These guys did a 100k service on my 2013 F-150 and I couldn't be happier. A week later my sunroof track broke and the sunroof was stuck open. Pat had the parts and had the sunroof next day. Great service, great communication, great price. Would definitely recommend Ferranti's to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price. Thanks Pat and team!!!

I have used them before and had No issues. So today I called about a A/C compressor. Andy took my name and number and said he would call me back and he did within the hour. When he called me back he asked for my license plate number. I thought that was weird to price a part for my vehicle. So I confirmed what he said and asked why would they need that. He then said I was trying to BUCK him and HUNG up in my face. Appalled I immediately called back thinking it had to be a mistake. So immediately answer and I asked did you just hang up on me. He confirmed “yes, you was trying to BUCK me being RUDE.” I said I only asked why they would need my license plate number for the compressor price!… he HUNG up again!! I am completely in SHOCK!

They charged me $85 to look at the vehicle and turn off check engine engine light. I left and 45 minutes later it came back on. I am a single mother and came in with my daughter and they ripped me off. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A FEMALE ALONE!!!! Go to Autozone or similar, as they will do the same thing as these unscrupulous shysters ….FOR FREE!!!!!

We left our car with him for the first time for 5 days and we got it back and issue not resolved and we took it back and had it for another 5 days and he said he replaced a relay and then the issue was not resolved since it didn’t drive well again!!! We called him to say wasn’t driving well and asked him for quote to replace a part and he never called us back- not a good business to deal with for car repairs. Rated him a 1 but really zero works better, since issue not resolved.

This shop was to repair my waterpump! I ordered my own waterpump from autozone and paid the labor...This shop messed over me! I already advise the manager/owner my late husband usually takes care of the mechanics but he has pass away. After losing my mother also!. I took my car to another shop! Spring Auto and they showed me proof that I had the original waterpump still in my car and they showed me where my radiator was clogged up do to stop leak or something Ferranti put in. Not only they didn't fixed my car and did more damage they also stole my waterpump from autozone...I'm already in grieving this man slammed my hood of my car with a nasty deranged attitude after reading the reviews I thought I will received the same service but it was the total opposite of what I experience...How can such person have a wife or family that treats customers this way...

Called the gentleman's early this morning brought the car in at 7 because I hit a curve and didnt know what I messed up underneath the car but they called shortly after that and told me it was my that had popped out and they popped it back in they are very honest trust worthy people glad I was recommend to them!
