cost efficient and friendly. A year later, I ordered tires from a tire store found they couldn't do alignment; called Fierro's and they gave me an awesome deal for mounting, balancing and alignment; they got it done in 35 minutes. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone needing tires, brakes and shocks. They even do tire repair.

Found my new tire spot! I was ripped off at the last place and was recommended this place. I called to check their availability. He said to come by. I drove from Palo Alto, and Al was already ready for me. He was super nice, professional, answered all my questions and was transparent. Pricing is comparable and the customer service and honesty is unparalleled. We sat in the waiting room and he was done before my 3 year old started getting impatient. He was multi tasking and assisting other customers too. So thankful for business that genuinely care. You'll be taken care of here. I'll definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to all of their shops for years! I always refer all my family and friends, no matter what they have always had the best prices and to top it off the best customer service. No matter where I move Milpitas, Union City or Oakland. I’ve always made the effort to come down for the fantastic service. Went there for a used tire and they were very professional and helpful. Very quick service and the best part is the price I got quoted over the phone was the price I got in the shop. Will definitely be going there from now on
